I have used Les Schwab for decades but this location stands out. The knowledge, care, and communication from Ken at this location is what keeps me coming back. In the last year they have lowered one car, lifted a truck, and outfitted all three of my vehicles with new wheels and tires. The customer service is top notch. I highly recommend!

I came in on my lunch break with not much time to spare. I was just going to get some air in my tire & come back to get it fixed later. Justin stopped what he was doing, had me come into the bay, fixed my flat extremely quickly & now I don’t have to worry about coming back in later. They didn’t try to upsell me or waste any time. I’m impressed!

Tire had low pressure on my vehicle. Regardless I was 15 minutes before they closed, I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman(sorry missed name tag) I explained to him the situation and QUICKLY he responded they would be able to take a look at that moment and get it fixed!! Customer service is definitely the backbone for Les Schwab.I have been purchasing Les Schwab products and services better than 20 years now. The Lake Oswego location has been my personal go to location since I first experienced what true customer service was.There are two employees specifically that I’d like to thank for my experiences there. Ken and David are both top notch professionals. I’m sure the other employees rate right up near the top also.

I want to thank the Lake Oswego Les Schwab store for their outstanding service and responsiveness. We discovered a leaking tire, due to an embedded screw. We called the store, and were told to come right in. They serviced the tire immediately, even though they had other customers. And, the service was, surprisingly, complementary. That was above and beyond our expectations. But, we have found our tire store, and recommend it to anyone. They are excellent in every way.

Im traveling through on vacation and got a nail in my tread. The employees were so friendly and helpful and they got me patched and on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

This is the worst location on the west side and second to the worst LS location next to Columbia blvd in Portland. Called this morning to put my name on the list, I was told one hour. Showed up in 45 minutes and checked in. After waiting for over an hour I went back to the counter and asked where I was in line? I was told that I was next. Patiently waited another 30 minutes and after three more cars went in I left. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. Today they got the the last 2 hours of my time that I will ever give to Les Schwab. Since they were sold, the experience is no longer the same. I will take my business for my two trailers and 4 cars elsewhere.

They replaced my wheel bearings and did a great job. Staff were friendly and understanding. They answered my questions with patience and kindness. Will return in the future.Thanks guys!!

Les Schwab Tires is almost always going to be a 5-star experience. Theyre the top of their industry and this branch is no exception. Excellent tires, excellent service, excellent warranty. And of course, that usually comes with a higher price. But you wont pay THAT much more than you would at other places. And youll get way better service. This is our go-to tire store. Been shopping here for years.

Previous 1 star rating was a butt dial.Im never excited to have to replace a couple tires, but I have to admit this trip was relatively painless.I didnt hate this visit.

These guys are the best have any left shop Ive ever gone to.Theres been times where I needed things on dropping service like chains or tires that have started going into threads etc. Theyve always been there to help me with prompt service - kind education of whats wrong as well as preventing it (if possible) in future. Every single employee at this store is a 5*!I was the manager of the Plaid Pantry in Lake Oswego. More than a few Les Schwab employees are regular patrons of Plaid, polite, and enthusiastically help other Plaid customers when questioned. During the first day of the recent ice storm I was mentioning to a customer that my Outback was slipping a bit more than it should because I thought it might be time for new tires. I didnt notice AJ from this Les Schwab was the next in line.We went out so he could check my tires. The back drivers side was right at the limit. When we got to the front, AJ pointed to the wear on at the edge of the tires and said I needed to come in. When I relayed the information to my wife, she said go now.Since my Outback is basically just a commuter and a summer camper, I went with the Reputations and could not be happier with my experience at this Les Schwab, with every employee I talked to, as well as my tires.I believe this is the Les Schwab to go to and the one that every other store in the chain should model themselves after. I also believe every single employee at this Les Schwab would have done the same thing for me because I have seen them do it for others.Thank you, Les Schwab in Lake Oswego, for taking care of your employees! It shows when they are out and about, especially heading to work/going home, or on a lunch break and using their personal time to help others.

Les Schwab is always amazing. Very professional, quick, great prices and very attentive to the Covid19 protocols. Great spacing of tables, amble supply of sanitizer and I personally watched them clean all contact surfaces many times.

Waited 2 1/2 hrs for a 20 min job to swap from reg season tires to winter tires. Granted, I didnt have an appt. Give em 3 stars because I saw them literally out to retrieve cars. There appeared to be no lackadaisical attitude going on elsewhere in the garage.

