Marilyn!!!!! Marilyn is FABULOUS! She is above and beyond! I didnt want to leave! I wanted to bring her home with me! She was SO helpful in the self check-out lane when I had quite a few gift cards to use and even having two colleges degrees, I couldnt figure out how to do it (eye roll). She told me she has been with Target for 22 years. How lucky for Target!!!! She is so sweet, and kind, and personable, and it was most apparent that she really and truly wanted to be there. So many employees are there for no other reason except for a paycheck. Its nice to see someone who actually wants to be there and enjoys what they are doing. It was the best experience ever. She put such a smile on my face for the rest of the day and evening!

My favorite big box retailer! I love the product selection and quality at Target but this location is pretty busy. I’m here about once a week and the cashwrap lines are almost always 4+ deep. The self checkout moves quickly though and it’s not as busy later in the evening. They’re sometimes out of stock in what I’m looking for but I always just check the app first. Besides, no one leaves target empty-handed!

Every time I go to Target... Miss Tay at the front desk is always so kind and helpful and generous... Even I left my drivers license wow returning an item and she made sure to hold on to it and when I saw her the next day she confirm that she had my license and gave it back to me.

Target is great. I especially like the lake park/ palm beach gardens location.

Its a very clean store and anytime you need help there are employees available to help you. the store is always stocked well, I love shopping at Target.

Target employees are nice and friendly. Im greeted on my way in and when I leave the store. Its also conveniently located near my home and I for the most part able to find exactly what Im looking for.

The store is very clean and neat. Easy to find things with exception to clearance in each department. Not clearly priced or separated from other things. Customer service is great especially our cashier Nina. (Not sure correct spelling) She helped us during checkout with our target ap.

Very clean like it’s pristine almost, big location that has literally almost everything you need! They clean the conveyer belt and that alone makes me feel so much safer! I’ve gone a few times this past few weeks and I love the man who has checked me out and also done pick up for me. His name is Zachary and he’s honestly a blessing! Very friendly and hyper when on register. Deserves a raise or a higher position. He seems to always be in the store and he always greets me directly. (Remembers me) another person who always remembers me and says hello and talks to me is Kelly! She’s also a great person and a great cashier! If you want a friendly environment and a neat and clean store go here! They also have some really amazing deals in this location. Use the target app and you can find anything because isles are easily marked. Just a great location. The store manager is really good at keeping her store clean and her staff friendly!

MIKE MIKE MIKE. I can not express how especially in these times we NEED more mikes. When I first entered target he greeted me and made me laugh which altered my whole experiance shopping there. I love to see people still have a sense of humor through all the madness. Shopping there was a pleasure. I even forgot something at the register and when I got home it wasn’t in my bag and when I went back they made it right!!! Can’t beat that!

I tried to exchange a pair of swim trunks that I got for Christmas but did not have my receipt. I was told I would need to take a store credit and then go pick the new ones out. I just needed the next size larger. I received a store credit on a $25 pair of swim trunks that were now on sale for $20 I received $12.50 plus tax. I took the larger pair back to the service desk and waited again and explained I just wanted a larger size and why is there a difference in the price they are now selling them for and my credit. I was told that was the penalty for not having my receipts. After leaving the store I called the store manager linda and explain to her what took place. I was unable to come to any resolution with the store manager. Even though the difference is only seven dollars I want people to understand target charges you a penalty when you return a product without a receipt even if you want to just exchange it. This is not what they say in their exchange policy on their website however this is their practice. If you do not have a receipt expect to take a 50% penalty even if they are still selling the items at full price.

Best location vs the one on palm beach lakes in regards to customer service. Managers are friendly & drive up at this location is expeditious. Can’t say enough about my local target !

12-11-2020 at 10:20pm I forgot a bag outside that I purchased and I came back home and I realized it was missing. So I called many times (but no one answered)while I was on my way and I arrived and I asked about it to the shift manager and she didn’t take it step by step she immediately said “We can’t replace it’’.Which obviously wasn’t the reply I wanted. All I was looking for was if any employee or herself saw it or not. So, I was on my way back to my car and the man putting all the carts back in the store was approaching the door coincidentally I asked him and he had that exact cart with my groceries!! So this is just advice for the manager to take it step-by-step because I didn’t ask for a replacement I simply asked if herself or any other employees saw it.

