This is one of the better 7-elevens. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I sometimes drive out of the way to go to this store over other stores that are closer to my house.

This store is horrible!!! I just went in there and there were two clerks, one of whom had a mask around his neck and the other one had NO MASK at all!! When I politely asked them to wear a mask, Chris the one with no mask started screaming at me you dont know if I have COVID! you dont know me!!. its christmas, give me a break! If you dont like it, dont come in here anymore, we dont need your business. I certainly will not go there anymore, and neither will my husband, my sister, or my parents, all of whom live in the area and go there on a regular basis.

Avoid at all costs during the pandemic; I went there and there were two workers not wearing masks, and two more people came into the store not wearing masks properly on the same visit.

Our family has been going to 7 11 Lake Grove for over 30 years. Wayne n Sue do a great job.

By far the worst 7-Eleven you can go to after going to this 7-Eleven for years I went in one night to use the ATM decided I wasn’t going to buy anything and the manager searched me to see if I was stealing I was never so insulted I strongly used this 7-Eleven instead of the one they built down the block and is now closed and boy did I make a big mistake I will never enter the 7-Eleven ever again.

Its a 7-11. Pretty standard. Staff here have always been friendly.

When to purchase new lotto tickets when the cashier misunderstood me and printed me out wrong tickets not for $2 but for $50 got upset with me yall got me when I told him that he shouldnt speak to his customers that way continuously told me what the f*** are you going to do over and over in front of other customers highly disappointed and I am hardly surprised that someone in our community will allow someone to work in a store that behaves in such a manner towards the people in the community that support the businesses

I bought a coffee and donut, because on the window there was a sign of free donut with the coffee. When I got to the line the cashier (short indian guy) charged me for the coffee and donut when I told him about the special he told me the special is old and he forgot to remove the sign. He was very nasty about it.
