Gotta love Walgreens! Its the perfect 1 stop shop for all of your emergency needs...whether its a quick gallon of milk while waiting for my Rx at their convenient pharmacy to all of my toiletries & necessities, Walgreens is 1 of my favorite 24 hour places to get pretty much anything I need in a jiffy! Theyve also got a fantastic team of hard working individuals, so kudos to their management who obviously knows what their doing! They are hands down some of the most friendly team of customer service members in Lake Havasu & by far 1 of my most favorite places to shop!

Looked up places that sell bentonite clay, Walgreens nearest me claimed to have it in stock. After wasting useless minutes of my time listening to the automated voice trying to connect me to the drug pushers, I finally talked to a nice cashier. Walgreens is a liar, they do NOT have the products in stock that they claim they do. False advertising, and please stop trying to connect me to the pharmacy. I want someone that knows the store and can sell me actual products, I do not want to talk to glorified drug dealers.

Supper slow even if they know you are waiting in the store, they first told me 26 min, then 90min and it actually took 2 1/2hrs for me to get it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.

Slowest drive through pharmacy I have ever experienced.

Pharmacy is slow. Its terrible when your sick and they cant even get a prescription ready when you leave the ER till 5 hours later.

Dont bother phoning this store for info about products in stock.Wait forever on phone which may or may not ever be answered.But the auto phone message does tell you what time the clerksare on lunch break. Absolutely incompetent service!!!!

The staff at this location went above and beyond to help me with a very unusual request. I dont even live in this state and they did all they could to provide excellent customer service to me and my family.

Walgreens is my #1 place for medications, n when im looking for great makeup. They have a great selection.

Surprisingly everyone today was really rude. I usually never had a bad experience in here but today was different I asked several people if they knew where I could find methyl folate which is a folic acid supplement i was told to ask the pharmacist. I stood in line for about 15-20 minutes. It was my turn next with just a simple question a very rude and entitled woman got up and said Im next. So I waited again i finally got called asked the pharmacist where i could it i had a picture of it and the PHARMACIST told me she didnt even know what it was. I no longer trust that pharmacy if the pharmacist doesnt even know what something is. And the lady running the beer counter was rude as well. Whats wrong with walgreens today.

I use Walgreens as my local pharmacy. The employees are very helpful and accommodating and I am great full for their hard work. I could only imagine doing that all day long. It’s unfortunate that they are understaffed and therefore waiting for a prescription can take what feels like forever! I waited in the drive through for an hour for one prescription! I guess good things are worth waiting for 🤷‍♀️

Grwat to run down anytime for medicine at any hour.

Staff is friendly but the Managers could learn a lesson in Customer Service or honoring Vouchers. Typical Corporate Drones.

This has to be the worst Walgreens ive ever been to. Horrible customer service and the managers were no help. Had a question and the manager was already shaking her head before she heard my question. Guess she judged me. Taking my business elsewherre. Whoever the manager was on may 23 at 2:07pm you really need to be demoted

Got a few photos printed and Billie in the photo department was the sweetest and so helpful! She went out of her way to call me and inform me on my order and make sure I left there with everything I needed!

Ridiculous lines for prescriptions...

Went to pick up Rx and change insurance info. It was quick and easy! Stood in line longer than it took to complete the insurance change and get my prescription.

Friendly service, clean facilities. Often have to wait in line, but not for long. I can usually find what I need and use it as a quick stop. However, the pharmacy often has a long wait.

Google spy’s on you. Uses your data against you. Manipulation of AI machines to feed you false truth. The whole thing should be taken down.

There pharmacy program with getting the refills every month is the best Ive ever used !!! Need to call your Doctor they handle it, every time and without being asked !!! The automated system will call you let you know the status of your refills, if there is a delay. I highly recommend Wal greens and the pharmacy.

A big Kudos to Ryan in the pharmacy for going above and beyond when there is a glitch with precsciprions. He is very helpful, has customer service down to a science.