Excellent service as always. I got there right as they opened on Friday and they had me on the road again with new tires ASAP. I always know that I can depend on the guys here to do a great job and communicate with me effectively so that all of my questions are answered and my concerns are put to rest. I have been a happy customer of theirs for 20 years and I imagine I will be an equally happy customer for the next 20.

Ive been using this store since its inception. The honesty and commitment to doing the right thing has always kept me coming back. I always have them do the alignments on all my vehicles, as well as tire repairs and rotations. The service is always as fast as they can get it done, and of course is first come, first served. The store has recently been remodeled with plenty of space in the waiting room. Clean restrooms, free coffee and popcorn are some nice benefits!

Had a flat tire on Friday at 4:30 pm. Justin got me in and out in 30 minutes. No charge. Friendly and fast service. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires from this store!

They are an extremely busy store, so be prepared to wait or make arrangements to drop the car off. Theyre worth your time though! The hustle at this store makes me wonder how many energy drinks they have on the floor! Jessica, manning the phones and counter, is the most positive, professional muti-tasker I have ever met. My head was spinning watching her! Everyone outside runs, laughs, and is always friendly and professional. The only time they slow down is when theyre talking with a customer. They are honest about what does or does not need to be done with the car and have absolutely earned my familys trust and business.

These guys are the best. i had a slow leak on my right back tire for a few weeks and i came in for them to take a look on a saturday morning. they diagnosed the problem, pulled out a screw from the tire, patched it up, and i was on my way. and guess what? no charge even though the tire was not purchased there. they realize that creating good vibes with great customer service will have me coming back there for purchases.plus, they remodeled this location not too long ago and its really nice and spacious with plenty of areas to hang while your car is getting service. you can also see whats going on since they have a window into the garage. couldnt be happier with their service

Weve purchased Les Schwab tires in the past, with excellent service. This time, however, I needed their help to resolve some issues with a set of custom tires and rims that were purchased and mounted *using a different installer*. After multiple attempts to get the original installer to fix the problem, I ended up at Les Schwab (per a recommendation by a local mechanic). They were very happy to help, charged a fair price for their time and, most importantly, resolved the nagging issues I was having with my custom rims and low-profile tires. The original installer did not properly install and balance my tires and rims, despite multiple visits. Ultimately, the Les Schwab crew on Boones Ferry knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly and expertly! Thank you, Les Schwab. :-)

My husband and I have used this particular branch of Les Schwab for years. We have brought them specialty vehicles and normal vehicles. Every single time we come here, the customer service is amazing. Ken, especially, goes above and beyond to help us with everything we need. The staff at this location are top notch! I came in with a flat late on a Friday, I also knew my brakes needed some attention as well. They promptly took care of the repairs, but there was a complication where my car couldnt be drove out same night. Being that my ride was 45min away they offered me to stay in the store even though it was well past closing at this point. I didnt want to hold them up so they offered to take me to a nearby restaurant so I could wait for my ride. Really great customer service!!

I wouldnt let this pyramid scheme company put wheels on my skateboard honestly. My family and I plus and all my friends have had so many bad experiences at so many locations all across Oregon and Washington over the years I would only go here as a last resort and even then Id probably just plug my tire and wait until a decent tire shop was open. Interestingly enough, recently the entire company was sold to a huge company whose name is still a secret but hopefully they will fire all the upper cult members... oops sorry, I meant upper management and clean house across the board.

I usually have positive experiences at Les Schwab but I bought a set of new tires back in January and unfortunately just found out that one of the lug studs was cross threaded during installation and just snapped off. Service while I was purchasing the tires was just fine but its frustrating that the job was rushed and not done correctly.

I called ahead to see if they had the tires I needed then when I got them they told me it would take 45 minutes after waiting for 2 hours they finally took them off to then tell me that they didn’t have the tires and would have to order them

Theyre very helpful and nice, Ive never had a bad experience in my three years of coming here. The front desk is made up of the most friendly people, and theres TV, popcorn, and coffee/tea while you wait.

Good service at a decent price. Downside is that there can be a bit of a wait if you need to stay with your car while they do the work. I have bought tires, snow tires, and chains here. Happy with all purchases. What I like best is that they will swap out you tires for your snow tires for free as long as you have 2 sets of wheels. They also offer free battery charging.

Surprised. With snow on the forecast less than a week away, they were busy, very busy. Despite that they were calm and professional and completed my full snow tire installation in less time than they had predicted for me. When does that ever happen!?

