5 stars for giving a different experience to the same craft of selling ice cream. The kids loved the whole idea of using nitrogen. Its the little things that make an experience memorable and this was it!

Fun to watch the employees make the ice cream behind the counter, and you can definitely tell a difference in taste with the way they make this ice cream. Its so creamy! Also liked the fact that I could pick between yogurt, ice cream or coconut milk as the base!

It was pretty good. First day we went they were open ... But we waited outside for 25 minutes before we just left cuz the doors had remained locked. Came back the next day cuz my daughter had already been promised the nitrogen ice cream so thankfully we got in and it was pretty good. My daughter is a talker so she talked the ladies ear off 😂 but the lady was awkwardly nice about it 😂 :) not exact sure what we expected. Didnt get that smoke affect we heard about nitrogen ice cream. But it was still pretty good ice cream

Dean was great! He made the Ice Cream for my family of four. My daughters believed it to be the best made so far!! The visit to this location was great also because he offered to hard freeze the one I was taking home to my husband and showed my daughter how he did it with the Nitrogen. Wasn’t a huge fan of it but I’m not an ice cream lover just wanted to try something new. But the customer service - particularly the blonde girl - was abhorrent! She was so rude and nasty and kept looking at her phone and making us repeat our selections. Definitely not going back. 0 out of 10 I do NOT recommend!!

I always, always recommend this place.But honestly after tonight I’m really just not happy with the service.The young lady tonight in the Jurassic Park mask came off as really annoyed by me & my two friends. I understand we came in 20 minutes before close & that can be annoying...as well as she seemed really overwhelmed but all she had to do was communicate to us to give her some time to catch up & be right with us & we would of been more than understanding.Instead she came off really short, rushed, & annoyed.& I don’t want to seem like a Karen by any means.She also after making my yogurt told me she didn’t add the topping I asked for because she didn’t have it which is totally fine I just wouldn’t of gotten that flavor, I wish she just would of told me in advance.As well she seemed really rude when we asked for our stuff for here rather than to-go saying that she’s closing & we asked if we could sit outside...I understand she’s doing hard work the food industry isn’t an easy business by any means.But her attitude wasn’t great.Unfortunately I won’t be back...but I’ll always say the yogurt/ice cream you can’t beat it.It’s the best!

Always awesome. If they are busy it can take a while to get served but it was well worth the wait.

I gave 5 star rating 1 year back. But, I noticed the staff is overloaded with work sometimes. Due to high volume of customers during peak hours, staff are not fillinf up ice cream quantity correctly. I used to take a Rg yogurt which used to be more than enough, now the Large yougurt seems to be less in quantity than the regular one. Staff are very courteous, professional and warm welcoming but, because of hectic work I think they are not putting appropriate quantities in Regular, Large, Shake and pints.

I was not impressed sadly. The flavor alone was not amazing, I chose Mango with Banana Mix-In. There was barely any banana for paying extra for it.Also, the wait was quite long for there only being one worker and a decently long line. Id be more okay with wait and longer if the food was better.To top everything off, the prices are way too high for what you get.

We went to try this place one night. Liked it so much that we took the family there the next day. Delicious. We had pretty much given up on ice cream. It is just so bland. This place is a game changer. Super creamy and tasty. Choose your own base then add whatever toppings that you want. (All lined up behind the glass so that you can see the options.) Then the nitro process begins- try it out!

So flipping cool! I was excited to see so many gluten free options. The employee made a delicious recommendation to use almond milk as a base with expresso, pecans, and chocolate chips. Fun to watch and neat store setup. Great place for adults and kids!

Amazing, fun, delicious and educational all in one place. We decided to try nitrogen ice cream and stopped by this location in Lake Mary. The employee that assisted us through the entire process with a super friendly and professional attitude. After we started eating he came out to show us what happens with a balloon in liquid nitrogen. The girls were thrilled. This is a must visit again on a date or with family

I loved going here a lot. Ive been here almost ten times already and it always has the best flavors and a dense, creamy texture no other ice cream can beat. Today, I decided to order delivery for a pint size since atm I lack transportation. However when I tasted it...it was different. It was WAY more light and airy almost like a batter whipped with so many air pockets. It did not taste thick anymore and when I let it melt so the air would go away they only filled up my pint size halfway with a small piece of brownie for my topping I asked. Sooooo I am certain I was scammed. Likely not coming back which is a shame

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was very patient with my children on our first time here (sooooo many choices!!). They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable as well. The ice cream itself was very very tasty... ridiculously so. I dont know how something with hardly any mix-ins could be that flavorful. The dragons breath was really cool but it stops making smoke before you get even half way through so they have to dip it in the liquid nitrogen again. We are now LIFETIME customers!

The ice cream has an rich amazing flavor and there are lots of options to choose from. Store is neat and clean and they are following covid distance guidelines. Will visit again soon and highly recommended. Also Brianna handled a late night rush and online orders alone. Please provide an additional staff member to help in the evenings.

