Ordered a Colt on 7/9/21, waited 39 days and never got an email or call about my order. On the website, it states, “Shipping after 35 days.”Called on 8/16/21 and the representative said my order still hasn’t arrived to their facility. I was told, someone was going to contact me beginning of next week to update me on the order. Called on 8/24/21, around 3:00pm, to get an update since no one had contacted me. A representative said my order was still in production. Waited 47 days and still had not received my order. Frustrated and upset, I told the representative to just cancel my order.

**Update it is now 2/24/21 never heard back def will take my business elsewhere . Do not recommend at all.!**I contacted them because of the imperfections on the gun I ordered it’s now been weeks and they never reached back out after multiple attempts that is b.s when your spending so much on something it should come with exceptional quality and customer service . Gun as a whole wasn’t bad but I have listed pics of it’s imperfections and the plating is cracked or something on the rear of the slide . That is unacceptable in my opinion . Also came with so much leftover polish/compound seems to have been completed in a rush as I mentioned when your spending so much on something you expect quality . And ok some imperfections are normal but the plating cracking is unacceptable that’s the biggest let down for me . Would I recommend business with them or order again? Very unlikely rather get a project done to my liking with someone else especially due to the lack of customer service in reaching back out to me to take care of issues that is there fault it’s not like I ruined it that’s how it was sent to me it seems like they’re not even inspected prior to shipping them out . Quality control??

This place is excellent. I spoke to Mike on the phone after finding the Seattle Engraving Website. He walked me the process since I live in California. The gold plated and engraved 1911 arrived yesterday and it’s perfect. I’m more than happy. I highly recommend them if you need a custom firearm for a great price.

The pictures do no justice. Once you get it, it will leave you breathless. The details are beautifully presented, couldn’t of asked for anything better.

Be aware of this place. I ordered AK47 from here and it was not even shipped when they dropped the price by $600. Since it was not shipped I contacted them to get a price match and Mike Gamil told me it doesnt work like that and they will not honor the lower price. Then he said he has another buyer and cancelled the order on me. Waiting to get my money back. Also this company uses employees to write fake reviews and I will also report them to google.

In the last 6-months I have had one pendant engraved and one plaque. Both came out exceptional. I will continue to take my engraving work here in the future. Also turn around time was incredible and customer service outstanding.

Seattle Engraving Center was very kind and helpful. I approached them with a vague idea of something I needed done and I needed it ASAP. They were very patient, helped me hone in my idea, and made it happen in a very small amount of time. It turned out great and Ive very appreciative that they were able to do this for me.

I needed to make an engraving. We prototyped different styles and it was easy to chose the best one. Amazing customer experience. Definitely recommend.

My experience with extremely unsatisfactory. In short- the business kept me waiting and were not opened at their stated hours. In Full: I received a call from the engravers that a watch was ready to be picked up on Friday morning (which was going to be given as a gift to the father of the bride that evening) I went over on behalf of the bride to pick it up after twice confirming. There was no answer at the call box outside at 1:20 pm. There was no way to leave a message over voicemail. I assumed they were at lunch and returned at 2:30. I Kept calling. Eventually the bride emailed getting a response. “Out to lunch. Will be back in 45 minutes.” Well by 3:30 there was still no response by phone or call box. What kind of business takes a 3 HOUR LUNCH BREAK when they are expecting a customer?! Especially when they close at 5pm! Parking fees and time were wasted over this over-priced expererience. Where’s my watch Seattle Engraving Center??!! I would NOT recommend!
