Brandon is amazing! I brought my car in because I was worried about catalytic converter theft. After contacting Brandon, he walked me through what he offers for theft prevention. I was able to get an appointment right away to bring my car in, and the whole process was completed very quickly. Brandon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most important (to me) kind. I will definitely be a return customer!

I had a major issue with my exhaust flex pipe. One place told me to come back the next day. Tried Big B after I left that place and right away the service tech checked out my car, and showed me the issue, and also pointed out extra tips and went above and beyond. Was quick and affordable. Definitely taking my car back here if any other issues!! Very considerate, and is great at his profession.

Brought my Audi in there for a muffler delete and he had me in an out in less than an hour. Such a cool guy, he even told me about the etnies skate park down the street. They replaced the mufflers on both my Jeeps. Each time the Jeep was on the lift within a half hour of calling and they knocked out the replacement in about 30 mins. Great work at a great price!

I had an exhaust leak. Brandon worked with me, very patient and knowledgeable. Great price and he has a beautiful shop dog named Danzig. Worked on my Land Rover despite it being difficult without “huffing and puffing”. Never gave off that over worked underpaid, making the customer feel guilty for bringing in a hard project employee that you normally find at an auto place. Very professional. Kept me informed as to what may happen gave me the choice to move foreword. Didn’t just slip me a bill, very responsible pricing. Not to mention had to be one of the cleanest shops out there. I have a 2014 Ford Expedition. I talked to a friend of mine about improving gas mileage. He recommend that I increase the diameter of the pipe and get a new muffler. I called the place he recommended, but they were out of business. Brian at Big B Mufflers got great reviews from YP and Yelp...so I decided to give him a call. He was very friendly and gave me a pretty competitive quote over the phone. When I got there he told me that the diameter of the pipe I have is almost 3 and that I could do with just getting a new muffler. He could have easily sold me the 3 pipe and tip for an additional $175, but he said it wasnt necessary. I really appreciate businesses and business owners that are honest. Once everything was installed he re-checked all his welds to make sure it wasnt leaking. I was in and out of there in under an hour. I would highly recommend Brian and Big B for any Muffler or exhaust system you need!

Very professional establishment. The owner is a straight shooter and does not come across as a gameshow host or car salesman. The shop itself is immaculate and very well appointed if you need to be awhile. Everything is clean and where it belongs. Even the shop sink area was exceptionally clean. down to the broom and mop neatly organized. Now the experience. Brandon is very helpful and gives sound advice. Plus he is a perfectionist. Went in to have an aftermarket exhaust installed. Supposedly direct fit.(They rarely are) After much measuring and thinking the process began. A good deal of cutting, grinding, welding, and more measuring and it was on. Very pleased to say the least. What seemed like a lost cause and a potential return hassle, became a treat. I was amazed at how fast it was completed. Pricing is the best around for the quality of craftsmanship. Thank You immensely Big B.

I bought a flowmaster 10 series for my 1999 s10 chevy. The exhaust included 2 1/2 in inlet and 2/1/2 in outlet muffler and all the piping to the tips, with all the hardware to have it installed by Brandon @ Big B Mufflers& Catalytic Converters for just $100. he did an amazing job and despite some difficulties from i believe not fitting right. He still did the job without charging extra . I look forward to giving business there again.
