This store is somewhat hit and miss. I went at the beginning of the pandemic to complete my home office needs, and was met by warm, friendly staff members who were eager to assist me. My most recent trip was for package of labels, and the gal who helped me couldnt have been less interested in doing so. They werent busy, so her apathy was confusing to me. Ill update after my next visit, assuming that Ill make one.

Horrible service copy print center older female glasses gave the print info after that no acknowledgment waited 10 minutes then she started helping others I spoke to a manager who apologized a total 15 minutes nothing got printed horrible service

Never buy anything from Staples branded products. I had purchased some cables staples branded with lifetime warranty by staples. They were very low quality and broke in short time. Then I found out Staples them selves does not honor the warranty, but a third party company. They require you to provide a copy of the receipt.So, I paid 3 times as much as other cables and got lower quality

Paul, the manager at this Lake Forest location is outstanding, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable about Staples products and services! He is truly an asset to this store and its customers, and is a consummate professional! Hes an awesome hard worker and offers to assist the customer with genuine superior service in-store, and superior,service, after you leave the store! .On 9/16 he helped us select an ink cartridge that we paid for at the register for $71.99 . We later needed to call back to have the charge credited to our Staples account. Paul, took time out of his busy schedule to help us to make sure we received credit! Employees, including the store manager, walk around and smile at you but non of them ever asks if they can help you find what you came in for. Even after I approached and asked them my question, I was simply pointed to the isle. Otherwise store is relatively clean and stocked.

Store is great. Printing section is managed by kind of lazy people Asked them for help. An d what took me an hour took them 2 minutes. And this is after they saw me struggling. So if you need printing service try to get them to do it. They are lazy but eventually they will.

Was able to get in and out with what I needed. Quick stop and they were very helpful. Also the prices were very reasonable.

Staples always has great customer service but the quality of the products they carry is not very good. Bought a desk and a chair here and the desk came broken and chipped and the chair broke within 2 weeks. They returned both items for me easily and were nice, but I with the quality would have been better.

I just called to check on a printer in stock. Chandler responded promptly by asking for information on the printer and located it. He offered to place it on hold until the end of business the next day. Also told me to whom I needed to ask for the printer when I go in to Staples. Excellent service and very friendly and kind.I will return to this Staples in the future.Rhonda Reardon

I brought in a giant stack of papers to copy. I figured it would be about 7-15 cents per scan. They tried to charge me $0.50 Per copy. There are no prices anywhere, you pay first then scan. Then after youre done scanning, you figure out how much it is.. Ripoff

Not even 1. Took back phone for battery replacement ... multiple times. Still not working and no solutions offerred. Seriously not interested. Wont be back. Wasted $30 and hours of time. Very disappointed.

My wife experienced a very unfair treatment last night at Staples To us, it looks like a racial discrimination to Asian customers.She went to Staples (Lake Forest, CA) to print some photos. The staff at print department first asked her to do it on self-service machine. After she found that the machine was not able to provide photo printing,she turned to the staff for help. However, the staff put her on waiting impatiently and worked on other task. My wife thought he might be working on other customers order which came in ahead of her, so she kept waiting and waiting. During this time, that staff even helped another customer, a white blonde lady,who came in after her and serviced that customer in a much more polite way. My wife became a little unhappy;however, she was still under control. After that staff finished help the customer who came in after her, she asked him politely if he could help her print out the photos because she needed them urgently. Unacceptably, that staff asked my wife, in a very impatient and rude way, to go to Walmart to do the printing because that was cheaper. My wife thought she was treated unfairly and became angry about it. She went to the store manager to complain about what had happened. The store manager helped her on the print but never said a word about any apology. We don’t know whether or not because my wife is an Asian that they treated her that way.Any way, we just want to let everyone know about this unhappy experience at Staples (Lake Forest, CA). We will never ever go to that store again. Walmart IS way better. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

This is not the 1st time I have walked had a cart full of items and walked out of the store with nothing. None of the employees and/or managers know how to read a coupon or accept one. I tried to explain to both the cashier and manager and they both looked at me with a blank stare. I will never shop at Staples again and I will make sure to tell everyone about the terrible customer service...on my blog, on Twitter, Facebook and tsu

Got a great deal for the printer ink I needed so badly. I was helped by a knowledgeable employee and the total experience was very positive.

Prices not always lowest, but they do price match. Ordering from home w one hour pickup is handy.

Usually the service and inventory are good. However, sometimes the online stock quantities are inaccurate, so it is good to check before going if you are going only for that item.

Wont go back because the printing department dont know how make stickers for my car

So I brought my thumb drive to get a few things printed from off of it, the print center was in the middle of printing a massive job and wouldnt be done for a few hours. The only option was getting a color picture print and paying full price. They didnt have an additional machine to do side prints nor did they offer to make my prints at regular price because it was the only option given to me other than coming another day. i was not being a complicated customer i was understanding about their huge job and only wanted simple plain old prints made i didnt have pictures nor did i want or need picture paper prints. i felt they gave poor customer service. I have been coming to this store for a while now, not that they owe it to me, but if compensated for being put out due to their lack of printers it would have made me a thankful happy returning customer. I ended up going to 3D prints (muirands/ el toro) which was much friendlier and closer to my house. If you decide to go to their store call before hand instead of wasting time and gas getting there only to be told come another day.
