They have some really good concentrates however I have not had the best luck with their flower. On numerous occasions I have found seeds in their top shelf products and I have also tried to mention it to them several times and all Ive ever gotten was a blank stare or an okay. Ive been in the business myself for over 23 years and Ill be the first one to say that if you have product with seeds it should definitely not be sold at top shelf prices! Other than that the staff has been very friendly. (The picture that I posted shows two of the four seeds that I just found in my two grams of lemon skunk.)

I don’t know if this is common cause I don’t think it’s ever happened to me before but I can’t usually remember what the name of the strain is when they’re serving it to me but if I like it after I take a couple hits I look at the label so I can see what it is maybe get the same stuff next time well this time there was no label and no paperwork he just wrote on the plastic container with a marker how much it weighed I wonder if it’s on file because they take your ID every time you go so maybe they can just look up your account and tell you what you had last time that would be awesome

Really friendly cool spot. But as an advanced smoker and somone who knows already what they want a typed out menu would be nice and save alot of confusion. I like talking to the budtenders but I think its really annoying to have to make them bring every canister to me to smell and look at would rather look at a list and say bring these 5 over. My first visit was not the best experience but my 2nd was great and was very happy. Super happy I decided to give them a 2nd shot!

Can buy flower by the gram, 15 dollar house wax is excellent for the price. Good bud tenders. Good experience every time

I happened to be in LHC and looked up dispensaries in the area and I hit the lottery! The staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with AND they have medical grade indica edibles! What a difference from the dispensary in Kingman which now caters to the sativa and non-medical users.I have found my new dispensary and will become a loyal customer

There were three people behind the counter. Only one was half wearing a mask. A guy sitting on one side asked if he could help me. I asked him if he could put on a mask. He refused and told me to wait for someone else. That is when the person with the mask over her mouth only took it completely off.I and the person with me both walked out.I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager. Nothing but excuses about people being tired of wearing a mask during the pandemic.I spent my money somewhere else.In response to the manager (claiming to be the owner) You seriously need to take some classes in customer service. I called with concerns and was given a laundry list of excuses. The one incident cost your company $500. How many times a day do customers walk out and you excuse your employees for not being professional? Start reviewing your security tapes.

Cassandra was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted something other than edibles and she helped me pick out other items. Very friendly and Im excited to go back and give feedback on those items.

The people that work there are very professional and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and compassion even if you are not sure of how it works and what products will help you . You do have to wear a mask. There was a line inside the door, but it went very quickly. The parking lot has plenty of spaces.

This has been my go-to place since recreational legalization in Lake Havasu City Arizona! The staff are always amazingly kind and helpful, I never feel rushed or misguided. I highly recommend this place for all your marijuana needs ❤❤

Is the place out of business are they ever open? I have been told that this is the only place to go for great service. I’ve been out 3 times during business hours and the doors are always closed and locked. I have no time for closed door businesses wasting my time and money. I guess they are only open to lake havasu city. Your competition is thankful. Good luck with your business I WONT BE BACK.

Fantastic happy place. My favorite budtender is Timmy aka Diesel, in the wheelchair, but all are great. The flower is amazing. The colors, crystals, cant be beat. Everyone that works there seems happy to have their jobs. I found out tips are not shared, so feel free to share the love to more than one person.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to interact with. My issue is qaulity and stock. Its a hit and miss with the product your looking for. I try to support all local businesses but find myself traveling to needles alot for what I want. It sucks we dont have the same qaulity as California and we pay more money here for a less grade product. Definitely my go to place if I need to buy local. Hopefully the owners steps up their game soon.

If youre going to insist on not having menus, your employees shouldnt be irritated by questions.

I’ve come in over the past year and a half fairly regularly to shop around I only smoke marijuana concentrates and have a vast knowledge of cannabis and the industry itself so generally I shop at the other shop in town but they run out and I like to see what’s new here The staff here are pretty solid generally especially Trevor and Rueben they’re awesome but the manager or managers on the other hand don’t really have a clue I’ve witnessed hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of globe cannabis concentrates ruined I would have bought 4 grams tonight and on many other occasions if I didn’t see this but all the contents are covering the lid instead of the jar because the manager decided to hang it on the wall it doesn’t take knowing about cannabis to realize that this isn’t a smart idea when the contents are a viscous substance..

I thought I had a good experience til I got back to prescott and weighed my concentrate. I got ripped off and served by timothy the guy in the wheel chair. Supposed to get a full gram of the live rosin and got a half g for $75! First time visit and definitely will not recommend or come back

Strange. Product in metal bowls, not individual containers. Very dry product which burns very quickly. Too many stems with n without buds. For the price was too much.

When your store opened, we were glad to get the product as it seemed we were being gouged without competition. The other store has improved so much I dont come in. Mainly because I have asked for a product 3 times and left my name and phone # because you ran out. Never got a call back. I am limited in what I can ingest, medically. The short platinum haired lady is still awesome. But other bud tenders seem to talk at me, instead of to me. I was so miffed at waiting for the medicine without a call back, I considered contacting our local Congress person and letting him know, seeing as he seems to still be at war with weed. Either you are a legitimate medical dispensary or a weed dealer. You need to be more professional like a pharmacy. My business apparently didnt matter.Thanks for responding so soon. It was nothing personal, just terribly frustrating trying to be a loyal customer.
