YSC is an outstanding company for audio visual, electrical requirements, design elements and other home needs. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The install team is likewise as sharp and attentive and most important solutions oriented if needed.And finally, the front office who does scheduling and billing is always on top of details which is a big plus.In todays environment of supply chain issues YSC is on top of what is easy to get and what will take a long time.We won’t use anyone else, they have done multiple houses for us and always take an SOS call that is usually “User Error” but always resolved.

Great Service! Excellent product knowledge! Well trained staff!Our Association purchased an integrated replacement Camera Security system for our 2 entrances, 4 per entrance for a total of 8 high resolution cameras. This was a competitive bid. All bidders had an excellent product and solid knowledge of suitable security solutions. The Board voted for YSC based on specifics in the scope of work and in proposed hardware, not necessarily just cost.YSC gave a installation date and time. They arrived on schedule, removed the old gear, connected the new cameras/recorders, and had the system operation in less than 8 hours. As promised. (This in spite of 2 thunderstorms) They even provided us training on how to use the system - via a local router. (This was an extra thrifty benefit as they saved the Association the additional cost of 2 internet connections!)Kudos to all at YSC, in particular: Ken Harris, Ryan (esp. for his technical knowledge), Chris B & site crew.Most highly recommended. Excellent choice for AV services!

Issue resolvedCharged my card 10,000. And won’t refund the money! Instead they want to give merchandise to a client. When you punch in a card number it’s your responsibility! If I ask for a refund you should honor that! Not give stolen property away!!Grand Theft. Comprised my business cash flow for themselves. Do not trust this business!

I hired them to point my dish, for $75 per hour thinking it would take an hour, 3 hours later after arriving late I had a signal, for 1 satellite, when I asked them to come back to fix it they wanted more money, these folks dont know what they are doing and they are a rip off
