Went shopping for myself today and found a really nice jacket that I like, i went to buy it because it was marketed at $30 which was an amazing deal, during the transaction the jacket came up full price and the manager refused to honor it because “the system won’t allow him to honor a jacket to $30”. Being a ASM myself I knew of the lie he just told me. Never again going to this unprofessional store.

Went it today and the cutest couple was at the register she was ringing people up and he was putting the stuff in bags and they were teasing each other it’s nice to know U.S polo hires couples together they make a great team!!!!

Great store, the staff is very nice and friendly, they also have really good quality clothes for really good prices, will be coming back soon!!

Be sure to wash clothes from here with the tags on. When you buy shirts and the collars stretch out simply after one single wash, not even use, they will not accept a refund.Congrats on continuing to be the low-tier Polo brand, keep perpetuating that with your horrible quality clothing.

I was at the store and I asked the manager a question about a price and he got an attitude like I was bothering him by asking him a question about a price will not be returning if anyone goes in when a white man with brown hair is there don’t go In he is extremely rude would give 0 stars if allowed will be writing an email to Corporate
