A few of the boxes were damaged, but appear to have been fixed in-transit and none of the parts were damaged due to the excellent part packaging from Bon Pergola.Part prep for build: All parts were well labeled and easy to follow with instructions. Did receive wrong bolts, spacers,and nuts quantity for design, but BON Pergola quickly responded and sent the correct parts.Additional notes:May want mounting plate cover to hide protruding nuts - believe BON Pergola sells them. LED strip lights embedded into gutters are well done - the light color is daylight and very bright. Does not come with dimmer, but can be customized. Comes with two very nice wireless remotes for louver and light control - wifi integration for app control would be a nice upgrade for this too.Product impression:Design quality is superb! Product quality looks great: Precise cuts and part alignment, Part finish is awesome - to the point I want to wipe down every surface to make it shine!This pergola is the SAME quality if not better than StruXure Cabana X and Apollo louvers for a cheaper price.Customer service is also fantastic, fast responses, direct information, and cares about your happiness with the product over just trying to sell you something. Very pleased dealing with jeff at Bon Windows for my pergola product came quick to toronto canada and payment delivery and duty was handled by Jeff . the product was well packaged. it was easy to install. my son helped me for 2.5 hours to install frame then it was a one person job to finish in 5 hours. works great. thanks for all your hep jeff
