This is the best little place we found. The shrimp in the tacos was delicious.... better yet inside the Mulitas..... but that’s not it... carne asada quesadillas and chorizo tacos..... did I forget to mention all on FRESH Hand Made CORN TORTILLAS!!!! It’s all fresh, worth the wait for awesome food.

They now serve the best Mexican food! I got a Carneia Sada quesadilla that was out of this world! Definitely going back!

Love apple fritters...Convenient location tooStill 5 stars and I may have found a new favorite (replacing their Apple fritters)... they have the best chocolate croissants Ive had!!

I checked ahead of time and saw they open at 5:30, but when I went there Saturday morning, the lights were off and the door was locked still at 5:45. Normally that wouldnt be enough for me to give 1 star, but their prices are higher than non-chain donut stores and they run out of donuts frequently. Id recommend going 2 minutes farther to Sweetlands Donuts in the Ralphs parking lot at Trabuco & Lake Forest.

Bomb breakfast croissants (made fresh instead of microwaved like the Starbucks does next door) nice staff, great donuts, love this place!

I got a blueberry donut from Donut Star through a co-worker who brought in a dozen. I cant speak to the rest of their offerings but this is an excellent donut that has everything I look for in a blueberry donut:Density: Its a cake donut, and they can often be too thin throughout. This, however, is a densely packed cake donut that has a great mouthfeel.Flavor: A lot of blueberry donuts taste like sugar with a hint of blueberry. This donut tastes strongly of blueberry.Glaze: The sugar glaze is very thinly applied, which means the sweetness of the sugar doesnt overpower the blueberry flavor. A+All in all, I prefer the blueberry donuts here to the ones from Royal Donuts and Pastries on Trabuco. If it were more conveniently located on my ride to work I would stop here instead.

1St time @ this donut shop, I try their begel star- great flavor, big and very fulfilled i did not expect that it was going to be so good. And I also got for later their Turkey croissants . Amazing taste. But Their prices a little hig but amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. The cashier who help me very nice,unfortunately I didnt get her name but she was very helpful . I really recommend this pleace.

Wish I could put zero stars, online it says theyre open for 24 hours, went there and they were closed. Tried again the following day but this time called so I dont drive over there and impossible to reach. Wish I could put zero stars

Staff is friendly but thats about it. Ive gone at all times of the day and every time i go i get day old donuts. I go for there because of convenience not the quality.

Every time I have a craving for a donut at night, I have to drive by this donut shop that says they are open but they are definitely not open. Clumsy mistakes can make a bigger fail with leaving your open sign on.

First of all their website says theyre closed today theyre not closed there staff was not very friendly, she didnt speak to me. She tried to give me the wrong change it was $7.20 for 6 donuts I gave her $10.20 and had to tell her the change is $3.00. The donuts were shoved into one bag and when I got home there were only 5 of the 6 donuts I paid for.I wont go here again!!!! Terrible !!!!!!I would give it zero stars too.
