The staff here are soooo friendly. The prices here are very expensive and I wasn’t going to buy anything l. But since the staff was so nice I felt like I should. They have a variety of things that they sale here, and it’s really nice stuff.

My husband and I went to this store because it was the closest location to buy Olukai flip flops and I wanted to look for a new Lily dress. When we walked in there were three women working who said hello when we walked in. We couldn’t find my husband’s size and no one offered to help us. They were watching videos behind the counter and had no interest in what we were shopping for so we left. Sad customer service.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve bought 3 pandora bracelets and most of my charms from there. I work right by the plaza so i always go after work or on my lunch break. The customer service is great!

My niece and I were shopping at Walk on Water and she accidentally left her wallet with Drivers License, cash and credit cards in the store on the counter. She realized she lost it that evening after the shop had closed.... we drove to the store and the lights were out but we could see some of the ladies still in the store closing the registers. I actually learned of Walk on Water by googling Brighton Jewelry Retailers Orlando and was surprised to walk into this sweet, wonderful shop with an amazing staff of ladies. That has been several years ago and many more visits as I now shop not only for my Brighton but for great gifts (shoes, clothing, frames, Alex & Annie...etc.)However, what really touched my heart and made me a devoted customer (aside from the great staff and stuff) was the story told behind the shop. Every time I shop here, my experience is awesome. Everyone who works there is so kind and caring. They really take the extra time to make you feel special and not like just a sale.

If you are looking for a unique quality gift for someone, or you just want to go get spoiled by the staff at Walk On Water then this is your place. I love the variety of candles they have, we stop and buy candles almost monthly. The ladies that work here are super friendly and always have an answer for your questions.

I would NEVER spend my money in this store again....I felt like the woman helping me could care less that I was in the store and care even less if I ever came back. I actually purchased 3 items as the store is near my home however I would never go back. I went into the store on this morning around 10:30 am, two other customers were in the store and two sales associates. When I walked in no one acknowledged me and I was in the store for a good 8 minutes before some came over and asked if i needed help, at which point I asked if all the Brighton purse holders were out and she said yes. I selected 3 Brighton items and then had to go find the same person in the back somewhere to ask if she could ring me up. I also asked for her to gift wrap them separately and to be sure to take the tags off. When I presented my gifts I noticed the tags were still on all 3 items. I had asked for gift receipts so there is no mistaken the items purchased were gifts. I just feel that she didnt care.

Thank you ladies for always making my shopping experience loving and fun. As soon as you walk in everyone welcomes you with a warm smile. I always leave satisfied with what I purchased for my self or a gift to a love one. Thank you once again. ♡

I have bought Brighton earrings here and shopped their Spartina purses. They sometimes have sales, so I try to monitor if my favorite brands are discounted. This is an excellent shop if you are searching for a gift. I will often pop in while I am visiting the movie theatre in this shopping center.

My moms go-to store for all gifts and clothes. very helpful staff and great specials.
