I ordered a print job online. I added custom printed dividers and specified where each was to be inserted in the print job. Of course, this cost extra. I received the text that the order was ready and went and picked it up. When I returned to my car and began heading home, I thought Id better double-check it before I get too far. I pulled off, checked, and sure enough, there were no divider tabs, just the printed paper. I returned to the store and showed them that they had not included the divider tabs. They informed me that they cant print those here. I understand that they cannot do what they cannot do, but I explained that it is not okay to advertise something, let a customer order something, accept payment for it, and then when the customer comes to get it, to be told, we cant do that. They explained that it was a corporate issue. They cannot control what is on the website. I understand that the local employees feel limited in what they can do, but this is false advertising and a dishonest practice.
