Great experience and communication at Rinehart Rd CVS. We had a prescription that was difficult to get transferred. Chris was awesome and stuck with it to get it done for us. Communication from him on updates was fantastic and very professional. My family will be using this pharmacy going forward.
Had my sons Rx sent to this cvs because it says open till 10. We got out of advent health and went straight there.. we got there at 8:30 and they where closed. I asked the cashier when the pharmacy closed and she said 8. The website is not correct.

I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years and have no complaints. The phone call waits are long but is expected with a busy pharmacy! Everyone has always been nice and helpful. I always call ahead the day before I go to pick up my prescription as well.
Has been unable to fill my prescription since January (7 months). Every time I call they tell me next week. They were also unable to do my wifes passport photo a few years back and suggested we go to Walgreens instead, which we did.
Got hung up on 3 times by the ppl in the pharmacy. Walgreens is way better, but this place is closer to my home.
Today -against my better judgement I came here (closer to my house to fill a prescription)..I had a horrid experience back in Feb with the Indian pharmacist and his assistantToday was a better experience and despite them having inaccurate info (said I’m allergic to sulfa they has me down for aspiring)..weird because at my “home” CVS on S.Orlando Drive my info is accurate ..I don’t know what it is about this location..they are excellent at sucking most of the time then today just as I was about to get excited at the fast service and pleasant attitude they mess it up with wrong info?Smh. I’m feeling generous so three stars is all I got!
I had lumbar surgery on November 24th, On Thanksgiving day, my doctor phoned in a prescription to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was very rude and refused to call my doctor in fact he lied and said he called my doctor. When in fact he did not. How do I know? Each time my daughter called my doctor he answered the phone. The pharmacist never contacted me to let me of any problems. When my daughter showed up he was very rude and said too bad they were closing in 15 minutes and it would have to wait until the next day. My entire family plus my doctors family were all inconvenience due to the pharmacist who refused to help. I would recommend NOT using this pharmacist. My family drove to a 24 hour pharmacy in Winter Springs.
This the dumbest pharmacist I have ran into. the pharmacist staff need to be but in the back to stock shelf. they have no clue what they are doing
Horrible, my son has monthly refills for his severe adhd and this place had me wait a week because his meds werent in stock to then go say the day they told me to come that it was at a different location 45mins away after they had me wait a week and waste my time along with my son being without his meds for the meantime ughh so aggravating and frustrating, the lady didnt care either and said i had to call the dr and the pharmacy to switch it here and wait another week to have it in stock which i found ridiculous
The Pharmacy Manager Chris Leahy is Very RUDE! The Indian Pharmacist has a Language Barrier and I spelled out the Name 3xs and She still had it Wrong... Then here comes Chris Leahy to the Window asking me do I gave a problem... I looked like What... No Homegirl needs more English classes. So we will Not Deal With CVS anymore... All Staff members at this Location needs Customer Service Training & Customer Etiquette classes. No Stars but it wont let me post without one 🤬
Told me my meds would be there and now I dont have em...wasted my time on Thanksgiving so its harder to get my meds now thanks for waisting my time...
Pharmacist was very helpful and referred me to a generic drug saving me $60. I have no problem taking the generic alternative. Fast and friendly service both times I went in.
Always friendly cashiers/associates. When I arrive Ill get a hello and theyre pleasant when I check out.
This really isnt specific to this one location, its all of them. I wish they were open later!! They used to be open until 9pm but changed it & now close at 8pm. This is not because of the covid-19 pandemic. They changed their hours a couple months before all that started! Its just frustrating because not everyone has the same hours so not everyone can make it here before 8pm. The sad part is that this location is directly next door to an emergency room, not a regular hospital, just an emergency room, so you would think that this location would be a 24 hour location so the people who visit the emergency room could very conveniently come right next door & get their meds filled. But sadly thats not the way it is.
Very kind and helpful older gentleman working there that helped me today but the prices are insanely high so I don’t shop here unless completely necessary
Pharmacy workers are rude and aren’t helpful at all. I thought it would be convenient due to me working up the road from this location. Next time I’ll wait until I’m in my Orange County to fill my prescription. If you don’t like your job quit! Don’t make the customer pay for your misery!!!!
I didnt have the buy much today.However, David, really treated me well.He had a great big smile and made me smile.
They take forever to give you your prescriptions. They never have it in stock. If your on the line be prepared to be in it for at least 20 minutes!!! And that’s with only one car ahead of you.
This pharmacy has always been very helpful in getting me my childrens refills. I have three disabled ill children with lots of medication and they have always gone above and beyond to fill my prescriptions. I moved to Eustis and continue to pick up my prescriptions in Sanford just because of the customer service at this CVS. If you have a situation just speak to them and they will gladly help.
Horrible! Never say hello! The store manager is plain rude! Ill be going elsewhere from now on!! Best to just buy what i need at publix which are right next to me!
Terrible service at the pharmacy. They filled my perscription and I was out of town. I kept getting calls and finally the last call said I had 24 hours to pick it up. I went the next day when I got into town (less than 24 hours) and it was already put away. I asked to get it refilled which wasn’t a problem. 20 minutes later they call me back over and tell me they can’t fill it because it’s missing information! So they were able to the first time but not the second time! Very frustrating.
Never answers the front end phone. It will literally ring till someone picks up, you can hear them breathing before they hang up the line.
Customer service at registers is great. Cashier was polite, helpful, and fast.

Really bad experience with the cvs working staff. People should learn how to talk to a customer. If you don’t know stay in home 😡.
I was on vacation and ran out of medication (poor planning on my part). I stopped into this CVS and the PharmD - Natalia - was so helpful! She filled my prescription without making me wait and was very pleasant and sweet and didnt seem annoyed (or if she was she hid it well) at my request. Thanks so much!! Great store!!
Poor customer service at this pharmacy. It’s close by, but I’m switching to another location that’s 5 miles away (versus less that a quarter mile away) because the pharmacist and techs are so rude and incompetent. I have never had a positive experience here.
Terrible customer service !! Needed help with my order, cashier couldnt help so she called the manager. The manager ( named Kay ) came up to me. I explained my situation & he very rudely says call customer service number, I dont know what to tell you ! I do not have a magic wand I can wave & magically make things happen. I then asked why he couldnt help if he was a manager, (you would think he would go out of his way to satisfy a customer ) plus I let him know he was very unprofessional & calling 800 number wasnt going to help my situation. HIs reply was mam I already told you call customer service, I dont know what you want me to tell you. The cashier then tells me hes usually not at this store as if that justifies him being so rude & unhelpful.I will never shop at this store again ! Hire a manager with better communication skills, whos professional & courteous ! If i could give zero stars i would !!!
This is a first where I will say a CVS pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist turned my prescription away because they claimed it was missing info. So they pretended to call my doctors office and told me the office was closed. I called myself and had my doctors office called them. After verifying all my info the pharmacist told me that he doesnt fill prescriptions from a different zip code (my doctors office is 40 minutes from me) due to DEA regulations. I will go out on a limb and say they were uncomfortable with the color of my skin.
