This is a well run store. Clean, bright, well organized and beautiful. Store clerks are friendly and helpful. I needed help choosing a foundation and new haircare. Clerk was helpful without being pushy. Once she understood what I wanted, she made great suggestions but let me make my own decisions. Also recommended complimentary products that I hadnt thought about but realized I really did need. Again, helpful without being pushy. This will be my go to store in the future!

When looking for shampoo, conditioner and mousse in tubes with the flip top caps that dont constantly fall over and are more convenient for travel I go to Walgreens, Walmart and Target.

Hours aren’t convenient anymore so therefore I can’t support store liked. Off to Walmart :(

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. The brand of color I have been using for years discontinued the specific colors I use and they helped me find a replacement.

I have come to this location multiple times looking for items, only to be told that they are “ in a repackaging phase” and don’t have them. Run your business like other sally stores or shut down. I guess I’ll have to go to the town center location every time instead of even attempting to spend my money here. One star!

Staff is not friendly or helpful, management is the same. Clueless about their own product and policies. They truly dont care. No longer giving this store my business.

The two ladies in the store were nice but the service was extremely slow. I came in for a return with a receipt and it took over 20 minutes to get my money back.

I purchased a nail supply and try to return it and was denied by the manager. Said it is no safe to get returns but ok to buy? No even credit to buy something else ..Not fair deal .. Will never buy there again .. NO RETURNS? NO CREDITWe bought a supply of nails and tried to return it and the manager refused. He said its not safe to get returns, but is it okay to buy? Its not a fair deal ... I will never buy there again ...
