Very rude customer service! Specially the guy who works in the morning around 10 am!Its so simple to teach cashiers to be nice to customers if they cant learn that atleast hire someone nice to be able to treat customers nicely!
2nd time in 6 mo cashier picks the wrong pump. When I told her its not working she assumed I did something wrong Instead of checking her work she is telling me if I put the pump back the order will cancel maybe you should have checked to make sureits on the right pump you think? .she admitted later on she put it on the wrong pump but was making it like this was my fault. No thanksr Never coming here again. Get your gas someplace else
Costumer service very bad they are rude so sad is by my house but I prefer to go to diferent store
I was there today 5:51 8/16/21 The cashier was very rude she add my gas to the wrong pump I told her and she told me she heard different number I told her I said number 2 she told me oh well somebody else took your gas and just to call back tomorrow to see if the manager would give me my money back she screen at me the worse customer service
I initially went here this morning for coffee, an I was excited to see they now have non-dairy creamer. I wanted to share that information, but then felt compelled to write about an employee that is ALWAYS pleasant every time I go in here. The employees name is Mindy, and literally every time I see her she is kind to me and my kids. I specifically go to this gas station in the morning, because for the most part she is there and I n ow I will be treated with dignity. In todays times, people are spewing hate, being opening racist, and rude; but having positive interactions with people like Mindy makes days tolerable. Thank you Mindy for seeing me as a human, and I see you. Namaste and have a wonderful day queen.
I am the Lotto Captain for my group. As a group, we spend up to $24.00 on tickets usually twice a week... but at the very least, 1 time/week.Sometimes when I go in there to purchase the tickets, there is this one black woman cashier who was really sweet when I first started going in there, but has gotten an attitude lately. Again, today she had acted upset after I asked for a total of 11 PowerBall tickets (4 that I had filled-out slips for with specific number picks) and 7 Quick Picks. The attitude with her has gotten so negative at times, that I have gone up to Santa Margarita Parkway to get my tickets, just to avoid feeling terrible about having her print those tickets. I know that, if our team wins, Circle K profits, too. So, to me, it is a win-win for all parties. I feel that the customer service is not what it used to be at that location.

1:24am. The clerk locked up to got to the restroom and has been in there for 45 minutes.
Horrible. Showing them a drink they have loads of in the back and this chick is blind as a bat or straight special. Refused service.

Fed the air machine $6. Brand new tire....but machine sucked the air out. Now its flat...im stuck....and employee cant even look at it. Refusing to help a customer