I was overcharged for two different items on the same checkout transaction. Target at 500 N Congress Ave, Lake Park, FL.

Inventory is very bad. There is barely any selection in dairy products like yogurt, cheese and cream. The staff are sloppy and never pay attention to customers at the checkout. Price tags are missing for almost all items. Totally chaotic and disorganized Target store that Ive ever been to.

Just love the service. they help you find things and lines are not long.

The gentleman in electronics with the name Carl needs to be commended all the way around he not only went above and beyond walking around the whole store looking for the Nintendo switch. Great Quantity & Quality of merchandise

The help that I received purchasing my daughters bike yesterday was the type of help I would have hoped to have received from a specialty sporting goods store. I was so impressed. Manny went above and beyond, making sure that her helmet fit properly and going over the bike to make sure everything was in order. He showed me how to fix it, if the gears were ever misaligned. He never made us feel rushed and was happy to answer any and all questions. He was also extremely sweet to my daughter.

Great store with everything you need. There produce is always bad though.

I just love target, but you need to get more cashiers in front of the registers instead of pushing people to the automatic registers. i had this one lady in front of me with two loaded carts and i waited for over 6-7 min till finally they opened another register but someone else got to it first

The Shift option is not a good option. You would only pay that much for same day delivery if it was very important but he shift reps do not understand that. My shopper contacted me and told me my item was out of stock. I thought it was a mistake because i was in the store the day before and their was two places my item was in. It was still available on line for same day pick up and shipping, but I could not get a reply from my shopper and with in 30 seconds my i order was cancelled,so i contacted target after being hung up on the chat i finally got a shift rep on line. I am offered to make a pick up but when i ask to have the shift put it back on delivery i was told that they believe the shopper and that it was out of stock. So I can drive down their but they cant try to fill my order. This was Christmas eve, They are all very nicely incompetent :(

This target has the most disgusting bathroom Ive ever seen. They stop cleaning the bathrooms at like 2 or 3 each day and you can tell the second you walk in. I took that picture of the bathroom inspections at 9pm yesterday. The day before was just as bad. There isnt a lot of selection here and Ive seen damaged merchandise recently (probably because of back to school shopping chaos). The store itself is kind of grimy but its the only target nearby me so Ill keep going. This store is nowhere as nice as the Royal Palm Beach location.

This is a great location. Shelves are always tidy and neat. Staff is friendly and inviting. And quite simply, the store itself carries great brands, including their in house brand (good & father, good fellow). Keep it up!

Signage not honored, as signage displayed in two places advertised a sale on JLab wireless earbuds. However, when checking out I was charged full price. Upon discovering this went to customer service were they accused my of sign swapping. And denied signage pricing

Worse customer service I have ever experience. Waited almost 25mins for a manager to price match item, then manager claims its not same item as the website I was trying to show her. Went to the store last night and person asking for help to find an item spoke to three different associates that did not seem like they had time nor did they have any interest in helping me find what I was looking for just called the store to see if items were in today the first lady that answered was very nice and was willing to help me she put me on hold to go find out if they were actually there call got dropped in a different lady answered and before I could tell her what I was looking for she just said oh we don’t have them try calling back another dayWhen you work in a business like this you should be willing to go above and beyond to help customers find what they need

Always love Target! This target is always so clean and I love that they have the self check out now. I cant wait for them to add more. I am not a huge fan of the new layout they did recently, but either way Target is the best.

Security followed me and my kids the whole time we was their so I asked one can you help me find something so he just walked away with an attitude. Not surprised that why I dont buy much from any target anyway.

Open your registers. You have plenty of employees. Sad.

When people are fearful they loose all common sense. A very rude employee raised her voice at my children for trying on shoes. Admonishing then that they could in no way try on shoes. They could however, touch any and every toy in the toy aisle, any product on any shelf and put it back along with every other patron shopping but somehow or another, putting a shoe on their foot would put everyone at a health risk for Covid. There is absolutely no logic or reasoning being employed here. If this reasoning is to be extrapolated out then no one should be allowed into any of the Target stores. Additionally, if social distancing and wearing of masks makes such a significant impact then why are they so fearful.

