Dr Demoss is an absolute professional! Her kindness and knowledge are unmatched, and she has great patience in properly explaining her exams. I’ve been returning to South County Eye Care for the past 7+ years and I consider myself a lifelong customer. Ralph and the entire staff are always so kind and helpful. I truly feel the integrity of this team’s efforts in going Above and Beyond for their patients :)

Great staff here every time I come. Ralph helped me find a pair of glasses I wouldn’t have normally picked based on a style I selected. By showing other possible frames based on my selection I found a pair of new glasses I really love and wouldn’t have necessarily checked out while I was looking on my own

I was very impressed with every aspect of my appointment for a regular check up at South County Eye Care. The receptionists, the technician and the doctor all went out of their way to make me comfortable, understand all the procedures and put m at ease. Dr. Lucy DeMoss is delightful. She is a caring, knowledgable doctor who took the time to explain everything clearly. There was never any pressure to purchase new glasses and I leftwith a copy of my new prescription unrequested. I will definitely go back when I need to and recommend the practice.

Love them, been going over a decade. They helped me with an issue when I first started going there and have been consistently great after that!

Getting old might as well get my eyes checked, right?Youre supposed to get your eyes checked once a year but I cant even recall a single time Ive gotten my eyes checked - maybe when I was really young. Who knows?The clinic is clean and super professional. Parking sucks but luckily I went close to the end of day.There are a series of exams and then a consultation with the doctor. They did various tests to check vision, to see my response to things, to check my optic nerve, and if there are any diseases in the eye or any indicator of other things like cholesterol etc. Luckily, everything checked out well.Then, you get to see the doctor. She goes over all the tests, explains stuff, lets you look at the inside of your eyeballs (very cool) and then you do a series of readings. Everything good.I explained some issues I was having and she did recommend reading glasses but alas, I know those just make things worse - not better so I skipped on that. My eyes are still good. I can read stuff really well. Ill live.
