Every time I have to get more water its a delightfully time for me to go to Wateria.People working at the store in Lake Forest, CA are so educated, respectfull and they treat you the best they can. Before they didnt had a minimum amount for you to pay with a card, now I heard they have a minimum amount then you can use your card if not they have to add a value as FEE.This is only about the Lake Forest store, I had to go to the Santa Ana store couple months ago, they only accepted cash, no debit/credit cards, the value was almost double per gallon of water and the girls that took care of me were so hostile, insolvent, and they shut me up with couple of bad words, then I have NEVER got back to that store.

They have a great sterilization process for your used bottles and operate very clean

We love this water! Its so good, we dont mind that it isnt conveniently delivered. We get half oxygenated and half alkaline. So pure, I feel good about giving it to my toddler.

Great place, the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful!! We are trying to cut down on our waste and doing this instead of water bottles. So far we are using the same amount of water but no waste, also they clean your bottles for you. Well worth a look if you are wanting to go this direction.

Staff is great. The water costs about the same as the machines, but your caps get sanitized, and they fill your bottles for you. Also, they dont accidentally fail to dispense, like some machines Ive encountered. If youve ever tried striking up a conversation with a machine, youll find out that Waterias staff are much friendlier. I moved across the freeway to Laguna Hills and pass by several machines to get my water here. (Can you tell I hate the machines? Skynet will probably target me.)Tl;dr - Go here for your water instead of using machines.Edit: I just read the review about acidic water. They will test the water right in front of you, or you can bring in your own tester if you have any doubts.

Ive been here twice for alkaline water. Tested it when I got home and it was more a idic than the regular purified water. This place is a scam for alkaline water

I go here to fill our water bottles because it’s a lot cleaner than those machines in front of the grocery store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My family love the water. Also I have aquarium that I do weekly water change and my fish loves it. When using RO water for planted aquarium pls use sea chem equal powder form. It will bring back the miderels back to the water wich the plate and fish needs.

Love this location. Even though Santa Ana is closer I make the trip because of the customer service here.