I’m not a tech guy, very few boomers are …so when I went Walgreens lake Havasu city) to make some photo cards (from my cell phone) I set aside 30 minutes to operate the machine … assuming this was going be a challenge.And it started out that using the touch screen..and as I felt my frustration rising I was ready to just walk out!Then up came a photo dept. employee (Billie) and she was just so nice..within 5 minutes my photo card had been composed, cropped and ordered ….Thx Billie you made me a customer of Walgreens for the future!!

I just want everyone to know that this store is open 24 hours including the pharmacy. The only thing that closes is the liquor department. It closes at 10pm and reopens at 8am. Thanks

Nice staff but its truly frustrating that I have been sitting in the car with a screaming baby and my wife with a broken leg. And we waited over an hour for her medication so we called them and they said oh ya well sure will get on that...ya it takes 2 hours to put a few pills in a container holy crap. Better customer service at the DMV in California.

Never try to get this Walgreens to mail you a prescription. I went through their phone circle three times @ about 10 min per cycle. When they transferred me to their Pharmacy, the phone either kept ringing or they would hang up. One of them even yawned into the phone. Yikes! Truly an example of Arizona Polite. In desperation I called a California Walgreens and they filled my prescription & mailed it to me in under 5 minutes. Go figure.

I live in Parker,AZ. Thats a 45 Min. Drive each way to this pharmacy. I gladly drive this every mouth other then the 2 miles to my local pharmacy. I do this just for the grate way I am treated at this Walgreens & the professionalism I find every visit. This pharmacy is well stocked & always has all of my meds as well.

If you have a movement disorder or other visible affliction that makes it difficult for you to communicate, then be prepared for the pharmacy staff to be impatient and humiliate you in front of other customers. Take your business to a professionally competent pharmacy.

Only because 1 person tried to help but I came a week ahead of time to transfer prescriptions so that they had plenty of time since they were busy. Well surprise!!! NOTHING was done! Didnt even enter my insurance information! How do they stay in business? Inept!

WARNING NO LGBT FRIENDLY” here my husband had an eye infection so he quicly end up in women bathroom to wash it off this register lady walking in saw him and said this is a Womens Bathroom he responded Mam not anymore, we all have rights etc and she reaponded WELL NOT HERE!!!! He said well i amNot leaving... so she send another big huge lady that told him ; GO to the Mans Bathroom DUDE!!!! They really intimidated us We really tat that Arizona specially here were LGBT friendly! But NO! Dont let that fool you. They are def NOT!!!! Shame on you guys. Walgreens Corporation and the BBB will hear about this! NO ONE SHOULD B ASHAMED for using man or women bathroom!

If you want to be treated like dirt, come here! The pharmacist took my insurance card to check my coverage and flatly and loudly insisted You have no insurance. They dropped your coverage. When I said I absolutely did have insurance he hollered out in front of all the other customers and pharmacy techs I checked your birthdate and you have no coverage anywhere. If you did, I would find it. I called my insurance company right then and they assured me that I was not dropped. It was a real pain and I felt like I was being treated terribly, but I finally got my medication. I will never return there!

Called in two times to pharmacy to enquire about a specific wound-care product. First time, pharmacy guy passed the buck to the front counter (why, is beyond me?) where my call was never picked up. Second call to the pharmacy, guy picked up, put me oh indefinite hold. Running out of options in Havasu!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Best experience I have had at a pharmacy.

Pharmacy is horrible. Very unorganized. Long wait times in store and drive thru. I complained once about long wait times and the response was Well, I dont do the hiring. I am transferring mine to CVS.

8.20.20 called Walgreens this morning 🌄. told them like every 5min I get a txt from them.i opened the txt once it said hi.all day just been deleting, BEWARE NOTHING BEEN DONE

Do not come here to print any photos from your phone. The machines are always down or malfunctioning. 2 out of 3 machines work and slightly when operating. 2 hour wait for one photo.

Needed to take passport photos in European standard. The two old women in the photo booth department were so rude and non compliant whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle of wasting $30 to get insulted and take your photos to CVS Pharmacy.

There are a few people that are very friendly.
