John was SO kind, worked fast, and we’re completely satisfied. He’s the epitome of the type of employee an auto shop would want to hire. The world needs a lot more of this guy. He’s a phenomenal mechanic and he had us on our way in 5 minutes when everyone else told us the same tasks would be difficult and take all day

The boys have always done an amazing job taking care of our vehicles. They wont sell you on services you dont need, and work to keep labor cost to a minimum. They wont nickel and dime you for crazy little charges like some shops!

Great place! A co-worker recommended Garden Auto and they were fantastic! I had a car emergency right before a holiday, but they were still able to give a fast diagnosis and fixed the problem very quickly. It was ready when promised at a reasonable price. I have been a customer for years with the owners of this shop and I have to say they are the most honest trustworthy individuals I know... I always feel so comfortable and never afraid to take my car in (being a woman and all) I had a shop about 15yrs ago tell me something major was wrong and needed to be fixed I decided to get a second opinion came into the shop john was working at and it was such a easy cheap fix I couldnt believe it .. Been with him ever since and followed him when he bought his own shop. I will never go anywhere else again ! I sent my mom there with her old van that was having multiple problems and john told her that he would not want to fix the problems because the car simply wasnt worth that much to fix and put all that $ into. He could have easily fixed it and takin her $ but he was honest with her. I couldnt ask for a better mechanic.

John is the best. He is honest and straight to the point. With John, you get the best mechanic and pay for an average one. He works fast and gets the job done. I have an antique Cadillac I only trust with him. I also have other not so nice cars that he keeps from going to the junk yard.

This shop is nothing but a scam operation! Stay away no matter what. Most dishonest car repair shop Ive ever dealt with. Weve brought our vehicle to this shop multiple times (shame on us) and in each case, the vehicle has left worse off then when it arrived. First instance was for a new battery. Turns out, shop put in a used battery which failed the next day even though they claimed it was a new battery. Also, when shop installed new battery, shop connected the positive (+) and negative (-) cables backwards (not sure if this was done on purpose but seems pretty obvious for so-called professionals) which then subsequently burned out ABS motor. When questioned, shop refused to stand by its work and also claimed you could not buy a new battery which we know is not true. Took another vehicle in for a new alternator. Found out all alternators are refurbished (according to shop); however, alternator shop put in failed right away. On another visit, our final one, shop took vehicle for a checkout ride. After checkout ride, shop wanted to change air filter, then suddenly claimed that they would not do any work on our vehicles anymore based upon the last bad experience we had with their shoddy work. Apparently, they are in the business of blaming their customers for their complete incompetence and dishonesty. However, shop claimed that vehicle needed bearings changed even though vehicle was driving fine. We believe shop did something to vehicle during checkout ride to cause a sudden problem with vehicle front end. STAY AWAY! Shop doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating.

Brought my vehicle here on recommendation. John is very meticulous and highly skilled, performing a detailed electrical repair that will likely outlast the life of the vehicle. The guys here are no nonsense, businesslike, and really fix cars with top tier workmanship.