The people that work there are mostly sweet and eager to help. Sadly, I can almost never find anything in my size at our target. Literally every time I go. It’s really frustrating. I guess because I’m a common clothing size....

Worse customer service ever! This store has completely gone down hill when they hired a bunch of individuals that only care pretty much about a paycheck! They dont care about the value of a customer spending their hard earned money that actually pays them. I will never go to this target ever again, considering closing my account with them and just shop where my money and time is valued and appreciated.

Customer service is at the Lake Park, FL Target is outstanding! From the cashier to the customer service reps and floor staff. Everyone is so very helpful. Staff are welcoming and willing to help with any questions I had during my visit. Cant find that at other grocery/big box stores.

Employees are very friendly and happy and eager to help. Payton was Awesome and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase.

I am hoping that management sees this review because it seems this is the only way to contact you. After trying to call multiple times and being unable to find any other place to contact someone except calling, I am forced to write this review. My fiance and I are very careful with our money because we have young and need to be with little income. So when we order from Starbucks its a huge treat. We paid over 11 dollars for two drinks that were wrong, tasteless, and not completely full. Not only did she give him the wrong drink, but it was watered down and the wrong flavor, and left 2 inches of room in the cup. She also did not fill up my cup all the way and left the lemonade out of my drink. So we just paid 11 dollars for two drinks that taste terrible, didnt order, and not going to drink. What a waste of our time and money. And then when I try to contact someone about the issue, there is no way to do it except go into the store, when we are already miles away and we never go to this location. This is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing and I cannot stand companies that are willing to take your money but not willing to communicate with their customers.

I have used the drive up option at Target on more than one occasion. Each time my order was ready in good time. The entire process was extremely convenient and efficient. The employees came out immediately upon arrival. This is extra convenient if you have young children.

They don’t even deserve one star. Ordered a product online a week ago and picked it up at the store. When I looked at what it was, it was the wrong item. I asked them to return it so I could get the correct item. They told me that there are no returns until 4/16/20. I came in today and they moved the date out. I said that I risked coming in here and there are no lines. The girl said “and the date will keep moving out until this is all over”. Really? So everyone can crowd in at this special date and stand in line to make returns? You make zero sense. If you can sell it, you can return it. So I guess that we are now providing target a large interest free loan. Criminal behavior!

I was really bummed at the selection of produce but Dannielle helped me find an alternative for a dish I was making tonight and I am really happy with the result. She also walked me to instead of just pointing it out. The only suggestion I have is the layout of the store.

Always friendly and helpful. Clean store, though the bathrooms are sometimes not so tidy. Well stocked. Hands down a better option than Walmart.

Ryan in electronics is a super employee...!!! He took the time to help me Look for an item that they were out of, in multiple stores. I knew he wasnt from this area due to his professionalism and great attitude. Its unfortunate that they dont hire more people like Ryan to do the great job that he does. If I still had my good friend Steve Clements number I would call him and tell him what a great asset Ryan is!

I love my target, everyone is always friendly and always very helpful! One target customer service associate always stands out to me, Benoit, as he always greets everyone with a smile and usually will pull out a cart for them. But really all of the employees are always very nice and never hesistate to offer their help. I live closer to one of Target’s competitors, but that store is never an option. This target is the best!

This location does not enforce mandatory face masks at all. The amount of people allowed in without a mask when there is a giant sign out front requiring it was extraordinary. Can’t shop here if compromised at all. Disgusting.

Worst phone buying experience ever. Was sold wrong phone on Black Friday weekend.was told you can’t return the phone till Monday Then Monday I tried to return the phone that was never used was told at&t website down still no phone now Tuesday at&t website still down. found out The rep was putting info in wrong. Then I had paid the taxes on the first phone in cash well in the middle of all this the man goes home now the next man says we refunded you no they did not tried to make us pay twice very incompetent. information poorly shared in between employees.

The aesthetics of the store look nicer now but if you are trying to push a cart through the women’s clothing or cosmetics aisles forget it. This new layout is absolutely awful. The aisles are way too cramped and if I need to cross paths with someone with a cart while trying to find my face wash one of us has to leave the cart in the main aisle because you don’t come close to fitting past each other. Nice try at updating but it doesn’t work.

I LOVE Target! Great prices and selection. They have a wonderful grocery selection. I am able to do all of my shopping there.