Great experience but the staws for shakes are to small. All the mix ins were to big for the diameter of the straw. So I had a pile of goodies laying in the bottom of the cup. Would like to enjoy all of them while consuming my shake. You solve this problem with larger straws.

The ice cream and service is amazing. There needs to be more staff to make the process a little faster. I’m not impatient just thinking about families waiting with kids with masks on.

Third time coming here and Ive been less than impressed. Today was probably my best trip, they finally got the chocolate ice cream chocolatey. The other times it just tasted sweet, not chocolatey. Or maybe like vanilla with Hersheys Sryup mixed in. Still not an overly chocolate taste, which I want. I dont love this place but my family does so I continue to come. I think Ill have to try the yogurt next time to see if its any better. The service has always been good and have had friendly faces help us. Its a bit pricey, especially when its not amazing. I want this place to do well so I am apprehensive leaving a fair review. I think its worth trying.

My son and I absolutely love this place. Lately we have been going once or twice a week. The ownership is amazing and so is the ice cream. My son said that’s it’s the best in Florida. 😀

We visited on a busy Friday night. The staff seemed to be doing their best but it was a little perplexing they didnt have one more person during their rush. The person in charge (owner/manager?) acknowledged the regular rush and our long wait. The three people behind the counter working seemed to be doing their best but unable to keep up. If you KNOW youre going to have the demand why not bring on another person to make the rush go smoother?As for the food, the ice cream is VERY creamy. The price per mix in is ridiculous, though. And they were extremely skimpy with the portions of those. Also, the set up of their order/work flow doesnt work well. You order closer to the door so the line forms through the front half of the space. There were no hard copies of menus to look at while we were were waiting and the screen that hung from the ceiling with the menu on it moved WAY too fast to read. There was little way to prepare for ordering when you cant see the menu offerings fully are until you are AT the register (with a line of people now behind you).If they brought their register closer to the back wall you could watch their process while looking at the menu and then also watch your own ice cream dish being made. They also had to work backwards to retrieve the mix ins after the ice cream was done mixing. Didnt make a lot of sense.The concept is neat and the ice cream was tasty so I hope they improve the customer experience.

A fun and interesting experience. Choose from ice cream, almond milk, or yogurt base, and select your mix ins. They pump liquid nitrogen into a bowl with your ingredients and make your ice cream right in front of you. There were plenty of mix in options as well as some suggested favorites. I selected the PB&J and my husband had the Extreme Peanut Butter. Both were excellent.

Incredibly delicious! I had the pure vinnella and the lady had some Carmel and peanut butter made with coconut milk, which she really liked. The gentleman (Dean) serving was so kind as this was our first time in the store. He explained all of the great choices to us.

Smithers in San Francisco was my first try at nitrogen ice cream. That unreachable scoop of perfectly-smooth ice cream was only available in a few locations and in few flavors. Frozen tries to emulate that success in a novelty, gimmicky chain style with a weird theme on chemistry (dont ask me) and too many flavors and topping choices. Dont get me wrong- its good ice cream. Its just not nitrogen ice cream good; it tastes like a regular pint, just a bit colder for a bit longer. The mix-ins are far and few in-between the glob of frozen milk, yogurt, or coconut milk. The sizes are weirdly small, and Im kinda ticked at the old, unfitting bathrooms that do not work with the lab-white aesthetic. But its good ice cream, if not overpriced. Im guessing itll go away in three years.

Wonderful ice cream, very creamy. Wish they followed their posted hours. Showed up at 12:15 and the place was locked up with not a sole to be found, building was dark too.UPDATE:Over the last month Ive seen a huge improvement in observation of hours of operation. As long as this stays consistent, Im more than happy to bump my rating back up to a 5 because the ice cream here really IS that good.

I had the coconut based ice cream and it was the creamiest ice cream I have ever had. I have been looking for a good non-dairy ice cream for a while and so far everything I have tried was icy. But this was amazingly creamy. Will definitely be back... Loved it!!

This place is great! The ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen right in front of you. The ice cream is very creamy and tasty. I had the coffee ice cream, they made it with fresh espresso and the base vanilla. It was perfect. Service is very friendly.

This is some of the best liquid nitrogen icecream Ive ever had in my whole life, real talk. I had a nutella icecream with coconut milk base, ferrero rocher and cookie butter mixed in. I swear, there is nothing in this world that has beaten the quality of what they serve you here. I will definitely be coming more often!

Really cool place, the spoon you get is really cool and temperate activated. Good ice cream, but they use machines to mix the ice cream up instead if manual, manual so much cooler when doing nitrogen but oh well, best ice cream place in the area.

The ice cream is truly delicious, but the UCF location has a much better end result than the Lake Mary location. Tried three times over two months, wondering if it was just new staff/grand opening weirdness, but the quality just doesn’t match the UCF spot.It’s a cool experience, and there’s a ton of options for toppings. Definitely worth a try since the dessert options are pretty limited in Lake Mary.

Although its kind of expensive for ice cream, so I would say this is a great place to celebrate something once in a while.
