Recently purchased a red Lance Cali classic 125. Its a family run business so youre dealing with the owners as the proprietor of a small business that makes all the difference in the world when it comes to service. The brands they sell R bang for your buck brands high quality Taiwan scooters I did not see any Chinese junk here. They were able to help me get financed with less than perfect credit. We are very happy with our purchase and the buying experience as a whole. PS they even delivered the scooter to us approximately A 30 mile round trip
The best experience Ive ever had purchasing a scooter. The owners were courteous and attentive and answered all of my questions. It was a quick and thorough transaction and they completely put me at ease. I will never buy or service anywhere else but here. Youve gained a customer for life.
I was extremely happy with my experience here! The whole process was so smooth and quick! We got an amazing scooter for an amazing price! Two thumbs up for these guys! The owners deal with you personally and I love that!
The employees at 1 stop scooter shop truly know what they are talking about and doing when it comes to working on and giving the details of the scooters they have and work on. Very efficient with repairs and maintenance. Listen to what they have to say and follow the maintenance schedule that comes with your scooter and youll be set!!
I baught a ruff house 2 stroke scooter from here. Ive had it for 2 months n it has been such a joy. Ive put so many miles on it about 3,260 to be correct. Am has no had one problem. The customer service was excellent. The price was far. But these people are armed with the facts. It was Hassel free. No sales pressure. They took care of me the minute I walked in. An always a pleasure to go back to. Highly recommended!
I bought my Wolf RX-50 about a year ago and I havent regretted it once. I asked the owner about the different models and brands, and they assured me that the Wolf was the best, so thats what I got. It came with a 1 year or 10,000 mile warranty, and over the last year Ive put about 4,000 miles on it. I have never had any major issues with the scooter, but Ive also made sure to keep up with regular maintenance (oil change every 1,000 miles). This is the shop I recommend to anyone that asks where to go. The labor may seem expensive ($75/hour), but compared to any other place, its the cheapest out there. The owners are always great and their mechanic really knows what hes doing, which makes me feel comfortable. As long as you take care of your scooter, it will take care of you.
I bought a new scooter in this store, it came with missing bolts, when I told them about, they found a old one and wanted sell me. They dont honor any warranty in the paper. I really dont know how people do business like that, customer is not stupid.
So my experience with 1 stop scooter shop was a great experience for a first time buyer and now owner of my first scooter they were very helpful and they helped me in every aspect of my first new buy so I am truly greatfull for them and if you are in the market of buying a scooter you should stop and the number 1 scooter shop.
To all the first time scooter owner out there,My husband and I were looking for a cost effective vehicle to suit both our needs and lessen the strain on the car. We went to three different towns and scrolled through a plethora of web sites all claiming to have the best deals and customer service. Realizing the internet route wasnt our best idea due to shipping costs and most places we went to either had knock off brands or used junkers we finally decided to purchase from 1Stop. They were kind enough to show me all the ins and outs of my scooter. Everything from how to check my oil to working all the functions. They even helped educate us on how to drive it! Theyre a licensed dealer so they went ahead and registered it for us. Im really happy I didnt have to spend time at the DMV! The team really took it the extra mile by helping us find a place to get our motorcycle license. The included 1 year warranty definitely helps. They really cared about our shopping experience and our safety. So all in all, today I learned that when purchasing a scooter try to: save up for a new one that is a decent brand, go to a licensed dealer who also repairs, have a warranty, and somewhere that is close by. For us 1Stop met all those requirements. So good luck everyone!
The lady does not know how to conduct business when it comes to finance with the public. She does not go into detail with the SNAP FINANCE COMPANY allowing the consumers to get ripped off. Also since I purchased a scooter which when all said and done it will be 2846.00 WOW for a scooter that within 2 weeks of purchase the head light blew out took it back and they wanted to charge me 29.00 to fix it. I fixed it 30 days later happen again. The railing on the seat was turning yellow I told them it wasnt made for this scooter they had no answer for me just looked at each other. The pipe along the side raddles for it wasnt placed on correctly and burned a hole melting the rubber. They dont care about the people just the sale to make their money and even than they cant get that right.STAY AWAY FROM THERE ITS JUST ABOUT THE MONEY THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR MERCHANTIZE.
My name is Tammy and I bought a new scooter from here on Nov. 17th 2014. The day I paid in full 900.00 for the scooter was the first and last day I was treated as a valuable customer. the owner anytime I have called has the worst customer service skills and reciprocation skills I have ever dealt with. I work with the public and I know what good customer service actually is. I had to call a few times to find out where my tag was. it was December 17th and my temp tag had expired and had to get another temp tag issued because they had not sent their girl to get my actual plate that I had paid for in the sales deal. whenever I have called I am told I would get a call back which never seems to come. I had to call 3xs to get results for the tag issue. when I am speaking to the woman who owns the place the tone in her voice is like I am a complete bother to her. I called on Friday Jan.16th to find out if there was a suggestion from her mechanic as to why my wheel is making such a horrible squeak noise and she told me the brakes needs to be broken in. Im sorry I have had the scooter two months I sure the brakes are broke in by now!!!!!!!! so I was told that she would talk to the mechanic and call me back. It is 3 days later and I have yet to get a return call. so in closing...word of mouth can be the best or worst advertisement and I wish I would ahave spent my hard earned 900.00 elsewhere. At a business who values THE CUSTOMER
Great service even when you bought the scooter elsewhere. Well support a mom and pop shop over a big box store any time.
THIS IS ALL MADE UP INFO FROM THE OWNER...# I PAID 43.00 FOR A DELIVER THAT SHE IS CLAIMING WAS A FREE DELIVERY # 2 MY TECH THAT WORKS WHERE I DO NEVER SAID THAT THE BRAKES WERE FINE DUE TO THE FACT THEY NEVER DIAG MY SCOOTER AT ALL!!!!!!. I HAD THE BRAKES SPRAYED WITH BRAKE CLEANER NEVER WAS ON A LIFT WITH A TECH.. # 3 WHEN MY SCOOTER WAS DELIVERED GARY SHOWED ME A FEW THINGS LIKE HORN AND KICK STAND AND WHEN I WENT OUT TO TEST RIDE THE SCOOTER I WENT AROUND MY BLOCK AND WHEN I GOT BACK GARY WAS GONE..SO AS YOU CAN SEEEEEEEE THE OWNER IS TRYING TO CLEAN UP THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE GIVES AND HOW HER CUSTOMER FEELS LIKE SHE WISHED SHE NEVER SPENT MONEY IN HER STORE .... LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF THE OWNER REALLY UNDER MY FRUSTRATION....SHE WOULD OF AT THE VERY LEAST RETURNED CALLS TO ME INSTEAD OF ME HAVING TO CALL BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN TO
