Malek has been nothing but courteous on the phone. What he will not tell you is that his shop is unlike any car shop you will ever find anywhere because MRF is so clean that it’s as sterile as an operating room. Not a drop of oil anywhere. Forget about losing a 10mm in this place.There was also no upsell, no scare tactics, no B.S.. He was very up front with his business. Explained to me what needs to be done and what the benefits are. I would gladly drive 10hrs to do services with MRF in the future.Oh, and his dad Fred was quite a character. Left a good impression on me.

I had my E46 M3 towed to MRF Engineering for inspection. When I arrived, Malek told me not to take the car off the tow truck unless I agreed to $10k in parts and labor. Over the phone he was courteous and said hed gladly inspect the car, but the very next morning when in person he told me his shop was full and will not even touch my car. Big waste of time and money on towing back and forth.
