Always helpful and if Im headed in there for something most of the time they have it and will help find it

My husband had been trying to get a cherry picker and had not been having any luck. When he check with the girl at the register said they didnt have any and waiting of the truck with their deliveries. But the my husband asked her if she would check to see when the truck would be arriving and lo and behold the truck had already delivered. He was able to get his portable shop crane and it made him day. The guy who helped him out with it was very nice and friendly.

A great place to go to round out your tool collection. Fairly complete and affordable selection. Much more convenient than stumbling through a big box. Plus, it can be . . . Magical. If youre into tools that is. Ha!

This is the best place in Lake Havasu to stop for tools. Its conveniently located and has good prices. If you follow the ads, you can always get something for free when you shop here. Employees are very helpful, and the bathrooms are clean.

I bought a portable garage from here and really like it. Employees at staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and will even load it in your car or truck with you!! I also get all my coin batteries from there for clocks and watches, have a big variety.... Much more reasonable than Walgreens! Really enjoy looking around at all the different things in there. Very interesting place.

Bullhead Harbor Freight rocks. I have received great service and the manager is outstanding. Only downside for me was that they did not stock the matching roll around tool box and it had to be ordered. IMHO the store should stock matching top and bottom boxes as a set.

Went to to buy. A 2 ton jack, had one on display, but none in stock. I asked for some help, the employee had a attitude.

Always friendly and knowledgeable I bought solar panels and batteries 3 years ago I adapted them to my truck cargo area! Just today while traveling hwy 95 a huge gust of wind ripped them off my roof and almost turned the truck over! I was near the Lake Havasu store location and purchase another 100 watts. The girl checked and my warranty was up and she said it would have paid for a new 100 watt of panels! I took out the additional warranty on the new ones! After getting back to my trailer I noticed all 4 where still charging according to my controller! Even being broken up and cracked! Amazing! I’ll keep them for Spares! 👍JDLEE

Great selection of tools! Almost anything you can think of! Im not impressed with their high end tools, however. The low end items that basically cant break are a great value. I know from experience that the low profile aluminum jacks almost always start leaking within 2 years; still a great value, but be sure to get the 2 year extended warranty.

Neat stuff, dont know why they want $30 a year to get a dollar discount on clearance stuff. Thats greedy went in before with a coupon and they had to mail me the multi meter in the coupon. Never got it. I like it when a place rewards you for being a returning customer not trys to get you for more.

Ive seen Harbor Freights with less stock on hand but I dont remember any with more. I need not shop around; they usually have the best deals.

The parking was easy to access with wide, automatic doors in the entrance. The store was clean and the products were neatly organized with advertisements and product specials conveniently up front.Also the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

From the time I walked in I could tell they were watching me like im a known offender. I was followed and even told to hurry up they were about to close. Then I asked about the sale going on she says paid members will get sale. I walked out checked the fly and I should have gotten it. Terrible first experience.

These folks are friendly and this Harbor Freight is in a good location in Havasu. Items always seem to be in stock, including the freebies we get with purchases, and they have a good selection of tools. The womens bathroom was clean, cant speak for the mens.

Love walking through this place to look at what they have. Many tools here even if not a name brand. Will look here for those tools you only need at least once. It would have paid for itself.

These guys are really great. They dont push you, but ask you if they can help you. Depending on your answer, they go on their way. At the till, they let you know if theres an extended warranty on the item and if you would like to purchase it. They help you in every way possible.

You can pretty much find anything that you are looking for and then some.

Always clean and well stocked. The only thing that I dont like is how things are organized. Like airbrush equipment is clear on the opposite side of the store from air sprayers, compressors etc. Seems a little counterintuitive. Also, some items arent clearly marked for price, and there are a few items that you really have to look around to find. Maybe thats their way of trying to sell more stuff, but it just annoys me, Ive left here without buying handfuls of stuff just because of that, so its not a tactic that works well for me.

I had never been in a Harbor Freight before, went to get a TV wall hanging kit my brothet cut out a coupon for a Mothers Day sale. I was pleasantly surprisef, there were items in there I couldnt live without! This is a very clean store and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Im sure I will be back.

The place has nifty stuff though it has the feel of Ace hardware meets dollar store on quality for some things. Biggest recommendation, dont buy bigger expensive items (solar panels, winches, compressors, etc.), not name brand and of inferior quality. Otherwise to get smaller items at a bargain its good. Always a good idea to peruse their coupons.

Great to buy things for home use. Were you use it a couple times a year.

Harbor Freight does serve a purpose in Lake Havasu, unlike several superfluous buisness in town. A centrally located hardware store sort of, with a majority of their stock being on the very edge of lowest quality. If you are tool smart though you can find some good buys and you dont feel hassled by associates hovering over you asking if they can help .A good store.

Went to this Harbor Freight looking for a couple of motorcycle stands, for a couple of vintage motorcycles, (Garage Art). A1975 Hodaka Road Toad and Combat Wombat. They had them in stock. They were exactly what I needed at a very fair price. I shop here when I can.

Great selection, but you have to watch for coupons. Items have gotten pricy.