I called to my car in for a tire swap, I called at 9 and had the car in by 9:30. Over the phone the guys said it was slow and I would get in right away. Well an hour and a half later my car was still sitting there.Appts do not mater you still find yourself waiting an hour plus.

Stay away! Misdiagnosis cost me $650. Went back twice to finally get repaired. Les Schwab would not refund me any money. Just said they were sorry and that they could put my old parts back in. What a joke answer from someone in management. Dont have Matt McKay work on your vehicle.

Arrived with a friends flat tire just before closing. The tire was not repairable, they gave a quote and changed out 2 of 4 tires, checked the breaks, also bad, but not able to change but gave 2 fair estimates. They did all they could to get my friend back on the road again, when they could have told us we were too late to have a tire changed. Still the best customer service.

I usually dont like to write any bad review for any business but, this time I would like to share my experience about this Les Schwab. As they advertise the flat tire repair is free I took one of their own Good Year tires for a flat repair to them. I was charged $14.00. Didn’t care much. At the time of repair I asked the technician: will you also balance the tire and his answer was there is no need because I have marked the tire. Anyways, after I drove the car out of Les Schwab I noticed over fifty the car is very shaky and needs a balance. Naturally, I went back. Another technician came to help. I told him my problem. Him, without checking anything told me one of my rims is bent also I do need a new set of tires total of something over $3,000.00.I did not believe him and walked away. I went to another tire place and asked them to check the rim. They checked the rim and beside the balance for $12.00 there was absolutely no problem.Would I go back to this Les Schwab? Most definitely NO.

Fast...they actually run from one place to the other! Dont see that much anymore. Always friendly, they do a great job with anything they have done for me.They do what they say theyre going to do, no catches, no unexpected expense in the end.

I called this morning about getting my trailer wheel bearings repacked. They said bring it in no problem we can do it today. So I drop it off at 11:30 am and ask the clerk when will it be done. She says 5 pm. I go over there at 5 and they hadnt even started on it. I ask the manager for some compensation. He says no way, it will now be done by 6:30 pm. And he tells me no one told me it would be done by 5 pm. He calls me a liar basically. I will only shop at Les Schwab as a last resort from now on.

I made a 3:00 p.m. appointment to have my winter tired changed over to summer tires. When I arrived at 2:59 p.m. I was informed that they were just pulling in the 2:00 appointment and I would be approximately 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours wait time. My children have been driving for a combined 45 years and my wife and I have had nothing but Les Schwab tires for the past 40 years. This is my first disappointing experience with Les Schwab.If they say they will schedule on-line appointments, they should either have the staff or schedule the appointments in such a manner that they can come close to honoring there appointment schedule.

Usually this center is fast and efficient.When I arrived a little before 2pm today I asked how long it would take to have my tires rotated. They indicated about an hour. I said I could wait the hour and to go ahead.Almost 2 hours later I went to the desk to check the status as some folks who appeared to arrive after I did had gotten their cars back.They checked and said it would be 20 more minutes.This center is in the middle of a remodel so perhaps that has impacted their efficiency...but they should have kept me informed.So my advice is if you want to get serviced in a timely manner go to another Les Schwab Center.

Always friendly and willing to squeeze you into the schedule. Exceptional service without cutting any corners. If you want it done right, this is the place. The most consistent quality of work of any automotive chain in my opinion. I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Les Schwab. They are not always the cheapest, but they are always the best.

I did not realize this location is under construction/remodel so half of the work spaces are fenced off. When we walked in, there was about 10 people waiting (right when they opened) so it was pretty packed in the waiting area. When we asked how long, we were told about an hour... We asked if itd be quicker at another location, we were told it would take just as long to drive there...Common sense is this guy is telling everyone about an hour, there is no way in reality to service all these vehicles in about an hour.....So I look up recent reviews and realize this is common lately... They say about an hour and 4 hours later is more like it. I specifically stated I have a family member that needs medical help so time is a concern for me. I felt like I was lied to straight to my face just for my business/money, and that they should have just been honest (ie, were under construction so it may be a bit longer than the usual about an hour)....It took me 5 minutes to get to Wilsonville Les Schwab and they had me fixed and good to go within 20 MINUTES....Just be honest!If I normally come here and it ALWAYS takes you about an hour when you are not really that busy, how on earth am I expected to believe it will be about an hour when there is 10+ customers waiting and you have half the space to do work????I kind of feel like a fool because I normally come to this location, but after today I left with an uneasy feeling like if they can boldly lie to my face about something as simple as time, how could I trust the quality of the work?

