Service is awesome. Staff is friendly. Wait time is to be expected a little long but overall its not incredibly long.

My dad had ordered a black iced coffee. He said no milk or syrup and they said “black sounds great!”When we got it with milk, I went to go get it switched out because he and I can’t have milk or sugar.The worker was annoyed, peeled the sticker off the cup, gave me a cup of iced coffee without ice and said, “Next time, you need to say no milk and no classic syrup.”So I said we did and repeated it back to her; she responded, “Well I’m just telling you.” A co-worker of mine was standing next to me and we both were shocked by how she spoke to me.So I get out to the car and we call the manager explaining the situation. He responded with, “Actually, I witnessed the whole thing and you were wrong. She was just trying to explain how to order, and she wasn’t the one who took your order.” I told him I understood but that the way she spoke was very inappropriate. He continued to repeat that he witnessed it and said I was in the wrong and hung up on me.Mind you there were people around me including, like I said, a co-worker that even said all they had to do was apologize for make a mistake and everyone makes them.I was a mess afterwards. I’ve never ever been treated that way, so we will not be returning.I can get whipped cream for her or an ice cream cone. No one deserves that kind of treatment, even the mean customers which we weren’t.
The drinks are always so good and they always make my orders fast and good. 👍
I waited in car, wife daughter bought drinks and coffee cake. Drove off notice it was a lallypop.I called said if I could get extra for the mistake.Girl said yes. Then got their nothing I was upsetCause they lied. Not cool. I was half way home.To bust a u turn for coffee cake.F$#@ this place.....
I used my mobile app and was happy to see the curbside option; however, after waiting 10 min I went inside. I was the only vehicle in their curbside slot, but my drink was waiting on their back counter for someone to deliver it to me. When I inquired and asked for my drink they said they had been busy. Why even have curbside if they are not servicing it promptly? I was not impressed.
Its a Starbucks. Little quirky to get in and out of. But mainly its a Starbucks. Nice spacious area inside. Thats all. You go to SB because its SB.
2 stars is a fair review for this Starbucks.I had to wait in line for 30+ MINUTES to get my order.The wait time in this Starbucks is dumb long.Second, I ordered a VENTI DRINK and I got a short straw made for a small drink.Cmon Starbucks how was I supposed to drink my FRAPUCCINIO.SMH Starbucks.Next time give me a longer straw and ill consider giving you 5 stars. :)

Went to Starbucks Sunday afternoon. An employee told me there was a 30 minute wait and said do you still want to order. I said I would and ordered drinks for fellow employees at work. The employee miss rang up my order and told me I had to go out in the rain and get 80 cents. I did. . I apologized to the line of people. I felt 1180 was alot for 1 drink but had never been there before so I retrieved the 80 cents. When I returned she asked if that was all. I said no we still have the second order I told you. She said what was it. I looked at her in disbelief and asked what was on first order. She had put all the orders in the first ticket. The manager and another employee came over and cheerfully, politely and patiently explained the girl was new as they helped her fix the orders. Just wanted to thank them and bonus I waited only 3 minutes!!
This is what I call a “hit or miss” Starbucks. I have ordered multiple types of drinks at this location and I never really know if I’m going to get what I ordered. Their drink consistency, quality and service is poor. But don’t try to bring it to their attention. I’ve done that once and was gaslighted, I was told “I personally make that drink myself and I know it’s right”. And sadly my drink was not remade. Besides that the drive- thru line is always outrageously long(no matter the time). So over all if you really want Starbucks try the Starbucks in the Kroger or support a small coffee shops in that area!
There are 10 cars in line, over 5 minutes to move one car forward, got out of line and parked to go in only to find the doors locked and the employee at the register looking at me and shaking head no .. they were supposed to have the inside open according to the house posted.. when I got back to the line I now had 14 cars infront of me... Left without coffee and mad!
I left a review 4 months ago and was hoping i could update it for a better one. However i can not as nothing has changed. This.is the slowest place ever. Ive sat in line today for over 30 minutes with no way to escape as its a single.lane line. Something has to be done. No reason it should take this long.
I have been to the Starbucks in Clute and Lake Jackson, Texas and sadly, the majority of the employees have been very rude and definitely not people person. I have called the Starbucks in Lake Jackson and THEY HAVE AND DO NOT answer the company phones. That is poor customer service.
By far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They always take forever. Went through the drive through a couple of days ago and received a sandwich that not only had a hair in it but was cold in the middle.

