Absolutely the worst customer service. This combined with the fact that I felt I was being ripped off makes me want to give them a negative 5 star review. All prices on carpets are not honored and they can not nor will not give you prices. It appears that all prices are dependent on how they feel. Please avoid at all costs. Such a shame that this behavior is justified by saying “this is Havasu” we must start boycotting these horrible businesses to change this attitude.

WORST company EVER!! If I could give less then one star I would. I am having a semi custom house built. Picked my granite counters MONTHS ago, mind you last two slabs were picked and placed on hold. I picked paint, cabinets, flooring EVEYTHING based on this granite color. They JUST called me and said they SOLD my granite to someone else!! Check Yelp reviews-
