Actually, l really liked this visit! Been really careful not to go anywhere with my son because of his epilepsy & what being exposed to Covid might do. He wanted ice cream so we put on our masks & headed out. We felt very safe in the store with our server wearing a mask & he was very friendly! Our fears were quelled & we enjoyed some yummy ice cream! Great experience!

The girl that was working today, we came in at 3 ( I should have gotten her name), was amazing. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the selection. Although she was wearing a face mask I could tell sge was smiling and happy to do her job. Im very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the courtesy I received today.

Their was quite a few customers and Caleb and other young man on duty did there thing and took care of everyone and were super nice! Love the ice cream!

The bill was good for how much you get.

Gosh I havent gone here since I was a kid and although I really wanted there to be a bubble gum or cotton candy flavor for my kiddo to try, there wasnt. But the rest of the flavors were wonderful and the fresh pressed waffle cone was spot on!!!

Walked in Saturday evening with my daughter and noticed the smell of sewer. This isnt the first time Ive noticed this eatery having this issue. Couldnt believe people were in there eating. The young lady behind the counter confirmed she was smelling it, too. Owner, you have got to fix this continued issue! Needless to say, we walked out w/o any purchase.

Lady broke my cone while pressing the icecream too hard. As soon as she handed it to me, the icecream fell into my other hand. They wanted to charge me for a cup to put it in. Service is horrible.

The guy in the box could not dispatch, he was upset that I arrived 5 minutes before the store closed and he did not want to charge me for my snow because he could not get cash, they are always very rude when attending you, they have a bad service, unfortunately I always have to return since it is the only part where there is good snow but the service is terrible. Hopefully and be the only person who happens this. 11/11/2020
