My absolute favorite place to shop for my standard groceries. The staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Plus, you just cant beat the prices anywhere else! I actually prefer alot of their brand product to the ones in the more recognized big name stores.

This was my go to place as a broke college student. Getting my groceries here was SO CHEAP and everything was fresh and there was always a deal. Plus the portions were great but never a crazy bulk pack amount that I would never be able to finish on my own. Everything is super organized and staff is very friendly. If I ever needed baking or cooking stuff like pots or pans, ALDI’s also sold some really great quality ones I still use years after I bought it.

This is a smaller Aldis but has great deals. Always able to get what I am looking for. Cashiers are always nice and friendly. Store could be a little cleaner and better stocked.

Cheap prices for good quality products.Only got 4/5 stars because doesn’t always have the products I want (enchilada sauce, shredded coconut, etc.).Make sure to bring a quarter to check out a cart! (But you get your quarter back when you return it).

I love ALDI! The store is full of good, cheap food. There is your regular staples, and there are some extra goodies as well. The food tastes good. Their pizza, cottage cheese and chips are some of my favorites. They have a whole section of gluten free foods that are very good, and moderately priced. I would estimate that a family would be able to cut their food bill in half by shopping here.

Aldi prices awesome. Only problem if you see an item you like get it on your visit, lots of times if you wait they dont get all same merch in every week. Try their three wick candles. Great price, burn long, smell great!

They have sales, then you can check on the internet to see if they are in stock. It says yes, in stock. Then you go to the store and they dont have the items. THEY DO NOT OFFER RAIN CHECKS, after you drove all the way there. There are not a lot of these stores close by. What a waste of time and gasoline! Dont bother or accept their lame excuses why you cant call them or get rainchecks!

Great for pantry products. Most of the produce I got was moldy within a day or two (with refrigeration), and options were super limited. Great prices on specific items, though

They have a nat infestation. All produce that was bought there especially from the fridge was infested with nats.

I enjoy the supermarket for its good prices excellent products and less overwhelming than a full size supermarket. There are some concessions if you definitely need the name brand product of something then this is not the place for you. I enjoy finding new products.

The last time a dozen eggs were .50 cents or less was back in the 1967. anyone remember that?? well that is what u will pay for a dozen at aldi in 2021. plus where can u buy a can of diced tomatoes for .29 cents. I kind of feel like a time traveler when I check out at the register.

Aldi is a very affordable grocery store. Most of their products are store-brand, but theyre almost always of great quality! They also frequently have specials.The one thing you MUST do when you visit Aldi is bring a quarter- you need to have a quarter to use a shopping cart (but dont worry, you get your quarter back when you return your cart).Pictured is some (fresh!) sushi I bought for just $3. Note: there is no raw fish in the sushi, but it was still tasty.

This is MY ALDI !!! this my favorite location on the island.I will be honest I easily do 75 percent of my food shopping here. I just love a lot of the items and I pretty much want the same stuff weekly.My favorite item is their half and half.This location is clean, well stocked and calm.

Aldi single handedly helped me and my family weather the pandemic. They were in stock, organized and accommodating. Lines were assisted quickly, product stocked quickly and prices kept very fair to below expectations. The Lake Grove location, specifically, was always run well and clean!

You never know what you may find. The sales are fantastic. The non-food knick knacks and specialty items are great as well.

Not thrilled. Bought mandarins 4 times this month. All disgusting. No longer sells 16 lb bag cat food. No longer sells carrot juice no longer sells sugar wafer cookies. I dont want healthy all the time. Prices raised due to organic switch over. Stale expired honey buns. Produce frozen at times

A nice clean Aldi store. We decided to stop in last minute, and it ended up being a quick and productive stop. Finding parking was a breeze. The staff were pleasant.

Can we take a moment to say thank you? I think we can. This is a gem of a store where you can feast like a king on a students budget. This is a no frills bare skeleton as far as aesthetics but the staff is polite and helpful. People are friendly and make purchase suggestions to other shoppers which is fantastic. If you want to make better lifestyle improvements, I recommend this store.There are vegan, gluten free options and yes there is meat and regular products.

Aldi is the best food store. Period. End of story. Their prices are at least $1-$2 cheaper than any other food store. They have everything you need that you purchase at any supermarket. Their products are very high quality. Just bring your own bags and a quarter for the shopping cart.

I see a lot of comments which refer to the quality of there products as poor. This is totally false. The fruits and veggies could be better but thats about it. There pork chops and chicken are fine. They have awesome organic items. Milks fresh yogurt cheeses everything good so I wonder what items are these people talking about. And there protein powders are awesome 30 grams in 1 scoop.

I want to give them 5 stars because the staff is awesome. But lately the store has been so busy, its not enjoyable to shop there. And the fact that many staple items are commonly missing. Prices cant be beat so I continue to shop there.

Honestly, the best one I have been to in Long Island. I have been to many and this one is great. Clean and doesnt smell. The produce is by far better than most. The very best one was in Virginia, they even have a wine section in theirs.

An interesting place that carries a lot of unique food brands.

They have good items under their own names made by famous companies. Their prices are good on a lot of items. The downfall is you have to shop on the day shipments come in or the shelves are empty.

Alot of stuff in the store is cheap not in a bad way store in lake grove is smaller than I expected not like a typical supermarket no deli/butcher/seafood/bakery counter. Theres limited selection of produce Im not knocking the place just not what I was expecting, although I found some of the things that I buy in the supermarket significantly cheaper here it wouldnt work for my familys weekly needs. When I am looking for certain items I know I can get them here on the cheap.

Hey is this actually open?? Seems I was mistaken when I wrote this :Finally, I get around to writing my review, and this ALDI is already closed. It did not last very long at this location.I was disappointed at the small selection of goods at this small market. It would appear, since it closed soon after, that a lot of people were similarly disappointed with their shopping experience.I have to compare it to my very favorable experience at the ALDI in Darmstadt, Germany last year. The two stores had a similar feel to them. Produce and products were arrayed on table and shelves, extremely plain and unadorned. However, I really enjoyed my visits to the German ALDI. The selection of food and other products was larger and the quality was MUCH better in Germany.Prices were very good at both stores in the US and Germany.

I love going to Aldi. The amount of money Ive saved grocery shopping is amazing. It has become my go to grocery store. I wish it was open later, because then I usually have to go somewhere else, but I usually go food shopping during the day.The price on chicken breast alone is well worth it. And the store brand items they carry taste just as good, if not better, than the name brand. What would normally cost hundreds of dollars, costs half or less that at Aldi.With 1 income we have to live on a budget and this place helps me maintain that budget

Well... Almost every basic thing that u need, at non-expensive favorable prices. Chocolate chip cookie ice cream is the best 😍😍 And you get every meat item fresh n non frozen. If you fresh meat, this is the place to go. Aside from meat, you get sausages sauces dressings what not.. Almost everything you get here. But yeah dont forget to take as quarter with you... We need to use that quarter to get cart from outside. No matter how much money you have, you gonna get into lotta trouble if you dont have that single quarter😂
