The staff at Renwes are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and not the least bit pushy. My wife and I enjoy their service and selection. We recently needed to replace a washing machine (Maytag) that was having transmission problems after only 2 years of operation.We viewed the excellent selection at Renwes and were delighted with the technical support we received in making our selection. We went with the Speed Queen! No doubt this is the best machine on the market.The Renwes delivery and installation team arrived the next morning. They hauled out the piece-of-junk (fancy, supposedly high-efficiency) Maytag and installed our Speed Queen.Our clothes are cleaner, loads are run MUCH FASTER, we use less energy, the washing machine actually has water in it (novel idea), and yet our water bill has not increased even one unit.We highly recommend you visit the Renwes showroom for any of your large home appliance requirements.

Accidentally found Renves Appliances while shopping for a refrigerator online. Connected with salesman Roy Belanger and without entering the store made an internet transaction to buy a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Roy was very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend him and Renves Appliances.

So far, 3rd recent purchase (bought a whole kitchen here in the 90s) & each one is better than expected. Cooktop, dishwasher and now microwave. They knew exactly what I needed and got me out the door in a very few minutes. Had great luck with their contract installer last time. Highly recommend.

They have a full range of appliances from high end to basic with good sales people and staff. You can find pretty much anything you want there. Store is laid out a little random and not as organized as some of the other high end stores, but the staff had been there through thick and thin so you can be assured to get quality answers to your questions.

Disappointed. Went here for the customer service. Bought 4 appliances. 2 were delivered on time and were very nice. 19 days after I placed my order, the other 2 still had not shown up. When I called to find out about them, I was told they were back ordered and would take more than a month more before I could get them. I cancelled the order and bought the exact same set of appliances at a chain and had them delivered within the week.

I purchased a Hestan Outdoor kitchen from Renwes in lake forrest and had it installed over the summer. sense my purchase, my salesperson has retired or quit and i have been dealing with one of the managers. i will not tell you his name but it rhymes with bally. our relationship was fine. had some issues with the pricing. they made good, at least i thought.I was wrong. After resolving the pricing issue I brought up the fact that the unit had starting rusting after installed. in fact it was just 4 months and the rust is all over the kitchen. now keep in mind this is a hestan outdoor kitchen with a price tag of 30k. so i addressed the issue and was told just clean it with stainless cleaner and the rust will come off. so i tried to clean a small area and as i suspected not a cure for the issue. so i called hestan and emailed them as suggested. got an auto reply but no real response. told renwes of the issue again and again they sent me to hestan. because of my dissatisfaction i decided to yelp the issue. maybe get a response this way. well, i got a response. not the one i expected. the manager left me a voicemail on how shocked he was that i yelped him. no concern with the rust. so i text him a response. he in return text me that he now retracts the things he had guaranteed me to solve the price issue. he took back his in store credit of 900 dollars and the cover fir the unit he promised. and all of this in writing.so if i were looking at an outdoor kitchen and grill, stay away from renwes because they don’t stand by there product and don’t buy hestan because it rusts very quickly for a 30,000 dollar bbq and outdoor kitchen.please reference my Yelp review for more details.

I had a specific Bosch gas stove/oven in mind, having seen it at Pacific Sales. When I mentioned the sales price I had seen there, the Renwes salesman promptly matched it. I was pleased and went ahead and ordered it from him. It arrived the next day.
