Every time I go to Lake Grove KAY there is a new reason as to why they can’t help with an inspection or warranty service. Today I waited online for a half hour to find out neither one of my rings could be inspected. “They are not in your jewelry box at this location “. For 12 years I’ve been getting my rings inspected and never heard this excuse. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience. They make it impossible to keep up eight he warranty.

WOW gotta say I’ve seen some customer service in retail but at this store Bella was excellent. What a sweetheart and great sales person. She helped me pick out a ring for my fiancé and I felt so comfortable with her around. I looked in a few different jewelry places for a ring but Bella sold the deal for me. Loved the customer service she offered and would recommend anyone to shop here.

The assistant manager Emily should be the head manager of the store. After having so many issues with our engagement ring with different associates as well as other managers Emily was able to resolve all of our issues and got us back on track to enjoy our Engagement! Definitely will be going back to make more purchases through Emily. Kay is lucky to have such a great face representing them. We would have completely went somewhere else had she not been there.

The assistant manager Bella at Lake Grove was extremely kind & helpful when I needed a stone fixed in my ring. She helped re set up my warranty that had expired for free of charge. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I shopped at Kay Jewelers in the Smith Haven mall and had Maria as our sales rep. She was a tremendous help and just lovely! She spent a lot of time with us and was very patient! If you plan on shopping at that location, we highly recommend you work with Maria.

Emily and Corrine are amazing employees. Corinne helped with the first part of the process in getting my ring. Emily helped me with a repair needed and even after minor issue she still went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The only reason I do not give a 5 is because of the repair issue. Beyond that, all employees made shopping easy and fun.

Very helpful when I was picking out my future wifes engagement ring. I was able to find the perfect ring for her. They also do a great job of inspecting and cleaning the ring every few months to make sure it stays in good condition.

Bella was great...we had an issue with a wedding band we bought months ago and she really took her time to understand our pain points and what the best solution was for us. She is very patient and consultative, I highly recommend!!!

The manager gemologist Melissa Weiss is a scam artist. My fiancé had purchased a ring from her in August 2017. From the beginning everything went wrong. First she tried selling him a wedding band that couldnt be made into a engagement ring. Then from there she tells him hes instantly approved and that his monthly payment would be $160 for a 2 year loan. Then we he went to pick up the ring they said they couldnt find it. She didnt give him any paperwork and he has still to this day (November, 8 2017) not received anything in the mail regarding his account. She charged him way more than what the ring appraised for and had a few random charges on the account that even the manger didnt know what they were for. The ring price was $5400 and she had him approved for $4000 and put the deal through anyway without telling him his account was automatically over charged for the remaining $1400 which is now messing with his credit. She set him up with a loan for 8 years at 24.99 interest with over $260 a month payment which is no where near what she had told him in the store. Dealing with her was an absolute nightmare and she has completely ruined the fun in being engaged. This woman should NOT be a manager in any way.

Emily was very kind. My Movado I bought from my local Kay Jewelers had an issue. The pin came out and my watch fell apart. I went to this Kay Jewelers and she took care of the problem immediately. Very friendly and understanding staff! Highly recommend you go and see her! Amazing service

I took an anniversary band in to get dipped and when it came back it was 3 sizes smaller! Kay staff said they didn’t do it the people they sent it to did. No apologies to this day. Trying to reach customer service took two weeks, after submitting online and by phone. Staff were indignant and rude. The ring I got back I’m sure is not my anniversary band!

I went in to have a watch sized. In the process the employee damaged a link. I didnt notice until a few days later. I returned to the store where I met the assistant manager; Ashely. She was extremely attentive and professional. At no cost to me, she ordered a replacement watch! This exceeded my expectations 100 fold! I highly recommend this store and asking for Ashely! Thank you again!

Came in to look & possibly purchase some jewelry.... never again. Left within the first 5 minutes & drove 40 minutes the opposite way to the rocky point location. Very rude atmosphere, very hectic & not to well organized and managed.

I give 5 stars specially for Michèle. She is by far the nicest, most sincere, and professional sales consultant not only in that store but in any jewelry store I have visited. She went above and beyond to help us with our needs and requests. I would most definitely shop here again just because Michèle.
