HIDDEN GEM!!! We are so lucky to have a store like this in Orange County. I called about 5 different Italian grocery stores for a type of risotto. Not one of them had even heard of it before. However, MyPanier not only knew what I was talking about, but they had plenty in stock! They also had a variety of beautiful truffles that I was seeking...along with some wonderful truffle oil. One of the owners, Chris, provided me with an education on how to use the truffles most effectively since Id never cooked with them before. He was extraordinarily kind, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, I found so many other amazing international products! Their selection is truly mind-blowing. Although I only came for one item, I couldnt resist filling a basket with a variety of goodies. Cant wait to go back!!!

We needed pearl sugar and found that myPanier had recently opened for in-store shopping. We found the sugar and a bunch of other tough-to-find items. It was a pleasant shopping experience and it was nice to chat with the owner a bit at checkout. We highly recommend and will certainly be returning in the near future.

I first fell in love with myPanier as an online service. Now, being able to go into the warehouse store and wander the aisles, I love them even more. The selection of foods is stellar. I lived in Paris and after missing so many of my favorite foods and other products from around Europe am - finally ! - able to find and enjoy them again. And now, with access to the shelves, Im exploring even more. Add to that the lovely, welcoming atmosphere of the owners and it makes me want to go back all the sooner. Chapeaux, myPanier!

Just found this warehouse. I was looking for a particular salt and myPanier popped up. I went to the location, my city of Lake Forest, and had a great time looking at the products in the warehouse. I great selection of specialty products, including the Jacobsen Salt I was looking for.

I ordered some canned goods that I couldn’t find locally and the shipment from myPanier came on time. Unfortunately one of the jars leaked in transit and when I opened the box there was oil all over the box. I wrote to customer service about the leakage. Their response was quick and efficient. After a few emails they issued a partial refund and promised to be more diligent in packing . I really appreciated this. Didn’t have a chance to try my canned octopus, but looking forward to try and order more from myPanier in the future.

One star is Generous ! I have shopped here several times and each and every time, I became more confused and frustrated than the last. I am officially finished ever using My Panier. If you want to give a $50 gift card, you must buy two $25. But your recipient will only be allowed to use one at a time. How ridiculous is that ?! Quoting them...our system is currently set up for one code at a time only, so you may use either code but not both If you have an issue with purchase, no replacement, just store credit. Then possibly a conciliatory 10% discount as well. But of course you cannot use the credit and discount at the same time. Whatever treat you may think you desire, I would save yourself some serious frustration and headaches by just saying this will not be *MY Panier !* Do yourself a favor and just walk away !!

I really enjoyed this store! What a great place for imported and unique, hard to find items. I was able to find ají amarillo, a Peruvian chile for one of my dishes. It was the only place in OC and it saved my day.Really cool stuff and their website keeps an up to date inventory.I’ll be back

I was excited to find this online store as it seemed to have some interesting products. But I was immediately put off that they ignored my request for privacy and sent me unsolicited marketing anyway. I dont know why so many companies like this exploit customer information for marketing, especially when the customer has taken the time to request privacy. I had to tell them multiple times to stop sending marketing. After that experience in early 2020 I thought that was the end of it. And then today, in September 2021, they actually sent me another unsolicited marketing message. They retained my personal, private information just to treat me like a commodity. I find this kind of activity despicable and creepy. So just be warned that if you do business with MyPanier you will be marketed to aggressively for the rest of your life, and possibly afterwards.UPDATE: On January 24, 2020 I sent you a direct message asking you to respect my privacy and to not send me marketing. Your response on the same day was “We value our customer’s privacy. We will opt you out.” Then, before the order even arrived, you sent me a message welcoming me to MyPanier and inviting me to browse other products. Again, I reiterated that I did not want to receive marketing. On January 27, 2020 you wrote that you were not going to send me marketing and that you deleted my e-mail from your system. When one of the items in my order was damaged, you issued a refund and offered me a coupon off a future purchase. On February 6, I responded that would be unnecessary as I would not be ordering again. So thats all pretty unequivocal to me. There is absolutely no reason why you should still be sending me marketing messages or retaining any of my personal information.If you value customer privacy and you deleted my e-mail from your system, then how is it that you are sending me unsolicited marketing more than a year later? You DO NOT value or respect customer privacy. You DID NOT remove my e-mail from your system. I shouldnt be receiving ANY marketing from you. I dont require any more lies or insincere apologies. Just stop being greedy, disorganized and unprofessional and STOP CONTACTING ME!!

