I don’t have any idea about the car mechanics, I entered store and asked for help just to identify what the red triangle signal was for. I went here cause my car battery died, and their customer service is absolutely amazing. I always get a little intimidated with car stores since I dont know much about cars. I needed help buying battery terminals, and their store manager (Felipe) helped me. He actually went out front and installed the battery for me! Super friendly, I highly recommend this Autozone.

Felipe the store manager was a huge help ! Very professional service and I was able to use there tools and got amazing tips on my issue with my vehicle highly recommend coming here for your issues with your vehicle.

Convenient, fast, friendly and surprisingly decent prices. I looked online and could not beat the price.... well found couple of shaky places that were about the same price, but too shaky and with S&P will cost more. Picked up my $230 car battery from there, beat the dealer price by 40% and is just as good, with longer warranty.

This store is great. Felipe is amazing. The online system gave me wrong parts and he was so accommodating and helped me get the right parts. The staff is also great with questions and making sure I find what I need it’s my go to location.

Autozone is a clean store, but the people working there are not helpful, they dont care about your needs, you have to wait until they decide its time to take care of you, but if you dont have the product to pay for it at the register, you are in big trouble, will be lucky if they tell you where in the store are the product you are looking for, then youll come back to make the line again.

Well the auto zone is not as helpful as other auto stores.but they do have a lot of stuff.i walked in the to buy a car filter passed by all three of the guys who worked there and not one asked me if I needed help that was fine I was on there app looking to see if they had what I needed .sure enough they did when I got to that row there must of been a couple of hundred filters there .well iv been there at least 20 minutes and no one came to even make sure I found what I needed . well yes I must of went there almost all of them until I found it and they only had one. Parking was good the store not as brite as other ones Ive been too.payed really fast and was out of there

AZ always seems to have the parts I need, where the other guys can get it for me but it always requires a second trip. Thanks AZ!!

The pl lace was spotless so organized I felt at home there.prices reasonable. I needed synthetic 100 percent car oil,easy to find. My trip to an auto parts store was great. I was skeptical entering, nowi cant wait to go back for seat covers, there was a tactical flashlight that Im going to buy even though I have many . The store is good for a large assortment of auto related items, and every store Ive been to has great customer service. The one thing Im not happy with is, the limited assortment of items, such as car seat covers; never found one to fit my high-back front seat.

Awesome service. I went in the afternoon when they were busier to get a battery for a fleet vehicle for work and Joe even offered to install it. Asked if I could pop the hood and give him a few minutes until another associate was able to take his spot at the counter. He came out very shortly after and quickly installed the battery as well as a new terminal as the previous one was heavily corroded. Very satisfied with the professional level of service with Joe and auto zone as a whole.

I just came from there after speaking to Fabian on the phone.My Toyota fob was not working-I did not have the money to “treat”myself to what I thought was going to be a astronomical amount of money.Well,...to my great surprise it was a $6 fix-I am thrilled-you know if I went anywhere else I would have been ripped off for an enormous amount of money! Amazing service! Went into Autozone for a replacement bulb, the staff was super friendly and even offered to change the bulb on my car, free of charge. I would recommend this store to anyone, just based on the experience that I had.

I purchase oil/filter for my car at least every other month at Autozone in a different location and have received great service. However, the register at this location was either down or malfunctioning. The person at the register could not apply points to my rewards account and took too long to check out when I only had a couple of items. I ended up returning the items since I found a better deal elsewhere.

Always helpful personnel to help you with your vehicle questions. They take your old oil for recycling. The work with you on your battery problem even put it on a charger overnight if it would help. Have purchased non AutoZone listed parts through them and got the best deal. My Borla exhaust was an example. K&N air intake was another.

Battery died, something died..all I knew was, the car wouldnt start and it was late at night. Called a local friend. We looked under the hood, then he hooked some cables, jumped my car, and we decided it would probably last until the next day.After work, I drove here. I was fully expecting to be ignored and judged as the lone woman walking into an auto parts store but I wasnt. A guy came over to ask if I needed any help when I planted myself in front of the batteries and I said I needed it tested and if it was truly dead, I needed to get myself one of these.I parked out front, near the door, for their convenience and they were quick to test and give me an assessment. Yep, almost dead. Ok, lets go back inside and get that battery. The battery was fairly inexpensive and came with a 5 year warranty. I also got the windshield wipers I so badly needed. They installed everything - battery and wipers. The whole trip took about 40 minutes and my car was running good again and I could finally clean my windows without streaking.Woohoo! All in all, a great experience and a friendly bunch of guys.

Employees couldnt care less about my simple questions. Kept interrupting me thinking they knew what I wanted which wasnt the case, when they were showing me the products I was interested in, they literally just pointed down an isle and gave me attitude when I asked where specifically they were pointing. LOL

I like that they are open late and are pretty cool about letting you rent tools to do some minor work on your car.

I wish I remembered his name but he was Mexican dark skin, black hair helping me at the counter. Part I was looking for was not in stock he said to order it and it will come here tomorrow. I said no I need it now can you find where the part is in stock at another store. He found 2 in stock at the other auto zone down the street I told him to call them and hos it at the counter. He failed to do that when I got to the other auto zone 😑 computer said 2 in stock but they couldnt find the part he was looking for it for ten mins I felt that it was there he just couldnt find it. They waisted my time about a hr and fuel thanks leave it up to AutoZone they always do this. Im giving my money to Napa or tops auto or OReillys auto parts. Went to orielys has the part in seconds and it was cheaper. Screw auto zone buch of morrons work there

I can tell you that they had to brake parts for my car that I needed that to other different stores did not have. Yeah, I like this store.

If the part is not in stock they will get it the next day. Payment required if its a special order part.

They dont know what theyre doing the battery light was going off and on they put the machine and made us buy a new battery but did the same thing again they but another one and it did it again. My dad is a mechanic but didnt have his tools he told them it was the alternator if the first battery didnt work but they kept saying no it was the battery because the machine said so the guy couldnt even take off the bolts on the battery my dad ended up doing everything. at he end for it to be the alternator.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me, empty store with 4 employees, I called the store even tho I was inside and adrienna told me that someone will be there, one came. At the end she help me with a unpleasant attitude .this is my experience on this date Wednesday 02 at 12:19pm

Could be one of the best retail experiences Ive had. My battery went dead, the guy who jumped me said AutoZone will do a free battery test. I called down there and Marcae answered (Mark A). He told me the process and said they could install it but set great expectations about if the retail floor was busy there could be a slight wait. I came down, didnt try to upsell me actually told me the Gold vs. Platinum was all I needed. Put the battery in, made sure I had my bluetooth codes before disconnecting. In and out in 20 minutes. Ive never shopped at an Auto Zone and Marcae made me a customer for life.
