Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were without AC for 10 days waiting on the part. They brought us a window unit to use, which helped some. Actually we got this entire unit from them several years ago. They had the best price of all of the companies.

Very considerate, responsive, helpful, and professional. Because of some damage, they even helped connect me to an excellent contractor. Highly recommend!

After using 3 different companies and not getting anywhere or AC fixed, Corey correctly diagnosed and quoted a reasonable work order. They arrived on time, actually early on quote day and repair day. Came to the house really quick on a Sunday morning to get our heater fixed. Luckily it was an easy fix and got it done fast. Very professional and will be going to them again if needed.

The people at Prather and Harlan are very nice and seem at least moderately competent. They came out and diagnosed when our AC wasnt working. They also looked at the other AC unit free of charge. The reason why they get 2 star is because they didnt follow through with any of their work. After they diagnosed the problem, they were going to look up warranty claims. I called them 3 times to ask about the status and they kept telling me they were looking into it. They came back out to look at the other A/C unit and put dye in the line and said they would come back the next day and never did. They again said they would look into the warranty information and after multiple calls and emails, I eventually gave up and went with someone else. Ultimately, the experience was not bad as they were nice and accommodating, but without actually fixing the problem, I cannot recommend them.

Well its 2:30am and the ac quit working. I called Prather and Harlan ac but I didnt really expect them to come out here this late. Fixed it right up and now my family can sleep comfortably again! Great Job! Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend using this company. The A/C tech ( Corey) was very informative & professional..he checked the entire A/C system and found issues that Davis Air conditioning & heating failed to find..price was very fair..overall very good experience.

We always have good luck with Prather & Harlan AC! They even came at 11pm one night to prevent us from sleeping in the heat. And they dont over charge for their work. They are always always friendly and very caring of our needs. I strongly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the exception service we receive from Jeremy. They were able to come out the same day, cost was less than expected, and exceptional service, as always.

My ductless unit needed a new fan motor. I was told the part was in Houston and that the repair would be done the next day. I did not see or hear from the technician that day, the next or for over a week. When I called and asked about the situation, the woman who answered the phone said, we will call you when we are ready to. I never received a call so I called again a few days later. The same individual answered the phone and seemed annoyed, and then gave me the same answer as before; we will call you. I was never called about the repair and never heard from them again. Its too bad too, because they had done work for us before and had always been very good about doing it. It was a very disappointing experience.

I paid this almost $500 to fix my unit they came to my house 3 time 3 diffrent techs. The last tech was not even licensed I found out. They replaced 3 diffrent parts and they told me my thermostat was burnt up and it was the cause of my other parts to burn up.They were going to charge me $200 for something I could purchase for $25 anywhere. Well after purchasing the thermostat I still had no ac. So I called another ac company and guess what they wired the 1st part in wrong and it burnt up the other parts.It was not my thermostat Im using my old thermostat. I ended up being out of pocket nearing $1500 because of this company. I had to buy window units to use before I was able to find someone to fix it you cant go without ac we live in Texas for God sakes. This following statement is off theyre web site and is pure out B.S.(We are fully committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. When it comes to you and your family’s comfort, you should expect nothing less!)

A/C went out over weekend. Called Monday morning and they came by that afternoon. Part was ordered and they came back the next day and fixed our A/C. Thanks guys!
