I love this store! Not only are the Staples Rewards amazing, but so is the staff! I am always welcomed with a smile and asked if I need help. Today the level of service was above and beyond! Jennifer saw that I was walking up to the register. She had all her belongings in her hand ready to clock out for the day. She saw my full cart and without hesitation she put her things down and proceeded to help me with my purchase (I had quite a few coupons too). She asked me about my day and made my transaction easy. Thank you Jennifer for making my shopping experience so wonderful!

I went in sad came out happy! Thanks to Lance. I had just had a bad experience at Minute Man Press at 120 US Highway 1 North Palm Beach. Minute Man Press had quoted me a price over the phone of $35 & told me they could do what I needed when I got there took 2 steps in & was stereotyped. Tension & an elephant in that room.. No greeting at all from the 2 men or woman. The woman finally spoke after my 3 greetings of hi fell on death ears. I told her I called earlier. She took one look at me & immediately said I am sorry we cant do it in that condition. What condition you havent looked at it. I was humbled walked out got in my car & called Staples & the rest is history. I went to Staples & asked a couple of questions. I was greeted by Lance & with a smile he said can I see what you are holding. I gave it to him & his words were sincere as he stated I understand. Give me 30 minutes. I saved $30 & Lance made a lifetime friend in me. I am forever grateful. My poster of Kobe Bryant I just wanted laminated to frame one day after his death & Minute Man Press acted like my money didnt spend there.

This location has excellent services, particularly the department of printing. The store manager and the staff at printing center solved the issue that was supposed to to be delivered through the centralized hub. Since the hub messed up my order, the manager and staff here were generous enough to save me from missing the deadline. I am more than satisfied and grateful for the service I received at this location.

Just got horrible service from the guy in the printing section. He started helping me with something I needed to print and stopped helping me to help someone else while my matter was time sensitive. So me waiting on him to come back and help me my session expired. I think that it was horrible customer service on his part. Definitely won’t be going back to him or staples for any of my needs!!!The need better help that shows better customer service!!!

If you ever find yourself in need of a decent office chair (you might) and youre absolutely through with conflicting online reviews (you will be) go see Larry and sit in a few of their demo chairs. Itll make a world of difference. I have never been more frustrated trying to buy ANY item online, sight unseen (or unsat, as the case may be), then attempting to assess the relative quality, comfort and affordability (under $200) of a stupid (but oh so necessary) piece of furniture. Larry knows movies, Larry knows jokes (not good ones, but good-hearted), but most importantly, Larry knows office chairs. So, before you throw your tablet, phone, laptop across the room after hours of perusing big box and online retailers alike- go see Larry on Northlake. Trust me.

I was in need of paper and looking for storage boxes. I found both with employee help. The boxes were over charged but a manager took care of it. All in all I was very pleased

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Was shown right to what I needed. Employees are very friendly and seem as they truly are there to help.

Sergio was very helpful in assisting me with all my stationary needs. Lance in the printing department was also very helpful!

Surprisingly painless experience, found most of what I needed at the store, also Jennifer and Sergio were very helpful in ordering a particular item online (that was delivered for free to my door in some 2 days or so). Very good, please dont close!

Shout out to Sergio Lavorano for helping me out of printer jam. My Epson was under warranty but when the sent the replacement printer they neglected to include the power cord, ugh! Sergio had one to loan me so I could get back to work. I did receive my cord from Epson & will return to Sergio the one I borrowed in case anyone else has an emergency. Passing kindness back. Thank you Sergio.

Absobloodylutely the worst printing place. I was the first person in line at 8am and ask if they scan a 20 pg. document for me. The lady at the counter (Jill or something) said.. Ill have to do this later, there is too many in here and I dont have time..okkkkkOn top of that the lady behind me said it took them more than 24hrs to print her projects (8 x11 100pg docs). If only our company doesnt prefer them as a vendor, I will never ever step foot at this place ever again.

This store is absolutely mind boggling incompetent and the staff is lazy. Im not asking to wash my car, just wait on customers waiting for service....thankfully Ive found OfficeMax 1/2 mile away in the Publix shopping center just west of 95....I dread thinking Ive gotta use this staples.