I love coffee. They are normally right on with getting my orders and theres never any issues. Recently however they have been having some problems. I do reviews of their stuff on my channel as well.

Wait time is over 30 minutes for a drink. Third time this has happened and have only been to this location three times. nice staff though. PLEASE open another drive thru Starbucks and place in Clute (for the sake of tired moms with kiddos in car) and I’ll drive over there. And no I’m not going to haul my three kids into Kroger’s Starbucks just for a coffee. :(
Staff is very rude. It is so loud in there that the person taking your order can’t even hear what you are trying to say. I had to repeat my order 4 times, wrote it down and showed them, and it still wasn’t correct, had to correct them again. Heaven forbid your order is wrong, the baristas fixing the drinks will talk about you, have an attitude, and make faces while they have to do their job and remake your drink. I have worked at Starbucks before for many years, so I know what it’s like working there and dealing with the customers, but the way this store is ran would never have been acceptable.
Super slow and coffee is never made right. Waited 20 mins for one iced latte inside the store. Decided to give it one more chance before avoiding this location and I’m currently been waiting in the drive through for 30 mins.
Ordered 4 iced beverages all had about half a cup of ice! They treat poc very differently! My family is like just let it go, no, I’m not letting it go anymore! I bet when y’all go to a Mexican or Asian place y’all are treated like royalty, why don’t we deserve the same treatment!? I’m paying for my drinks you are getting paid to do your job! Do your job right and treat people with respect! Close friends have also told me they go inside, are in line and they skip over them to serve others! Why don’t y’all just stay in the past, put up a sign, so that you don’t waste our time and money!
I had ordered mobile 10 cf at here today (10AM ) but i have 2 wrong drink (1: they dont add cream for my coffe) (2: when i drink it and see my coffee not white mocha althould i added them on my order ) it so bad

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! They seem to operate on their own time and do not follow the store hours posted on their front door or google. Order ahead or you will be waiting 30+ mins. Customer service is horrible and by the looks of the previous reviews management could care less.
Usually has very long lines. The coffee itself is fine and the workers are helpful. Just seems like there arent enough workers scheduled. You have better coffee options in Lake Jackson.
Friendly service and yummy drinks!! Sure the line may be a little long sometimes, but what do you expect when you go to a popular place in a busy part of Lake Jackson? If you dont wanna wait, just go somewhere else, or place a mobile order ahead of time. Pretty simple if you ask me. Ill keep coming back to Starbucks because at least I know my drink will always be made just the way I like it.😊

Probably the worse service I have had at a starbucks! Customer Service is AWFUL and the wait is ridiculous! Drinks was handed out 1 at time and in between other orders of 3+! Very unorganized starbucks!!! Please do better!

Horrible. They closed one weeknight at 8 pm. Served the vehicle in front of us, but not us. Then we got there at 7:15 pm on a Thursday and they said they were closed. Says theyre open to 10:30 pm every night. I love their hot chocolate, but I will not be going back to this establishment.
We got in line around 4:30 waited in line for over 30 minutes and as soon as we got to the machine to order they told us they were closed. Website said they closed at 6. There was also like 15 cars behind us and no one even came outside to let us know. They were just letting everyone wait for nothing.

I do not know what is going on with this place. They have been making my drinks very sugarless, (I needs my sweetner). I aked the person that gave me my drink to put more sugar in it. He makes me another drink but it was exactly like the last one. So, I did not say anything else.I really miss my drink the way it used to be before. I do not know where the problem is; perhaps management?So, I good thing Bucees is around...phew.

The drive thru was a TOTAL nightmare (like always) on this visit. So, I go in and order a delicious Peppermint Mocha. The manager screams: “NO PEPPERMINT MOCHA!!!” ... in the tone of someone having a complete mental breakdown. I immediately left. I was DONE. I went to a cheap gas station and bought a $1.00 cup of black coffee and put a piece of peppermint candy in it. Not bad actually.
I would give this one a negative if I could. The line was long so my husband went inside. 20 min after placing the order he still did not have anything while if we had been line we would have been back on the road. When he asked for his money back they weren’t even surprised. Absolutely no excuse. Will never come back
The young man at the drive through was in such a cheery mood that it was kinda contagious. Its nice when they are polite and seem genuinely happy to be at work.
Slow as ever and my order wasn’t right for ONE coffee. They also need to do something about the flies in the building.
The only this wrong with this place, is the fact that I can put my car on park and take a 10 min power nap before I move closer and have to park it again for another nap.👏🏽

