Matt is a gentleman and great professional in their product line and giving me a feedback to resolve an issue not exactly in their line..I really appreciated!!

I have had my 50cc scooter since 2019 purchased at the Lake Mary location. Anytime I have a question or I need something checked there is never any hesitation. Both Chris & Matt are excellent in all areas. When I upgrade to something else it will definitely be purchased from Chris & Matt.

Needless to say, I WILL NEVER trust my scooter to the guys at Lake Mary ever again. When I first went there to have a belt replaced, I can only imagine the so-called mechanic using an air impact wrench! One of the two bolts that secure the seat and body was stripped. This time, when I went back, I can envision him taking the othet bolt out to size it up with stock. Only thing is, once he put THAT bolt back in, he cross threaded it. One can clearly see by the angle it sits at. They promised to service it, tune it up and check for no pep! All they did was change the oil and spark plug. IT STILL HAS NO PEP! 25 or 30mph everywhere I go. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER entrust my scooter to your Lake Mary store !!

I have so much respect for a business that makes a mistake and takes responsibility for it rather than one what covers it up and denies it then charges you to correct it. I recently had some work done on my scooter at Wild Hogs in Lake Mary and there was a minor bit concerning issue that I had with it after having the work done. I took it back and asked the mechanic about the issue and he told me what it was. He spent about An hour working on it and couldve tried to be shady about it and charge me $65 labor but instead he showed me deep integrity and took responsibility for it and corrected the problem at no charge! Much respect Chris! Thats how you keep my business!

The owner is great. He seen me pushing my scooter on the side walk in the hot sun and he came to me and asked what is wrong and I told him. He offered me water and suggested to take my scooter to his shop and then he fixed it . I would recommend this shop to anybody that expects great customer service at a reasonable price. I got a scooter there a while ago JR was a wonderful person knew about his products told me there limits his mechanics were knowledgeable and excellent. im a slight klutz and i fell the first day :/ but they helped me out and told me some pointers to keep from falling for the same reasons and did some touch ups to my scooter since i crashed. Truthfully they made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. I highly recommend this place. the people are wonderful, friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Some people believe a machine will last forever or will not break, let me tell you that would be ID10T error mentality. The fact is in this day and age products is nothing without great customer service and the people at Wild Hogs Scooters got it! I bough a 150cc scooter and every time I have an issue they are there for me, very reasonable and speedy services. I am in the process of upgrading to a 300cc with the works. I know I can count on them for any assistance today and into the future. If you need anything scooters give them a call, you would not be sorry.

I have dealt with two of the Wild Hogs locations (Lake Mary and Winter Park) and I must say that they are the most helpful people I have encountered in the scoot world. Chris at the WP was super kind and I will always shop there for my scooter needs. A truly blessed experience.

Very bad service, I bought a 2019 scooter in the month of September, which sells them super expensive, nibecause it gives financing and does not ask for a credit record, but it has provided me with a terrible service Since I bought the motorcycle I have already taken it 9 times, and something bad always comes out to the motorcycle and it does not repair me well, now I send it to another store because according to its mechanic dont know fix motorcycles, I have had to pay cranes, buy a jumper to start the motorcycle, or take it on a crane, I tell him to change the motorcycle and he just tells me that he doesnt repair it. Being a supposedly new motorcycle, it sells it to me with mechanical damage

I will never use them again! They had my daughters quad FOR TWO MONTHS!!! When I got it back BOTH BRAKES WERE BROKEN!!!! Thank GOD I caught it before we left or my 10 year old could have been hurt very badly!!! Then the sales guy was rude about it as well!!! Do NOT have them fix your stuff if you care about your kids safety. PLEASE DONT!!!!!!

Worst place to buy an scooter!!! We bought a motorcycle 6 months ago and we have had to take it 6 times to repair it. We ask for the change or the return of money and the only option that the manager gave us is that we sell it in craiglist.

This place is a rip off joint. Dont go. I bought a used scooter that literally broke down day one. It took them over a month to fix it. I got it home and it hasnt cranked up since. They refused to fix it again. Refused to buy it back.