Went to a few other tire shops and got the run around because I didnt know exactly what I wanted. I had recently done a lift on my Land cruiser and wanted to get the right tire to fit on it. When I rolled into Les Schwab I was greeted by Ken. He was awesome. I told him I wanted to test fit some tires and he was like SURE! We tested a few and got the right fit within an hour. Super happy and I will be taking all my tire needs to Ken at Les Schwab!

Not as friendly as it used to be. Not sure what happened. We have been going there for years with no complaint, but these last few times have been awful. Service has been really terrible. Example: bought new tires, next day one was completely flat. I called and they gave me attitude about it like I did something wrong.

Found a screw in my back tire after a long day of work. Less Schwab fixed it for free in less than 15min so I could be on my way to pick up kids and home. Thank you Les Schwab!!

They tightened the lug nuts so much that I I couldn’t even get my own tires off! One should not even over tighten them it’s bad for the brakes it’s bad period. My husband has called for them to help him buy sending a service truck because he has a bad back due to a recent auto accident. Les Schwab wanted to charge him 48 bucks for a job they over tightened the lug nuts!! They offered to come for free IF they where on a call to someone else not even guaranteed to come out our way. After years of going here they just lost a loyal customer. Zero stars!! Shame on you..

I took my car in for a bad wheel bearing (hub assembly) and they fixed it in the same day. That part was great.Now, less than two months later Ive been sitting here for three hours because the wheel bearing they installed was faulty and they dont think that warranty work is any more important than people coming in off the street.In a time of competing businesses youd think they would want to take care of me as quick as possible but no, thats not the case. I asked when theyd get to my car and and they said theyd get to it today for sure, but they cant even guess right now.Apparently if youve already paid them you arent that important if the service they provide is faulty.

Full disclosure, Im one of those people who do not trust mechanic shops.I came here for a brake inspection because its been a few years for the 4Runner. I was ready for the typical spiel that everyone gets when they come to these types of places and was ready for some crazy estimate for brake pads, rotors, labor, brake fluid....and everything else.Within 1 hour of me being there (very fast considering the lot was packed to the point there were 2 more vehicles waiting for a spot), James said there was nothing that needed to be done. The front brakes still had plenty of life and the rear brakes are at 40%; he even cleaned out the rear brake drums for me. The brake inspection was also free.I recently moved back from DC and Ive turned into a pessimist during my time there; we call it reality.Its very refreshing to know there are still honest shops and mechanics out there. I love being back in Oregon.This Les Schwab location site is legit.

DO NOT BUY TIRES or EQUIPMENT HEREI purchased 4 Sailun Terramax tires for my SUV 2 years ago and after ONLY 16,000 MILES, with regular rotations, the tires are WORN OUT ALREADY.My SUV has Les Schwab shocks (approx 20 years old) that came with a lifetime warranty and they are finally shot. I dont have receipts from that long ago and they said they cant honor the lifetime warranty with no receipt even though the shocks are their brand. This could have been a great customer story/marketing opportunity where someone actually drove 200K miles on their shocks and then they replaced them! Terrible customer satisfaction/brand integrity.

I really wish that they did a better job at communicating with me since my car was done an hour prior to when I called them to check on it. My car had also been there since 9in the morning and was not done tell 4. They also did not ask me if I wanted to keep my lug nuts since they had to replace them. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them.

After being a longtime Les Schwab customer, I was incredibly disappointed with a recent experience with this store last weekend. I went in for the standard safety check--tires rotated, brakes checked, etc. After nearly an hour, a service staff member came over and explained to me that I needed $2500 in repairs, including bushings that were nearly completely torn, a new axle, etc. While my car is at 92,000 miles and has original parts, I was not experiencing anything to cause this concern and maintain my car very well. After the initial shock wore off, I decided to leave and get a second opinion. I went to the Nissan dealer in Wilsonville the following Monday and much to my positive surprise, found that nothing that had been quoted at Les Schwab was needed. Everything was fine and in working order, nothing to be concerned about. They even said that they rarely replace the things that had been mentioned to me on my type of car. They even washed my car for me and offered discounts on oil changes, etc. I am uncertain as to why I would experience two very different quotes and diagnosis of what was happening, though since I have not experienced any problems and have this all checked every 6 months, I do not believe what was quoted to me at Les Schwab.You have lost a longtime customer.

I called to see when a good time would be to change my snow tires and said to come right in I drove right in and she told me it will be more than 3 1/2 hours. I don’t have a ride and I am not happy.
