My experience has been A-PLUS with American Home Patient. Kim always answers her phone or returns phone calls promptly. The oxygen delivery drivers made sure that my mom had all the equipment and supplies that she needed.When my mom moved back to Georgia this past week, I called Kim (my point of contact with American Home Patient) and she set up all my moms needs with a parent company in Chatsworth Georgia. They came out and set her up promptly.We recommend American Home Patient! Our experience like I said was amazing an A+ company.The Leister Family

If I could put a 0 I would.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. they give you all the excuse about why they cant get what you need. they are simply unprofessional, selfish, uncaring staff. What a shame that this company dont know the staff behind there name. Please go an get service elsewhere. Youll safe yourself the time and disappointment.

A bunch of ghetto trash works in customer service at this place. They have no clue what they are doing. They are rude and obnoxious. Don’t do business with this place unless you want to wait forever for your CPAP machine.

Terrible service. Waited for weeks for new machine, kept calling. Finally contacted new provider today and will have my equipment in 2 days! They didnt even respond to calls from my doctors office. Very disappointed that local providers have failed in so many ways. Not helpful or friendly. Never again and no recommendation from me. Ever. Pitiful. Good by.

Horrible communication and not a friendly staff. We have been fighting with them for over six weeks they still have no idea on whats going on for my husband Cpap machine. Even after being approved by insurance they still declines to help us. We are done with them went to another company. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Only posting one star because it is making me too they deserve zero.

Ordered cpap supplies six weeks ago. Still havent received them. There excuse is they havent verified our new insurance yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Today is May 10th. Made the order on April 3rd.

Horrible service ! I’ve been trying for 6 weeks now to get Cpap for sleep apnea ordered by my dr ! They have no Idea what’s going on !! I’ve called them 20 times to try and get my Cpap, I’ve filled out all info, they’ve received all my info from me and the MD, now they say :” I’ll have to see with your case manager what’s still going on “ ! ... DONE, going to different company !
