My husband and I had an awesome experience at mattress firm. All I have to say, is Christian is AMAZING. He helped us out from the moment we stepped in store. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions to the T when we asked him. He helped us find the perfect bed for our sleeping needs, and even let us hangout in the store and try all the mattresses for almost 2 hours, on two separate occasions, while we tried to find the most comfortable bed for us. He was very patient, extremely personable, and reliable. He is VERY sweet, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We could tell automatically that Christian was the best fit to help us find the perfect bed. I cannot say enough good things about him. The salesman was very professional and showed me each mattress that was in my budget. He didnt push more expensive mattresses on me like some salespeople do. He explained the pros and cons of each bed and helped me make the best decision based on my needs. The delivery was fast and I had my new mattress set up the very next day. I would completely refer this company and this location in Ronkonkoma to friends and family.

There wasno high pressure sales push, just honest dialogue about the products in the store. The gentlemans name was Ralph DeRosa, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He is a true professional in the field and his friendly easy going manner makes you want to go back and share a cup of coffee with him.

Went in for a bed with a pretty strict budget and they were able to give me more than I expected. I worked with 3-4 different employees over the course of the process and everyone was very helpful. I ended up with about a 60 percent discount by the end. Installation took 10 minutes.

To be honest, I walked in expecting to be hustled but my opinion of this company changed completely. Christian was very proffesional, accommodating, and pleasant to talk to. No overbearing salespeople here. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to buy a mattress.

I will never buy anything from mattress firm again. I bought a mattress from them 3 years ago and it fell apart. They charged me $80 to come and inspect it and denied the warranty because of stains but there arent any stains. Bad customer service.
