Rhett helped us find our Fifth wheel and the purchase process was so painless and professional. We were driving from Vegas and Rhett even sent us a video walkthrough of our camper before we drove down and saw it in person. When we arrived to pick up our RV, Jeff showed us around and took his time to show us everything about the RV and made sure we understood everything. The maintenance crew washed our RV before we took it and made it look perfect!! If you need a new home on wheels, or just a weekend warrior, dont look any further, come to Sunshine!!! Its worth the drive, I promise!!

After calling and verifying that they had the part I needed I drove over only to find that the person who answered the phone had not listened and simply said yes we have it when they did not. To top it off, when I arrived he wasnt there (10 minutes later) and the gentleman who was helping me had no clue what I was talking about. Welcome to customer service in the 21st century. John at JR Motors was able to provide exactly what I needed and knew immediately from my description what I was talking about.Im sure Sunshine RV is a great business, theyve been around for years. Unfortunately my experience wont make them my first choice next time I need something.

We are so happy with our 2018 Pinnacle purchase!Rhett, Shelly, Ken and Marty were so nice and great to work with. Clear communication, no pressure, easy paperwork, very knowledgeable. Marty was amazing on our walk thru and they are fixing a couple of things that didnt work.Our only issue was that the cleaning crew needs to do a much better job.

Needed a propane auto shutoff valve. They only had the complete kit with detector. Amazon had a dozen companies selling just the valve. Being a DIFYer is satisfying.

I was looking for a specific trailer. I could not find it near where I lived but found one at Sunshune RV. I had to drive nearly 5 hours to pick it up but I’m glad I purchased it from sunshine. Since I had to arrange everything prior to coming out I had to trust them that everything would be ready including a few customizations I added. Rhett was great and easy to work with. They found the specific battery and ordered it and installed it in time for my pick up date. Jeff walked me through the trailer and took all the time I needed to get a thorough understanding. They found 1 of the internal doors that had a bend in it from the manufacturer. However they were able to replace it and fix it while I was there so I did not have to come back another day. Thank you sunshine RV for making it an easy and pleasant experience.

Have to say. It was nice to work with understanding salesman that are not pushing you to buy. Working with Chris down there and we havent bought yet its been about 5 weeks back and forth they wont sell you anything unless your happy with it!. They stay in touch and let you know when things come in that you may want. We are still looking and waiting for the right rv. Out of all the rv places here in havasu you wont go wrong there.Thanks Chris!

Special ordered a new Redwood fifth wheel through Rhett its internet sales manager no haggling back and forth, he beat every one elses prices. Great experience through out the whole process. The parts department was easy to deal with for upgrades and financing wasnt pushy. Great experience, would recommend.

We bought a used Alpine Coach, sight unseen, online from out of state based on the representation that Rhett Butler gave us. Rhett was responsive, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He responded to every single question we had over the course of a month and stayed in constant contact. Giving us updates and staying true to original timeline given for pick up. The coach was exceptionally clean, maintained and everything we were expecting! They were even fixing a leaky outside shower faucet when we arrived at the last minute. What can I say about Sunshine RV’s service department??!!I recently brought my new toy hauler in for some minor service repairs, from start to finish Doreen, Keith and the crew treated me like a king.All my issues were addressed, and taken care of in a timely manner. They even got it back to me many hours before the promised time.I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to get a new RV or one serviced to go see them, they even helped me adjust my hitch correctly and load my generator into the back of my pickup.I am definitely a customer for life!Thank you!!

I moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to Lake Havasu City, Arizona and needed to get my roof fixed because I hit a tree and ripped the membrane. I thought I had only hit my awning and the insurance wouldnt cover the roof because an impact point could not be found. I took it to Sunshine RV, they (Ron in Service as I kindly call him) found the impact point and my insurance covered most of the cost. I was very flexible on the time frame in which it needed to be fixed because I didnt need my RV while moving and traveling back and forth to work in SLC. I was asked if I was living in the trailer and if it was a rush to have it back. There was no rush for me. I am very appreciative of Sunshine RV and will continue to use them when needed (hopefully not for a roof....ever again). Thanks Sunshine RV!Nic

After trying to negotiate with a few large dealerships, I purchased a late model, used Class A from Sunshine RV. I hadnt seen the coach until I drove to Lake Havasu to close the deal. Rhett Butlers description of the coach was very accurate, and my purchase was drama free. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness. I highly recommend Rhett and Sunshine RV.

Main point of contact at Sunshine RV was Rhett Butler he was friendly and knowledgeable very much helpful all of the employees we had contact with were very much the same I would NOT buy again from these folks. BUYER BEWARE! Once you drive off the lot with your purchase, they no longer want to hear from you. They offer you an extended warranty but every time you contact them the price goes up and up until finally they no longer offer anything. I do not know how long they had the motorhome I purchased, but they did not fix anything that was broken. For $9 K they offered to change the tires and 12 volt batteries, neither of which was needed. Probably they planned on putting these items on another RV.

