Employees now take up parking spots right in front of the store. No open spots for customers.New management ?

Complete lack of safety. Even with the “we care” Covid sign on their door. The green/blue haired woman who helped me had no gloves or mask on. Which I can understand until she wiped her nose with her right hand as she was bagging my goods. I will never/ever go back again. Completely changed my about making quick stops.

The Guy Mike is a total ass!! I have been going to this location for several years & today I needed help putting air in my tire & he told me that he couldnt help because he was the only one in the store when in fact there were 2 other employees there. Luckily a nice random person helped me.

One of the better gas stations in the area. Both Sill and Tony are great and should be commended on their hard work and great customer service, especially during the late night 3rd shift hours cabmn be especially difficult.

CASH REGISTER SCAMMERS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET ON THE 2 EMPLOYESS WHO JUST CHARGED ME TWICE AND ARE PROBABLY 10 OVER THEIR DRAWER IN REFUNDS. BECAUSE THEY REPEATEDLY AUTHORIZED THE INCORRCT GAS ON A MALFUCTINING PUMP AND THE I HAD TO PAY AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET GAS. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR THAT MONEY TO DEPOSIT BACK SO SCAMMERS LIKE THEM CAN HELP THEMSELVES TO A REFUND NO ONE WILL NOTICE.

A Great Gas Station That Is Very Close To My Home!

The guy mike was a total dick and very rude all i did was ask a simple quiestion about why they dont do something, that every other thortons around does. I will never go back to this one again, your better off going to the one by rt25 on algonquin or the one in cary off 14. Much nicer people and are very in line

One of the most inconsistent workers there. One day your ID is accepted, two weeks later after going there on average twice a day, its no longer acceptable?? Given my form of ID is not the standard drivers liscense or photo ID. but it still has my date of birth on it, along with my photo. If youre going to deny the use of a passcard, have everyone on the same page and say it from the start, not after a month of it not being a problem and then have the audacity to tell me its not acceptable when the entire staff was fine with it expect one person. And not to mention, the sales associate that denied it, did nothing other than tell me I need to bring my whole passport. Youre customer service, I work in the bussiness too, apologize and let me know youre gonna talk to your whole staff about no longer accepting them. But instead he was a total jerk about it.

Consistently low gas prices, well-kept store, and clean bathrooms. This is my favorite gas station in the area.

Worst gas station around. The workers are rude and lazy. You go in to get coffee and 7 out of 8 of the jugs are empty. There are always 6 people working and some how 1 cashier is handling 9 customers .This place sucks.

The windshield washer dealies are always empty.

Really bad customer service, the bathroom should be missing something every time you go inside
