Always have good shoes, got 13’s 12’s 5’s and 1’s all from there.

Garbage store. Bought shoes and realized they had a stain so wanted to get another pair but they refused. had to speak to manager over the phone. Still couldnt do anything for me. Never buying shoes from here again.

Broderick was very rude, tried buying shoes and asked for a different size but he kept trying to refuse so many times like dude give me the dang shoe.

Adrian was busy bouncing a basket ball, knocking shoes off the wall and making lots of noise for a small empty store (mostly empty because of how RUDE this silly little man is).Tried on a shoe in my regular size, felt it was too tight so asked to try a size larger. This seemed to upset Adrian, who was still bouncing his ball like a child, the idea of having to do some work was awful for that poor little man...Pathetic service, rude staff, no idea how this store is still open. FIRE THAT WEAK LITTLE MAN!!!!!

Coming from out of town, I’ve shopped in other footaction stores before and never had issues until I came here. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. Associate was bouncing a ball being obnoxiously loud I asked another associate for the rude boys name which they said was Broderick, I over heard him continue to say vulgar things about another associate adrienne or Adrian, continuing to say vulgar things such as he can “blow me” and doing a hand gesture up and down saying “s*** my d***” to a person walking by. I immediately left. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life I hope the General Manager is aware of the kind of people he/she has working in their stores. Disgraceful.

I gave it three stars because his shoes are good but the guys at work have a little attitude and gets frustrated when you asked for a different size shoe

Went to go buy my son some shoes. Size 9 to 9.5. Asked Daniella for a Size Adrian came outout saying. We dont have this shoe I politely Said ok but its on the wall. They took it off and Adrian throws it. Then goes back to bouncing his basketball. I chose another shoe and while waiting on Daniella to bring the size out, my son decides to try on another shoe. Adrian hollers dont try it on of it isnt your size. It was a size 9. Same size my son was trying to get. RUDE!!!!! Then go to check out. Paid $205 for the shoes. Tell Daniella Im a VIP member, she says ok and proceeds. I asked if she put my points on my account and she said yes. Went to FOOT LOCKER and spoke to a very helpful lady April and she says no its not on there. Call this number and they will put it on there. Have 2 wait about 6 weeks before i can use my points. So no I will not go back while those two working. Rude, irresponsible and they lie. Lake Jackson mall.
