The owner of Commercial Services named Matt Lacharite has created thousands of dollars worth of loss revenue due to a year long delay for a hood installation. Matt received a full deposit to install a hood in Royal Palm Beach Chevron over 1 year ago and still has not completed the installation due to permitting issues. Matt has given me every excuse to man kind why he has not been able to complete. Do not trust this guy and definitely do not give 100% deposit up front as he will not answer or return your phone call.

Don’t pay this company any money before they finish the work! Matt (the owner) took a bunch of money from a customer of ours almost 2 years ago and the owner Matt lies about permits and other things every time the owner of the store or our company calls and ask him. He is a liar and a thief!