I went to the store to pickup an item I purchased online. Shopping online and pickup in store is an easy, fast and convenient shopping experience. After picking up my package, I decided to walk around the store. I love the new design of the store except the women’s clothing area. Getting around the women’s clothing area so difficult. It’s too tight to push a basket through the isles and the clothes are all shoved onto a rack for what looks like lack of space. I love your clothes, but I can’t shop in the new redesigned area.

I love that I can go to one store and get paper plates, batteries and earrings. And I feel like I am getting good prices on top of that.

I absolutely love Target! Always clean store, its a comfortable environment, reasonable prices and deals. Just PLEASE dont do anything racist (like some of the majar stores out there), to mess up this good relationship we have going Target.

I just witnessed a white security guard racially profile a young black couple as they entered the store. He was coming down the aisle I was going up this couple caught his eye and mine. Mine due to the tattoo and great fashion sense, his because they were black so I watched. He watched and not discreetly as they selected vitamins, and then followed them as they selected paper towels. At this point I was beyond upset contacted the floor supervisor while he continued to stalk them. They bought water and then while coming out of the aisle I informed them they were being profiled. They went to the front to pay mind you not stealing a thing and I asked to speak to the store manager. I was told he was in a meeting with corporate I said perfect they should hear this. I was told to leave a message. I then said the GM could either talk to me or I could take it to the media. Still no GM instead a department manager. So I ask where is this coming from as it doesnt seem that the GM seems to care . I gave the information to the department manager and called customer service. I run a business and believe in diversity and inclusion and as a white male I am outraged at what I saw today. Target should be ashamed of themselves I would recommend shopping elsewhere unless you to want to be profiled.

I love this target, very clean, I come in with my task trained service dog for my disability.. The only bad thing I would have to say is they let dogs just come right in plopped in carts even though the sticker on the door says service dogs only and they sell food, which is a health code violation. Otherwise they are very good at ignoring my service dog while she is working and not distracting her from work which is a big thumbs up for me

I used to see employees try to grab and hide discounted chocolates after holiday sale. Many holiday items wont change price in system and cashiers says it is all-year-long item. They just want to have for themselves.

Very disappointed with this location. I used to come here all the time as a kid and theyve just gone so down hill. They always have empty shelves of things I need, their customer service is awful, and Ive tried calling on multiple occasions to check inventory on certain items and no one ever answers. Walmart has better service than this target

I hit up this location often since it’s right round the corner, way better than Walmart... yea sure prices are lower but the stress is higher. I like to use cart app for discounts.

Easy to find what I needed online, easy to place the order, I was emailed when it was ready for pick up. Wait was just one person in front of me, staff were friendly, my items were bagged and ready to go. They let me verify it was the correct items and I was on my way. I received an email confirming I picked up the items.

Great experience shopping in the tech department. Very helpful young man, wish I’d gotten his name, who helped us purchase a new router. Walked us through the installation process, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed help finding a boot that the website said was in stock but not on the floor. Assistance from the front desk was spot on and found the last pair in the store! They also saved me a little extra $$$ by using the cartwheel app on my purchase too, would definitely recommend!

Huge Target store! Probably could use another entry point, it’s that big. Great variety of typical Target stores’ offerings. Very well kept, organized and clean.

Store is nice but at check out stay clear of Kay, she has the worse attitude, best use the self checkout. Starbucks employees were equally rude. The cashier was yelling at another Starbucks worker in front of everyone. I don’t know who’s in charge of employing these people but they need to have training in customer service.

Love the drive up & pick up service here. Very fast and efficient now that my app finally lets me choose this option.

Great Super Target location. Easy to access and lots of parking. Very knowledgeable staff for finding things. Good customer service and plenty of inventory. The store is well lighted and the aisles are wide and clean. They make a big effort to keep it looking good and making it a pleasurable shopping experience.

Its clean and bright. The main problem with the store now are the aisles are poorly laid out with obstacles in the center of the aisles. A center aisle in the store would be helpful so that you dont have to walk all the way around the perimeter aisles. Get the clutter out of the way.

Who ever redesigned this store needs to go back to school. Lets separate, similar items across the store and not label them properly. The likely hood of slim to none.

Convenience. I liked being able reserve available items before I went to the store. Good value.
