We have been going to Hometown Eye Care for several years now. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. Knowledgeable about your insurance coverage and they explain options. They feel like old friends. They are honest and offer assistance when selecting frames so regardless of what you want, they make sure what you select fit your face, your taste and budget!

I was a patient at a different place for over 15 years and the care I was receiving was getting worse by the visit so I called Hometown Eye Care. I was having an issue with one of my eyes for a couple of days so I was getting nervous that it may be serious. I called them in the morning and they got me in the same day. They knew I was getting scared so they did everything they could to fit me in to make sure nothing serous as going on. The staff was so nice and very welcoming. The doctor was very thorough, nice, compassionate and comforting. He did rule out anything serious. I was so happy in how I was treated, I am now looking forward to becoming a regular patient. Thank you Hometown Eye Care for taking such great care of me! Highly recommend this eye doctor!

Great staff spectacular eye doctorWe have been patients for 4+ years and have always been satisfied. After my exam and pick up of glasses I was having issues with the bifocals. I called was given another exam and the bifocal lines were checked. Since I have high cheeks bones and every time I smile or laugh the glasses were moving. The glasses were remade to take in account for this. Most places tell you to adjust the placement each time.They always go the extra mile and always have a smile and friendly word. Recommend them highly.

Very Friendly company from eye Doctor Kevin to the staff at the front Desk, Maria, Lauren and Brittney. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of frames as well, very helpful with contact lens teaching you how to take them in and out. They all are great at helping you puck out your frames that you look great in.

Always very professional and fully explains your condition in terms you can understand.Staff is courteous and friendly. My family has been patients for many years.

Ive been going to this Dr for about 15 years. During that time...once I made the mistake of trying to go elsewhere because of a supposed discount program from work. I almost paid a hefty price. Got a second quote from this office and it was HALF of what Pearl Vision succubouses wanted to charge me. All a gimmick. That you pay for.Remember there are a TON of Dr.s that will sell you EVERYTHING under the sun to pay for their lifestyle. This doctor is NOT one of them.Great guy, good humor and friendly staff and thats what I want in a Doctor. Hes been there forever and low if any staff turnover. That tells you enough about a practice.

Everyone is very friendly here! Maria is always friendly but professional, as are the other employees. Dr.Jara is thorough with the exam checking everything he needs to. I have been coming here for a few years and I highly recommend Dr. Jara and the Hometown Eye Care office!

We were patients there for years. Sadly my daughter who NEEDED glasses was told oh she just wants them, her eyes are fine. Fast forward. Went to 2 other doctors and both said yes she needs glasses. Very disappointed, really liked going there.

From the moment you call to make an appointment, to the time you are finished with said appointment, everyone is welcoming, kind, and professional. Not too many places like that these days. My family and I will continue to chose Dr. Jara and his staff.

Hometown Eye Care is wonderful, I actually enjoy going to the Eye Doctor. Great people, quick and helpful.

My husband and I got glasses in June at hometown, first time and last time patient. My husbands been back multiple times due to the progressive not being in the correct place, frames have already broke and lenses chipped. I seen a specialist last night and he said my issue with the blurred vision is due to the progressive being way off. We spent a lot of money here and now do I go back and deal with his attitude or do I pay out of pocket somewhere else to ge able to see. The correct thing would be for hometown to reimburse me.

Kevin Jara is awesome. After going to ForeEyze and some other big box eye clare clincs for years, I settled on Hometown Eye care. You will get he attention you need and not get pushed into buying the antiglare for everything.....Great with kids. The staff is also great. Very knowledgeable. They have also been employed there for several years. No turnover of staff. Ill be going back for ever!
