Jim is awesome! I left him a VM, scheduled an appointment for the following week. Showed up on time and was very professional. Jim replaced 36 screens in 90 degree heat. He has the best prices in town! I checked everywhere. I would recommend Screenmobile of Barrington to everyone.

In the beginning communication was good but never got back to me on estimate to replace screen on patio a door. I have many messages and calls into Jim. Hey small business owners if youre too busy or not interested be upfront and say so. Service seekers can respect that more and move on to another provider.

Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, timely, and professional when replacing our screens on our windows. He even came to our home to take old screens out during off season- some companies would not do that during winter. He also offered a very fair price. Told us when he would have them done, and it was done right on time.

I had called a # of different companies and looked at a DIY option thinking that our project would be easy to handle. It turned out being more complicated that I had originally thought with non standard window sizes. Jim was responsive, easy to communicate with, gave us a free quote and got our work done in a day. We just bought a house and some windows did not have screens and I love to have the windows open when I can. We had 7 new frames & screens made and 1 window re-screened & a screen door re-screened. On time, professional, easy to work with and did exactly what we asked for at a reasonable price. I will use Jim again in the future if we need anything related to screens and refer him to others.

Called them three times over the last 10 days and left detailed messages with my cell phone number. I even asked them the last time to at least call and let me know if they could not take the job and never got a call back.

Jim was very polite and easy to work with! We have a raised screened in porch which is very difficult to work with and he was able to replace all the screens and stands by his work. I will call them again with any of our screen needs and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends as well.