This is the poorest run Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the manager has no control of the employees. They are rude and talk about customers and no sense of urgency. I ordered via the mobile app and waited 30 mins before canceling my order. I do not recommend this location.
The absolute slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! No matter what time of day you go, be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes. And they’re ALWAYS out of cold brew, and I mean always. Last time I went, they were out of vanilla! Who runs out of vanilla? That’s the most popular flavor.
Constantly out of items, opening late, and closing early. Worst Starbucks in the general area.Update. Now they’ve adjusted their hours and don’t open until noon. Workers don’t show up to work and a lot of times are too lazy to make things that require too much effort, saying the items are unavailable. This location needs an entire shift in staff and leadership.
We drove here 20 mins from Angleton on 12/26 since the hours said they were open. Nobody answered us at the drive-thru, and when we pulled up to the window the woman working did not even have her headset on. She then told us they were not open until 1pm. I have never heard of a Starbucks opening at 1pm. There was a long line behind us and each person was waiting for someone to answer the drive-thru after we left. We ended up driving to another Starbucks which was open normal hours. I will not be coming back here after this experience.
Usually its good not great but today was horrible they barley were busy in drive through took around 10 to 15 mins to take our order and then when we got our order it tasted like just straight ice. This store needs retrining or new management and I say that cause who I believed tobe the manager was just walking around not assisting.

I come up there every morning at 5:30 to get an iced coffee before work and I pull up this morning and the lady at the window told me they have 30 minutes left still until they open but theyve opened at 5:00 everyday and 30 minutes would be 6:00 so if thats the case then someone needs to change their hours online.

When I ordered my drinks the guy wouldnt reload my card so instead of getting 2 stars for 1$ I got 1 star for 1$, then when my drinks were made I had to ask for a sleeve for my hot coffee. they never called names on drinks so some guy picked my coffee up, also the coffee tasted like burnt shots of espresso it was terrible....
Idk who was making the drinks this morning but they nailed it! I was a little disappointed to hear they ran out of cold brew (bc it seems like they are always out of something) but they subbed in iced coffee and added pumpkin to it . Absolutely delicious!! Also the line this morning moved way faster than usual. Not sure why.

I absolutely HATE this location. Both Drive-Thru and Inside are always so pack and they are always understaffed. The service is SO slow, and horrible. I have waited over an hour for two coffees here and I never get what I ordered, and when I do, its really bad. I have given this place planty of chances, during different times of the day and days of the week, its not a coincidence, IT IS ALWAYS BAD.

The slowest Starbucks in history of ever! Sure the Drive through got their drinks while the dining room had to sit and wait! How you wait 30 mins for a coffee and I asked for my money back and the man ignored me and walked to the back of the restaurant!! Also, he wasnt wearing his mask properly either.
I supposedly got off my car &’ came inside to order thinking it would be faster. Well i was completely wrong, I’ve been standing here nearly 35 minutes now for just one drink. I asked the front person at the counter &’ he replied that the orders are in chronological order? Which is completely un true. A woman came in after me &’ got her’s with in 5 mins of being there. Probably the last time i come here.

I came inside because the drive thru was too long. I saw two people not even wearing masks when there was a clear sign on the door that they were required not to mention it is ILLEGAL not to and the employees were doing nothing about it. They also forgot about my food, three people behind me got their orders before I got it.
If you are looking for quick, this is not the place. Whether you order online ahead of time, go in store, go through the line, whichever you choose expect to wait awhile. Also, if you need to get ahold of them, it’s impossible for them to pick up the phone. They had 1 person in the parking lot, 3 people in line and a place full of employees. I had to call 6 times to get ahold of someone before they answered because I made a mistake on my order. Every time I come here I wait at least 20 minutes whether if they are busy or not. And I have never had a good quick experience. Good coffee, slow and I mean slow service

Unfortunately I’ve rarely gotten good or quick service here (even before COVID). It’s been 30 mins and they just started my online order. :( They are, by far, consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
I placed my order and it was close but not what I had asked for. They were busy so I didnt say anything. I will order ahead next time that way I know at lease my order is put in correctly. Still love Star Bucks though...

This place is almost always busy. I dont know why they dont put another Starbucks anywhere else in the cities around the area. Everyone comes here. Which means longer wait times. The parking lot was designed horribly and trying to get in and out makes me not even want to go. The drive through isnt any better. But the drinks and food they provide are usually about what youd expect from Starbucks. Good but overpriced.