Great selection of French items and gourmet foods. Prices are fair. I’ve only ordered and picked up at their location but my experience has been very positive. Great to have this resource available.

Perfect products from Spain, Italy and France! Not expensive in comparison with other websites. The farm box and fruits are so fresh and tasty. I’m buying every week and the customer service is excellent.

Id give them a zero if I could. I placed an order that was never received, and they made me responsible for trying to get a refund from FedEx instead of replacing the order or refunding the money. I placed the order through them not FedEx so I dont understand why I am the one who has to deal with FedEx to figure the tracking and replacement/refund process. I should be dealing with My Panier and not FedEx.Simply stingy. Definitely lost a customer.

Their phone line says they close at five, but their website says otherwise.

I was excited to find this site because of the selections. I ordered 4 jars of a product and one broke in shipment. They refused to ship a replacement, offering only a store credit for the price of the product. If I wanted the replacement, I would have to pay another shipping charge. What terrible customer service. Shop elsewhere!!

I write a blog on French culture, and cook specialties of each department in turn. When I needed authentic Fallot Dijon mustard, I discovered myPanier, and the delivery speed and pricing beat Amazon handily. Their catalog of authentic regional products is OUTSTANDING! French here does NOT just mean Bonne Maman and LU -- theyve got plenty of Alsa products, multiple chestnut producers, its great! Looking forward to many more purchases with them.

Lets put it this way! I ordered everything on Tuesday and order arrived Thursday! I have no clue how they were able to prepare it so fast but that was amazing!Apart from the super fast shipping, I love their selection. I mainly order French products and their prices and variety is great.Definitely one of my go to online shopping place!Keep up the great work guys!

Great little boutique grocery store. Delicious curated items, like the Mama Zuma chips and, sparkling limonade. Bought my traditional pound of Jacobsen salt here for a good deal, less than $10. Worth the visit, and the lady was nice and introduced herself too.

Horrible experience. They may offer free shipping but the package takes forever and travels all over the country. My package was just in MA yesterday where I live and now it has left the state and is in CT -further away. I placed my order on Dec. 5th and have still not received my order. I wrote to customer service and they really do not not care. Once they have your money you are no longer important. Buyer beware!

I always check myPanier for its wonderful products to supplement what I can buy at my regular grocery store. Its fun to find great stuff from Italy, France and Spain!

I use to order all my favorite things online at so many different places, at higher prices and shipping costs. So happy to have found somewhere local. I can order online and pick up and then go into their market and add more fun things. The owners are super friendly and helpful

This is a business run well, particularly during Pandemic. Placed a small order of fewer than 10 items, less than $100, received box in less than 5 days including weekend.

I was so happy to discover myPanier today! I needed a particular fish sauce Red Boat for the Whole 30 diet, which does not allow added sugars. I saw that myPanier stocked it and quickly confirmed that I could pick it up at the Lake Forest location. I was greeted by the owner, Chris, who is from Southern France. He is so enthusiastic about his business which is still primarily on-line. His goal: To create economic opportunities for food producers and opening a flow of communication and discovery between producer and consumer.I felt like I had gone to Europe, it is such a beautiful store. I only wished for the fresh produce of the markets of France. While I went for no added sugars - I really suggest going for all the sweet treats that you will find!

I recently left a 1 star review for a food product I purchased from myPanier. I wasnt looking for a refund, I wasnt looking for a future discount, I just wanted to state my honest review of a product for other consumers. This review did not post. I tried again, and it still did not post. I was contacted days later with an apology for the product and the offer of 10% off future products, however they still would not post my honest review.Here is that review for Lars Own Cloudberry Preserves:The flavor was enjoyable, but there were so many seeds that I had to get my strainer out to separate the jelly. We were only able to salvage about half a jar of this nectar colored gold. Hopefully that gives you an idea as to how densely these large seeds were packed. Delicious product made practically inedible.BUYER BEWARE... Youre only reading the positive reviews and the honest negative ones have been blocked. I simply cant trust a business like that.