During the 3 years we have had our Raptor that we purchased new from this dealership, the after sale support has been fantastic. Service department is top notch and always helpful weather Im doing the work or they are doing warranty repairs. I ask a lot of questions and try to learn how to maintain the unit as we go. I always get a straight answer with out any BS . We have referred many of our friends to Sunshine RV and none were disappointed. Thanks for being the professionals we can count on.

The folks at Sunshine RV were friendly, courteous, and helpful to us in choosing what we were looking to buy. Although we experienced a few annoying shake-down issues with our new purchase, they fixed the problems and made things right. Went in during my search for the right travel trailer within my budget. Chris McPhee showed me a few options but I found that though they were nice looking they did not fulfill what I was looking for. I appreciate that there was no hard pressure sell tactics to try and go out of budget like few other lots I looked at. I ultimately purchased from private owner but did not forget the professional environment at Sunshine so I stopped in to purchase from parts department an item I needed.

Went to pick up our brand new and clean motorhome after waiting 1month for parts and it was filthy. When we asked prior to picking it up if it could be washed we were told no man power but when we drove up to pick it up there was a man outside washing the rigs in the lot. We were told about the 3week we could bring it home but the main part that controls the whole rig was one of the parts we needed, and we would have to bring it back when the part came in. I dont think this is good customer service.

Upon starting a 3 month long summer adventure, I discovered I might have an issue with the house batteries on my motorhome. Because Sunshine was close and had a good rating I decided to stop there. Once I found it, I went into service to see if they could get someone to check my batteries. I wasn’t asking for anything more, just to check them to see if I had a problem. The 3 people sitting in the service department said I would need to get an appointment. Them had no one available. Now there were 3 of them sitting there. I’m not sure what service means to them, but I saw no service interest. As I walked out, another employee, possibly a sales person, suggested I try American Batteries down the road, which I did. They were very nice and helpful. They tested my batteries and found a problem which they help me with. There was nearly a thousand dollar the Sunshine RV never realized. A 10 minute would have made them some money. Maybe that’s not what their there for. Drive passed them.

Our buying experience at Sunshine was one of the best I can remember. Rhett was so patient babysitting us through this process. Every question we asked or texted to him was answered quickly and thoroughly. Rick in service was very thorough and knowledgeable guiding us through the coach. I would recomend Sunshine to anyone interested in purchasing an RV.

When buying something out of state you never know what to expect when you arrive. Pictures could be deceiving, however Sunshine Rv did an excellent job with pictures and the whole transition. There team was superior in all aspects even explaining how the coach operates. THANK YOU guys for making it a pleasant trip with everything we wanted in our fifthwheel Montana.

We had a great experience, needed a part that we knew would be lucky to find. Bruce took the time to look in the back room and found one. We were 1-1/2 hours away and not going to make it before they closed. They took our payment over the phone and left the part where we could access it after hours!! Fantastic!

They had a few opened. Seemed liked they didnt want to come outside in the heat to help you. Didnt want you to see all the unit, they were locked when we were told everything was open. Service was bad. We left, did not buy nor will we.

Bought a new Cougar 5th wheel here. Sales staff was courteous and informative. Got a great deal. Had fit and trim issues with the new unit. Issues were handled completely and in a reasonable time considering that their repair facility is not large. Will proudly refer friends who are interested in a new or used RV to contact Sunshine RV.

Sunshine replaced tires, wheels where not torqued, lugs finger tight. Found out when trailer taken to another place to have wheelbearings repacked(Sunshine was 210.00 more than Lifestyles RV). Not cool.bearings packed

The best RV repair service in Lake Havasu. Ron Francis and his Service Team are Top Notch! They checked our Country Coach out and installed a new refrigerator. Couldnt be happier with the service! When I walked in the door at Sunshine RV, I was greeted by a large cardboard Trump. I think a business should promote their product but not their politics. Some people could be offended . Dont think Ill go back anytime soon.

Its a breath of fresh air to see an rv dealership that tells the customer the truth and doesnt try to blow smoke. I see all these customers saying how long it takes to do warranty work and get in for service. Sometimes it takes the rv dealership 6 to 8 weeks just to get the parts.Locating and getting the parts can take a long time. On these reviews I see alot of unrealistic customers so if you can figure out a way to make the rv industry quicker by all means share the info because it will make you rich. Great job sunshine!

Ron in service is always helpfull and patient. Sometimes I have a lot of questions, and he takes the time to make sure I understand everything.

Poor work ethic. If you are getting warranty service, they take weeks and don’t do it correctly. Rude service manager and owner. Would never recommend them for service. Dishonest and rude

We just completed a purchase of a new Mountaineer 5th wheel. We had purchased our previous 5th wheel here 7 years ago. They have a new owner Kyle who was great, as are the original staff who we have dealt with over the years. Vince in Service is a wealth of knowledge and we have picked his brain many times over the years. Bruce is our sales guy and very fun to work with, absolutely no pressure. Usually I hate getting to the Finance portion of any large sales even with our great credit, Finance just isnt a fun portion of any sales. Well at Sunshine it is totally painless.
