The store was very nice and clean. Russell did a great job explaining all the mattress options and we found one that was perfect for us. It was a great experience overall.

Dawn was super helpful and gave us an amazing bed buying experience.

My husband and I went into this store with the intention of purchasing a new mattress but we were unsure of all the different features before entering. Upon entry we were immediately greeted by Dawn, who throughout our stay at the store was knowledgeable, caring, considerate and honest about the entire series and her own experiences with owning a sleep number. Overall the experience was fantastic and I cant wait for my new mattress to be delivered. From start to finish Dawn was a true professional! Thank you!

My husband and I went into a Sleep Number bed store with an open mind. We new. I thing about the bed and wanted an education. Al, the store manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He was so calm, and kind, and he really believes in the product. He spent about an hour and a half with us, having us try out the beds, explaining how they are made. Now, they are expensive, that I understand, but we have bought two mattresses over the last 10 years. These were the top of the line mattresses and they didn’t last. They were at least 3000.00 each for King sized. So far we are happy with the mattress. We are still trying to get the perfect number adjustments, as with any mattress it takes a couple of days. We hope that this mattress will last longer than our others, especially if we can just replace parts of the mattress when they need to be replaced.

My boyfriend and I went to this location with the intention of purchasing. We showed up at 6 pm to simply look around, knowing they close at 7 pm. First, the doors were locked... but the salesman was inside with another couple. He unlocked the door but told us he was with someone, and we said we just wanted to look around and didnt want to be a bother. We sat on a few beds, when all of a sudden the salesman came over and said get up, I need this bed... which was incredibly offputting. So then we went to another bed. The salesman came over to ask what we needed and my boyfriend asked him a question regarding the bed contouring to your body. The salesman said three times thats what we are known for but he was not answering the actual question. So my boyfriend asked a different way... then the man used his hands to intimidate sign language and spoke to him in a manner that was imitating a mentally challenged individual and spoke to him very slowly and condescending. We were in shock. So much shock that we couldnt even argue... we just left. That was an incredibly uncomfortable interaction for us, super insulting, and left us feeling very uneasy. This man is an older gentleman with glasses but I did not catch his name. Very sad and not happy about this visit at all. I hope something is done about this.

Helpful very knowledgeable staff that surprisingly were not pushy... They actually educated me quite a lot about mattress materials and benefits...and even took the time to demo the different models...I ended up going home to think about it because the model set up the way I wanted was over 5 thousand dollars and was trying to figure out finances....in the meantime I did some research and ended up being quite shocked by their pricing compared to other brands similarly rated... I ended up not buying from them and bought a different brand which used compareable materials and was over 2 thousand less....and yes, that was with the motorized frame.

We went there last year. I feel like the white elder guy who works there is a racist. He just kept staring at us, but not talking to us. like he was worried if we were gonna make some damages to the store. I just moved here and I was trynna buy some stuff cuz the store looks fancy. He made us so uncomfortable and we had to leave. Really disappointed.

The guy in the store is so rude to customers. If it wasnt for shane the representative I bought my bed from i wouldnt even consider a bed from sleep number thats how uncomfortable u feel when u walk in so this review for the store employee . No respect another person in the store asked a question twice. His response was i told u already. Thats when we all walked out. And most of the beds had stains on them

That guy with the glasses in the front ..So rude I literally went in there to check out how the remote worked the bed. Not even me being in there for 1 minute was like please dont play with those as if Im a child. I just got up and left, and the sad part was that i was seriously seeking a new mattress. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere! Turned off!

Don the salesman is rude, arrogant, disrespectful, unhelpful. Other reviewers here are complaining about him as well and Sleep Number says theyll share with management for review and training purposes but apparently nothing has changed. I now believe that the corporation itself shares some of the blame for this terrible experience I had today. They need to get their act together.

Awful... You might as well flush a stack of Hundred down the toilet. I bought one and it is a hunk of memory foam dog scrap. I loathe this company and all it stands for! I am an enemy to sleep number and want my money back.. Hell I would even just settle the whole dispute if the can make the $3,000 dollars I still owe them disappear.. Never mind that I have already spent a couple of grand in payments.. oh and they Synchrony bank they use? Those fellas are bound to be under investigation soon for the predatory lending scheme they got going on..

Worst mattress ever so sorry I bought one

12000 for a bed is crazy talk. Salesman was not very helpful and had some odor in the store that was pretty terrible.

Very upsetting experience, as soon as I was walking around looking the man in the store barked at me Dont play with those as I touched the bed. Take your business elsewhere if youre looking for mattresses
