Keep getting disconnected while calling after one ring

Theyre nice, that is so far my experience with the employees. However, they never pick up their phone. When I go in person and talk to someone the phone keeps ringing right in front of me and the employees there, I have seen them blatantly ignore it because, I assume this is the reason, that they are with a customer. They could at least pick up and put them on hold if they think its not fair for those standing and waiting in line. But I feel as if there is no way you can contact them without going in person yourself. 3 stars mostly because of the phone thing. Other than that, everyone has been nice and helpful and I usually have no issues getting medicine.

Ive been coming to this place for months getting my boyfriends prescription filled. I always enjoyed coming. They were always polite and filled the prescription quick. Only ever had two problems. One was when the doctor had some pads stolen and so they were wary about taking any prescriptions from him and the second was when they were out of the medicine. Today, after coming here for months, they said they made a, judgment call and wouldnt fill the prescription. In my mind, this basically translates to, We think youre a lying drug addict. So now I cant get my boyfriends medication filled there anymore. They refused to clarify what they meant, stating We made a judgement call. Thats all the DA allows us to say. So thanks alot Walmart pharmacy.

My fiancé and myself have been coming here filling the same medications since we moved to this area about a year and a half ago. Always was great help there until the past few months! I am extremely upset that after my fiancé, who by the way suffers from depression, anxiety and is bipilor and has been on the same medication for over 10 + years was denied her meds the other day. She sat and waited for two hours on her medicine and then they tell her they are not filling her Rx due to a Professional Judgement which they could not specify to us. There is nothing in either our files/ past for them to make such a judjement. We have nothing to hide & we are not drug seeking. Its a shame how someone can profile you for nothing and deny a young womans medicine for absolutely no reason. Wal Mart will be hearing much more about this thru Corporate.

I went in to buy some Claritin D and you have to sign for this allergy medicine. The first lady rang it up and used my drivers license and the register had no place to sign, so we went to another register and she did it again only this time the register would not let me sign. So we went to another employee and she tried to ring it up but it said that I had recently [like 5 minutes ago] bought some and would not let me buy any.Called the manager and since it had been rang up three times I would not be able to get any and all this took over 45 minutes. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE.

Walmarts are the worst they have so many registers and never open more than a couple. What a waste of my time going there!

Dont count on getting your prescription when they say it will be ready.
