Horrible. Its like no one is even there at times and guy outside store in middle of mall harrases you about cleaning shoes. Not everyone can afford $70 shoes. Just looking for a deal and they want commission by breaking the bank. Better off at JC penny or Ross. Not much of a selection. Need new managers to change the store better the way it was before

Lady was rude and disrespectful to my wife and arguing about her shoe size.

Honestly the store looks fine and would look better if the workers would at least look busy. I walked in and walked right out soley due to the overly loud music and absoultly terrible genre of music being played here.... This is NOT a night club and the music played here and the volume does not reflect that of a respectable business.

I would like to see a better selection of womens shoes and no sales associates offered to help.