If you are trying to find an item you tried during your last visit to France, look no further. They have many handmade, small batch foods available that were made by small business owners. Both from France and locally. They have chocolates, candies, honey, mustard, dried pasta, jams, biscuits, truffles, olives, olive oil, teas and much, much more. Christophe and his friendly staff are there to help you find whatever you are looking for. No other store in Southern California carries such an interesting variety of specialty foods.

Wonderful boutique store offering carefully selected, often hard to find, products. Online store is effective and accurate but those living near Lake Forest, CA should visit in person and enjoy the expertise and warmth of Chris and Annie. Small and tricky to find---within an office park---but fun to see the products and learn why theyve been chosen. First time there just a couple of days ago, but will definitely visit again.

MyPanier is the easiest way of getting high quality food from around the world. The amount of speciality foods is incredible! Even though the location is so close to everyone in Southern California, you feel as though you are transported to Europe! The favorite treats so far are the Italian Nougat and the Chocolate Caramel Cookie Squares! I highly recommend checking out the website to anyone who wants to try truly unique hand-crafted foods!

Awesome place to fulfill your unique food cravings! I bought artisan pickles and chocolate bars that you cant find anywhere else in Orange County right here, and the process was super fast and easy. I even received my package in a day and it was personally delivered to my house, so watch out for their van decked out in their logo. Food was efficiently wrapped and packaged beautifully. Even my chocolate bar didnt melt, and its usually 80 degrees here. Score! 5-star service!!

Cool place for my specialty food needs. Ive always wanted to try artisan products, but didnt know where to go. This is my go-to place in Orange County. Shipping was quick and the products were well packaged with a personalized note included. 100% recommend! Try the coffee there.

We love the regular workers here (Chris and Valentine) but the upper management is a real disappointment. The products are beautiful. We love them. Sadly we had a terrible nightmare with the Fedex shipping service and spent 9 hours fighting with Fedex (their operators told us 15 lies in 4 days). Finally we called MyPanier to alert them that Fedex tossed our packages in some faraway warehouse and refused to retrieve and deliver them. Please note we had never left the house since we ordered. Anyway, Fedex finally dusted off the boxes and delivered them. Again, everything is so beautiful and we just love their products and the regular staff. Annie was really nice too. But their account person, Marie or Maria is, well, let me just say she is a zombie and really nasty. Probably paid more than Chris who is our hero. We do recommend this establishment and thank them for sending us food during a Global Pandemic!

Ordered online. 4 days later, after they already billed me, I got an email saying there was a glitch in their system and they were no longer stocked in Kabosu juice. Still waiting on my return. Terrible customer service and apparently computer software haha. They will never get another dollar from me.

To begin, I give MyPanier 4 stars and not 5 because of the original problem, and 4 stars but not 1 because of the unexpectedly awesome way they dealt with said problem. I recently placed my first order with MyPanier—a bunch of potential stocking stuffers for my wife—so the stakes were high. I paid extra for priority shipping to ensure the items would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas, especially since I would need to have the order shipped to my office and I was taking a couple of days before Christmas off and would, therefore, not be around to get it if it were late. Alas, the target delivery date came, and went. A couple more days came...and went...and as I was having similar trouble with other, larger vendors I was getting pretty impatient. So I fired off what I hope was a polite but firm email to MyPanier to express my concern, frankly not really expecting to get a reply before the holiday. To my great surprise I not only got a prompt reply from Chris at MyPanier saying that the order somehow been lost between them and the courier, but—and this is the real kicker—that he was going to expedite a replacement of the full order that would be shipped out via overnight express that day, and that he was not only refunding my delivery charges but the entire cost of the order! Now that, in my experience, is customer service that simply doesnt exist anywhere anymore. Except for, obviously, MyPanier. The items arrived on time, were a big hit on Xmas morning, and were delicious to boot. If youre tempted to take a chance on a smaller, growing online artisanal marketeplace, MyPanier is very much worth checking out. Thanks very much Chris and MyPanier...Ill be back!

While browsing on myPaniers site, I had the idea of sending my family gift baskets for Christmas. I looked through their popular picks and other products I thought each family member would enjoy. With each gift, I had to include a jar of Augiers honeys and 3 Abeilles soft nougats. Ive tried the soft nougats before and they are absolutely delicious, so of course I had to share these treats with my family! Im very glad I decided to give them artisanal food baskets this year. My aunt, uncle, cousins, and godmother adored the packaging of their baskets and all thought it was a very thoughtful gift idea!
