Stopped in real fast just to ask a few questions about my phone, the gentleman John working was very informative and very nice. He answered all my questions which he assured me were not dumb ones, After speaking with him I decided to leave my phone, he fixed my phone screen which I thought was a goner. This place is the best! I was in a bind and forgot my charger for an ibook Pro in California and my laptop had very little battery left and I had a work zoom to join. I called and they loaned me their charger for a few days at no cost! Very nice to find a place with genuine and helpful staff. I highly recommend Have-A-Tech.

Took my phone in for a deep cleaning i could not put the charging cable in port first charged me 25.00 told me to come back in 30 min. Came back he said nothing he could do to fix it but still charge me 25.00 my dad was in radio and tv service and never rip anyone off i will never go back and i will tell all my friends not to go there

Went in for a broken laptop screen, got a quote, and when I was on my way home got a call informing me that the quote was wrong and the repair should have been more expensive, but they only charged me for the original quote. The part was supposed to come in in about 2 weeks, the laptop was fixed and ready for pickup in 2 days! aside from this, the guy was very helpful and real with the problem, not sugarcoating anything for me. Very much reccomend!

Same day repair on my phone screen. The tech was friendly and helpful.

Took my computer in - they never called me. After a week I went in as they never answer the phone. Said the computer could not be repaired nor could they get any data off of it. Took it to Whiz Kids today. For half the price to check it out - they can repair my computer and retrieve data! Plus they called me after only a couple of hours!

I called on a Saturday morning about my Wifes Iphone 6+ and how the screen was protruding out from the frame. Not only did he know exactly that the battery was bad, but he opened up shop to take care of it that morning.Knowledgeable, Courteous, Skilled and Reasonably Priced.

Hav-A-Tech has taking care of numerous computers at my place of business. If I ever have an issue, I call them, they return the call, we set an appointment and they show. As with any business in this town, you may not get immediate response but you will get a call back. John is very upfront and tells you what you do or don’t need, he doesn’t sugar coat it and that’s what I appreciate the most. They do not try to sell you anything you really don’t need. If you want a reliable computer tech call them, leave a message and you won’t be disappointed.

I got my phone fixed here when i cracked the screen and although they did fix it and checked it again when i had a problem afterwards, the guy i dealt with was pretty rude. Plus i cracked it again afterwards and i didn’t want to go back to them so i went somewhere else and they had trouble even getting the screen off because the person here bent the screen and they also were missing a few of the screws as well. Although they got the job done i deffinitely wouldn’t go back and i wouldn’t send any friends there either.
