Manager and 5 employees not doing anything important, say they were too busy to help me. Manager needs to manage better and train employees better so youre not waiting at the counter while they walk around the store.!!!!

I came in one Saturday evening trying to diagnose and repair an ignition misfire on my car. I was struggling trying to figure out which cylinder had the misfire and was also struggling with how to actually replace the bad ignition coil once I found the problem. Shawn (red shirted automotive genius behind the counter) was there to help me that evening and thank goodness he was. This guy REALLY knows his stuff! Not only did he tell me exactly how to diagnose the misfire but then told me how to easily replace the bad coil. I thought it was going to be way more complicated and Shawn explained the whole procedure in step by step in detail and even threw in some excellent tips to help ensure the job was a success. Not only did I fix the misfire within an hour that evening - I even went back the next morning and bought a complete tune up kit and did a complete ignition tune up in a fraction of the time I thought it would. My 114,000 mile car runs like new! Shawn, I thank you once again for your most polite, respectful, professional and spot-on accurate repair advice and guidance. Thanks for empowering me, cause thats what you did.

If you dont want help. Shop here!Walked it, was not greeted, spent maybe 15-20 minutes in the light section without one word being spoken to me. Found what I wanted from their website. And then was offered help on installing them. They had 3 people working too and one other guest in the store. So from my prospective not busy at all.Id give them a 1 star. However I did get the item I wanted at a competitive price. So I will credit this store for that.. and only that.

Auto zone is a really decent store overall! Anything over $20 and youll get a point. After 5 points you get $20 off... Besides that, they always have the parts I need.

Pretty good staff working here. There has been a few occasions where I was sent home with the wrong part though, so I strongly advise you to check and double check exactly what it is that youre needing before you leave. If you call early enough for your part and its not in stock at the store, they are very good about having it delivered to the store for your pick up, later that day.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Got there at 7:35 and the 1 gentleman working was helping another customer. I patiently waited about 10 minutes and asked for help with a fuse for my daughters car. He told me he needed a part number, that he didn’t have any way of looking up which fuse I needed. BTW, I had all the car info. Drove up the street to O’Riley auto parts, where they were more than willing to help me! I was out the door in less than 5 minutes, fuse in hand! Next time I know where to go first!!

Even if this is the only place to get just one part, wait until more come in stock somewhere else. The staff here is very rude. I went in and they didnt say anything, kind of just look at you. The guy that I had the pleasure of dealing with wasnt very pleasant at all. When I told him the part I was looking for he said he didnt have it and then was ready to walk away. But then I told him to go back a screen and the part was right there. He seemed irritated at the fact a customer could find it better then he could. Then when he went to look for the part he didnt know what he was looking for and then gave me more attitude. When he asked how I was going to pay I said cash and he just walked away and expected me to know what he wanted me to do. After I gave him the cash he sighed and counted out the change and didnt give it to me, just tossed it on the counted and didnt say a word.... Have a wonderful day to you too.

Customer service was great. I arrived 15min prior to closing and needed a new battery. Not only did I buy a new car battery, they helped me change it in the parking lot. Very much appreicated.

Staff is really nice and very helpful. Been going there for years. Not their fault, but I still dont like the Autozone rewards program. If you dont spend more than $20 per visit you get no credit towards the program.

This Autozone is my favorite parts store in the area. Staff are friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. My only small quibble is that the employees could do a better job of greeting customers who come in the store.

Horrible customer service. Sold me the wrong part. Had to come back to return and wait on the manager to finish his tasks first. Didn’t credit me the correct amount or add my discount for Uber. Wouldn’t go there again even with my discount. They clearly need training in customer service. If you don’t like your job enough to do it correct find another.

Adults who have been around the automotive world work at this zone . I used to go to the zone near where I live. No more. I doubt the kids that work in that AutoZone could tell a starter from a harmonic balancer or a bottle of Maguires. The Lake in the Hills guys know their stuff and remind me of all the stuff Ill need to finish the job. Like this last time. I had the caliper, the rotor and he asks if I needed brake fluid. Picked up a quart. Nice. I did not have any at home and that simple question saved me trip. I used to think AutoZone good for parts but to avoid the know nothing staff. The plus 40 crew at Lake in the Hills really do know their Stuff!!!! Guys you are the best!

Do not come to this store! Its like going to a foot doctor to get teeth pulled, very rude an dont know anything about basic car parts. This store should be shut down

They treat people like theyre really stupid try to tell me that my engine and needed to be replaced and I would need all this stuff and it just turned out to be a misfire my husband was a mechanic for 40 years and only had to replace one coil pack this is very common of all the Auto Zones which is but why I have switched to another store
