I had a nasty scratch down to the metal on my Tesla. I decided to go with Adam’s Collision Center because of the chorus of good reviews, and I am happy to join the choir now. Not only was it fixed but they cleaned the exterior and interior of the car. If they are willing to go the extra mile for a bad scratch, they will go the extra mile for a bad wreck. I’ll always keep them in mind now, and I highly recommend you do too.

The trim came loose on the passenger side of my Honda CRV. I was afraid that it would be torn off if I went through a car wash. A Honda dealer would charge a good amount to fix it. Adams did it today while I waited. Excellent and courteous service! My Honda now looks great again.

I had front and rear damage from an accident and had my car towed to Adam’s Collision. I was please to find out they are a licensed Hyundai repair shop! From the beginning they were very patient as I waited for the police report since I was filing a claim under the other persons insurance. When I got my car back it looked brand new! You couldn’t even tell I was in an accident! Adam’s collision did a fantastic job and I will be referring them to anyone who may need them!

Incredibly nice customer service team! Very helpful. They allowed us to leave our car there until we were able to pick it up. I had my car in to repair a scraped back bumper. They did all the work in two days and it looked amazing! What could be more amazing? My car came back to me fully detailed!! That was an unexpected surprise!! I dont think Ive seen it look that good in years. They went the extra step to put all the junk that was inside my car into a bag and placed it in my trunk. Now Im hoping to keep it like this!

Jake at Adams was not happy with the quality of the job and decided to further restore our car.They also fully cleaned our vehicle. It looked new inside and out.

Knowledgeable, courteous, on time, precise, artistic adjectives to describe their awesome work. The need to get multiple estimates is crazy. All charge about the same, they have to to keep doors open. Adams has great working relationships with insurance companies. My latest repair there was a reupholstered seat, a crease in side door from bicycle falling on car and a buffing out of scratch marks on back bumper. Done in 2 days and delivered to me detailed. They are good and we are lucky to have such a class organization nearby.

2nd time using Adams, 1st time with my wifes truck,and just recently with my Camaro. Their professionalism and commitment to details is exceptional. If you want the best done go to Adams.

My equinox passenger door was very badly damaged to where the door didnt close correctly and cold air was getting in. My wife hit/sideswiped something in a parking garage in Woodfield I was not there so I dont exactly know what she was refering to. Anyway they did an outstanding job! It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Color matches perfectly and and no air gets in.

The crew from Adams did a wonderful job and did the job right! Jake was great and very courteous. Gave us a loaner car which was much needed! Will tell anyone who needs work on their car to take it to Adams in Lake in the Hills.

Fair estimate fast repair really great work

I took my car here in early July for some rear end damage and got it back the last week of August. The repairs were estimated to be completed July 30th. They had told me the week before the 30th that they had been sent the wrong quarter panel by their supplier and that it may end up being a little later than the 30th, but were still aiming towards getting it completed by that date. After the call about the quarter panel coming in late, they never made an effort to reach out to me. I had to call them to get updates on my car. Towards the middle of August I started calling multiple times a week, and they kept giving me deadlines they kept failing to meet. The Friday before it was completed, I talked to Steve who said that the car should be ready that Monday. I called back later that same day to ask some questions about the insurance supplement they were supposed to submit, and the lady I spoke to informed to me that the rear bumper had just been received and that the car would be ready by Monday. She said that there was a lightning strike at the Nissan HQ a few days prior that caused part shipment to be delayed. I dont understand how they were estimating it to be completed 2 weeks before this if they hadnt even ordered all the parts yet? I called the Nissan HQ and they said there had not been any lightning strikes at any of their facilities. After finally getting my car back, they did a decent job on it but the bumper cover doesnt line up with the quarter panel and they scratched the tint on my rear window when they placed it in the new door my car got. Completely unimpressed by this shop and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Top shelf!! My Passat lookes better than when I brought it in, no joke! They repaired the damage to my car perfectly! They vacuumed, shampooed and cleaned my car inside and out!! I now have body shop that I will use forever. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and family. Excellent work guys and thank you very very much!!! Im so happy!!

Ended up having a bad experience with these guys when it came to fixing my car after a front end collision. I went with them as it was the only place recommended by my insurance company that had a loaner car. Steve who works there doesnt have the best communication/customer service skills. He never called to give me updates, and I had to be the one reaching out every time. Anyways, I get the car back on a Friday and notice the following week that the fog lights werent working and the car was LEAKING A QUART OF COOLANT every other day on my commute to school. How does a shop that claims to go over their work with a fine tooth comb as stated by Steve miss something major like that? If you need to have your car fixed, I would definitely not recommend going here unless you want a headache and a waste of your time.

They have great communication to get the car in but never finished the job or told me when I picked it up. They were supposed to have the front end aligned but never did. Wil Delvechio then emailed me and tries to B.S. me and says I needed to put a new wheel and tire on to do it. I was a mechanic for many years, the alignment machine doesnt care if the wheel has scratches or the tire has a scuff. Now I have to take more time and my money to get it done. They never told me anything until I complained about it, and never returned my last email. They hope I just go away. THIS PLACE SUX!!!!!!! THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY DONT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS OVER 500. REALLY, NOW I KNOW WHY...FYI, LOOK AT ALL THE REPLIES TO THE PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN, NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! THATS A HALF ASSED OPERATION!!!

They claim to be open till 5PM, I got there at 4:45 and the lights in the office went out, perhaps they should change their posted hours to reflect when they actually close so people wont waste their time.

Very quick qith giving me a quote for damaged caused by some nimrod who plowed into my daughter and charged with failure to yield from a public drive. Made my appt and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. Once the insurance claim gets processed, Ill use them to fix the car.
