Two blond ladies are so friendly and so polite always are happy and smiling to clients. I really can’t understand why some of them seem not happy to see me. And when I read the yelp reviews find i am not lonely.

Its okay but really doesnt carry enough stock. Their entire supply of any given product might only be two or three bottles or tubs. I cleared the shop out of a particular clay today from a big name brand by buying six tubs. Its not unusual for them to only have two bottles of any given shampoo or conditioner, and sometimes they may even be out of stock entirely of the thing Ive come in for. Its hard to rely on a company with with this level of understocking. Yes, I understand theres an online version where I can pay $12 to have whatever I want delivered, but when theres a store locally why would I pay $12? Its all a little bit basic in terms of its scope.

Alway have what I need if not they will have it within 24 hours

This place a has a young helpful staff. Theyre always willing to help me find what I need should need help as well and provide friendly service. I never have any parking problems and find their hours of operation perfect for my schedule.

I have been going to Cosmo prof for over 25 yrs, and for the most part the staff there is very friendly and help out as much as they can with questions about the products.I have been going to the Lake Forest location for about 7 yrs., and they have been friendly most days, BUT today....oh my gosh, the 2 girls working there, though very chatty with each other, but when I asked one of them a question about a sale they had posted, looked very annoyed that I asked her for help, and was very short with me, and then didnt even understand the sale for that product, but just guessed at what the coupon meant.Then the one at the front desk when I was cashing out had a miserable look on her face like she hated life, and especially hated that she had to check me out. When i asked about the coupon for the sale she just checked her little book, and kept punching things in.....I had to ask what the specifics were for the sale, and she gave me as minimal of an answer as she could. No good bye, have a nice day, or even thank you.I must say, these two girls were the most miserable sales clerks, and rude with no ability to give good customer service, that I have EVER experienced in CosmoProf!! I really hope they are not working there when I return....

I stopped going to this store because of these two girls they had hired were the worst. They had to work a holiday weekend and were telling customers on the phonethat they were closing earlier than the limited hours they were open that one day. Not very helpful at all times any of the customers asking specifics about hair colors ( another customer stepped in to help because they refused to try and understand), talked crap about customers when they were leaving, in front of the ones still in line. However, recently I had to bite the bullet and go there and the manager was extremely helpful and happy. Saying hi to everyone. What a Turn around. The store even looks better stocked and the Displays are nice. This is my local store again
